Assessment of Post-Pasteurization Contamination of Fluid Milk Products (액상유의 살균후 오염에 관한 연구)

  • This study focused on the psychrotrophic post-pasteurization contamination of fluid milk pro-ducts which were processed by HTST system. Pasteurized line samples and container samples of each fluid milk product (whole milk and skim milk) were taken in a large fluid milk plant. tine samples were collected through nine and five different sampling locations for whole milk and skim milk products, respectively. Each sample was subjected to preliminary incubation (PI) at 21$^{\circ}C$ for 16h followed by standard plate count (SPC) and crystal violet tetrazolium agar count (CVT). Flavor, SPC, and psychrotrophic bacteria count (PBC) were determined after 7 d at 7.2$^{\circ}C$. In addition, ten sequential container samples (packaged in 1000ml paperboard containers) were taken from a filler at the beginning of each product run. These samples were used for PI followed by SPC and CVT. In addition, flavor evaluations, SPC and PBC tests were conducted after 7,10, and 14 d at 7.2$^{\circ}C$. The mean PI-CVT values for the line samples showed differences depending on the location. There was major contamination between pasteurized storage tank and the filler. The PI-CVT counts for each container sample were negatively correlated with flayer scores at 10 and 140. There were good correlations among PI-CVT values of line samples and the percentage of total container samples with acceptable flavor after 10d.

Means-End Chain Approach to Understand Consumer Motivation Towards Convenience Meat Products: Focus on New York City in US Market (수단-목적 사슬 이론을 적용한 소비자의 육류 편의제품에 대한 가치 측정: 미국 뉴욕 지역을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze how consumers make links between convenience meat products and self-relevant consequences and value. Surveys on convenience meat product consumption patterns and hard laddering based on means-end chain theory were conducted from April 21 to April 25, 2014 and targeted 200 consumers in the US. The most preferred cooking method of convenience meat product was roast (25.9%) and the most common information medium was suggestions by friends and parents (37.1%). The main as well as desired places of purchasing were both the supermarket (33.6% and 27.3%, respectively). The most preferred promotion method was free sample events (38.5%). From analyzing means-end chains of convenience meat products, the most dominant value chain was 'taste (A)'-'good taste (C)'-'feel good (V)'. These results show that consumption of convenience meat products will increase when consumer expectations of taste and satisfaction are met. Further, results of the value measurement provide information on consumer satisfaction and needs and can be applied to set marketing strategies for Korean style convenience meat products.

Conformance of Caffeine Content and Labeling of Ready-to-drink Coffee (Ready-to-drink (RTD) 커피 음료의 카페인 함량과 표시사항의 적합성)

  • This study monitored the caffeine content of ready-to-drink coffee and verified the appropriateness of the labeling. The caffeine content was analyzed using HPLC. The average caffeine content of cold brew coffee was 0.31-1.04 mg/mL, with an average of 0.55 mg/mL. The average content of product was 147.27 mg/bottle, and taking into account the recommended daily intake, an adult can consume 2.7 bottles. Americano coffee was 0.15-0.38 mg/mL, with an average of 0.28 mg/mL. The average content of product was 110.42 mg/bottle, and considering the recommended daily intake, an adult can consume 3.6 bottles. The caffeine content of decaffeinated cold brew coffee was 5.14 mg/bottle and compared to Americano coffee, more than 95% of the caffeine was removed. In addition, we verified the tolerance level of the total caffeine content in ready-to-drink coffee, and none of them exceeded 120%, signifying that all commercial products were effectively managed.

  • We introduce the systematization design method using similarity theory which is profitable in the c compatability and standardization of the developed products and the reduction of construction time and price to d develop and design a machine equipment. Systematization design method is to select the standard model for d designing and developing from the large machinery to the super precision one and then to induce the c characteristic of machines step by step in advance in case of miniaturizing and making largelongleftarrowscale. With this m method, we extract the peculiar characteristics through the close analysis on the physical and ttx:hnical part a and predict the characteristic experiment for the magnitude we desire by an머ogical mathematical analysis. At l last, we will get the design sample the users demand with the verification of the data on optimum design p previously. In this paper, we could predict the characteristic of the product the users rC'Quire in advance with the d design method applying similarity theor${\gamma}$ and suggested the design method which could meet the various r requirements the users want. Also, it is shown that the standardization design by the similarity theory is a available as comparing the characteristic values expc'Cted through the experiment of the actual actuator with t the theoretical character data of similarity theoη after selecting the linear actuator as a model.

