The National Assembly record is considered one of the most valuable public records because it has great value as a historical evidence of democracy. Therefore, it is not only used as a reference or evidence for work, but also used for academic purposes. Academic information users can improve their intellectual skills in our society, lead to indirect innovation, and provide customized services to them, which can increase the continuous viewing and utilization rate of records management institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to propose a plan to activate the academic information service of the National Assembly Records Preservation Center, which is in charge of the National Assembly records. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners in charge of literature research, case studies, and services at the National Assembly Archives and users of academic information. It proposed improving awareness of the National Assembly Archives, strengthening online services, and