A Study on Drainage Performance of Domestic Plastic Board Drains and Recovery of Discharge Capacity by Vacuum Effect (국내 PBD재의 배수성능과 진공효과에 의한 통수능력 향상에 관한 연구)

  • Laboratory testings were carried out on plastic board drains (PBDs) using large scale test apparatus to evaluate the physical properties and the drainage performance. The test results reveal that the domestic products of PBDs are well compared with the foreign prod acts as far as the quality and drainage performance are concerned. It has also been confirmed that the discharge capacity decreases with time in such a way that the air bubbles are entrapped inside kinky PBDs and these air bubbles block the water flow through PBDs. It has been found that the vacuum pressure iseffectively applicable to recover the discharge capacity affected by the entrapped air bubbles.

  • 2000년에 2차 개정된 품질경영시스템(ISO 9001:2000)과 2004년에 개정된 환경경영시스템(ISO 14001:2004)은 국제표준화기구(ISO)에서 요구사항들이 제정되었으나 안전보건경영시스템은 현재 ISO에서 국제표준이 제정되지 않아 각각 자국에 맞도록 개발되고 있다. 대기업에서는 최근 여러 경영시스템을 통합하여 도입, 운용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세계 제 1의 조선 수주국으로 성장한 한국 조선업계 내의 조선 기자재업체들이 현재 운용중인 여러 가지 경영시스템과 통합경영시스템에 대한 현황 및 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 조선기자재 산업은 선박에 탑재되는 주 기관을 포함한 $450{\sim}500$여종의 다양한 선박용 제품을 공급하는 산업으로서 대형 조선소의 수주를 받아 제품생산이 이루어진다. 부산 경남 일원에 위치한 조선기자재 업체들을 대상으로 우편과 웹 기반 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 근거로 하여 조선기자재 업체들과 여러 경영시스템들에 대한 인식도, 실행정도와의 관련성을 살펴보고, 업체들과 통합경영시스템의 필요성에 대한 인식, 통합경영시스템 추진단계, 통합경영시스템의 장점에 대한 통계적 분석을 실행하고 그 결과를 정리한다.

  • As the storage market has been expanded due to growing data size, the research on various kinds of storages such as cloud, USB, and external HDD(Hard Disk Drive) has been conducted in digital forensic aspects. NAS(Network-Attached Storage) can store the data over one TB(Tera Byte) and it is well used for private storage as well as for enterprise, but there is almost no research on NAS. This paper selects three NAS products that has the highest market share in domestic and foreign market, and suggests the process and method for data acquisition in live NAS System.

An Explorative Study of R&D Priority based on Needs Attributes Model: Case of SMART TV (니즈속성의 중요성과 시급성에 의한 R&D 우선순위 결정에 관한 탐색 연구: SMART TV를 중심으로)

  • Products elicit the consumer's purchasing behavior by satisfying their needs and are cognized as the combination of various needs attributes. Also R&D is referred as a series of technical development activities to meet the consumer's needs attributes. In particular, in the market-oriented R&D era, it could obtain the legitimacy by developing the R&D based on the needs attributes. In this study, we aimed to investigate the priority setting in R&D field, considering consumer's needs attributes. To be concrete, we tried to present the evolutional direction of desirable phased R&D according to 'the importance degree for consumers on the attributes (functions) of the certain products' and 'the urgency degree of technical quality to fulfill its needs'. To achieve this, we targeted SMART TV, the convergence product, which contains the uncertainty in terms of marketability and technological aspect, and analyzed the priority of the R&D in SMART TV field. Based on the result of the analysis, 4-steps product concept (ultra high definition TV, interactive TV, 3D/immersive TV, personalized TV) is derived by analyzing the evolutional direction of R&D in SMART TV field. This finding implies that the success possibilities of product could be enhanced during the process of the evolution of products that have multiple needs attributes, by pursuing the R&D which fulfills the needs attribute first required in the market. In addition, it provides a useful framework to design the R&D roadmap in an aspect of R&D strategy.

PL 사례에 대응한 제품안전성 제고방안

  • 금년 7월 1일부터 개정 시행되는 품질경영촉진 및 공산품안전관리범파, 2002 년 7 월 1 일부터 시행되는 제조물책임(Product Liability; PL)법으로 인하여 제품의 안전성을 제고하기 위한 노력이 정부와 기업. 학계에서 다각도로 진행중이다. 그러나, 그 추진방향들이 아직 제각각이어서 하나의 조직적인 체계를 갖추진 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 제조물책임에 대응하기 위한 제품안전성 향상이 어느 한 분야의 활동으로는 충족시킬 수 없기 때문이지만, 기본적으로는 제품안전이 담당하여야 하는 책임의 범위가 어디까지인지 기업을 비롯한 관계자들이 명확히 이해하고 있지 못하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 관련하여, 기존에 이미 시행착오를 겪은 선진국들의 소송사례를 중심으로 제품결함 중 어느 부분에 문제가 제기되는가를 살펴보고, 그 대응책을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 제조물책임법의 제정 취지와 법에서 정하고 있는 책임범위가 어디까지인지를 살펴보고, 선진국의 소송사례를 중심으로 그 적용범위를 확인하였다 또한 제조물책임에 대응하기 위한 방법이 어떻게 진행되는지를 살펴보고, 그 중 제품 안전성 (Product Safety) 을 향상시키기 위하여 신뢰성이나 품질측면에서 경영상의 어떤 노력이 경주되어야 하는가를 검토하였다. 한편, 리스크 관리상의 리스크 분석과 위험성 분석과의 관계, 위험성 분석의 기법들, 위험성 분석기법의 선정요령, 제품의 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 위험성 분석기법을 어떻게 활용할 것인가, 적용상의 문제점은 없는가 검토하였다. 마지막으로, 현재 기업들이 가장 소홀하게 대응하고 있는 표시상의 결함에 대하여 소송 및 보상사례를 살펴보고, 그에 대한 대책으로서 픽토그램, 라벨, 경고문구, 그리고 사용설명서의 작성 및 표시 방안에 대하여 대응방안을 고찰하였다. 용융이 발생될 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 현상을 방지하기 위해서는 진공 분위기 하에서 적절한 접합 틈새를 유지할 수 있는 공정 및 장비의 개발이 필요하다.(Icing화) 문제가 발생하기 때문에 배기가스의 Icing을 방지하기 위하여 압축기 끝단에서 공기를 추출하여 배기부분에 송출할 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 출구가스의 기체 유동속도가 매우 빠르므로 (100-l10m.sec) 이를 완화하기 위한 디퓨저의 설계가 요구된다고 판단된다. 또 연소기 후방에 물을 주입하는 경우 열교환기 및 기타 부분품에 발생할 수 있는 부식 및 열교환 효율 저하도 간과할 수 없는 문제로 파악되었다. 이러한 기술적 문제가 적절히 해결되는 경우 비활성 가스 제너레이터는 민수용으로는 대형 빌딩, 산림, 유조선 등의 화재에 매우 적절히 사용되어 질 수 있을 뿐 아니라 군사적으로도 군사작전 중 및 공군 기지의 화재 그리고 지하벙커에 설치되어 있는 고급 첨단 군사 장비 등의 화재 뿐 아니라 대간첩작전 등에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.가 작으며, 본 연소관에 충전된 RDX/AP계 추진제의 경우 추진제의 습기투과에 의한 추진제 물성 변화는 미미한 것으로 나타났다.의 향상으로, 음성개선에 효과적이라고 사료되었으며, 이 방법이 편측 성대마비 환자의 효과적인 음성개선의 치료방법의 하나로 응용될 수 있으리라 생각된다..7%), 혈액투석, 식도부분절제술 및 위루술·위회장문합술을 시행한 경우가 각 1례(2.9%)씩이었다. 13) 심각한 합병증은 9례(26.5%)에서 보였는데 그중 식도협착증이 6례(17.6%), 급성신부전증 1례(2.9%), 종격동기흉과 폐염이 병발한 경우와 폐염이 각 1례(2.9%)였다. 14) 식도경 시행회수는 1회가 17례(54.8%), 2회가 9례(29.0%), 3회 이상이

  • Due to the change of future environment like high-rise building and the use of basement space etc, new types of disaster occur in recent years. The scale of disasters is changing to bigger than past and the environment of fire industry is varied with Korea-America FTA etc. As the reasons above expressed, the necessity of technical innovation of fire industry comes to the fore. Domestic fire products don't have competitive technique than one of developed countries and also don't have competitive price than one of Southeast Asia and China. It is very important that the independent fire industry must be established using R&D vitalization to overcome these problems. In this study, we have analysed the status of domestic R&D and the domestic fire industry R&D. And we suggested the problems of above analysis and improvement. Consequently, we want to suggest the development strategy through R&D vitalization.
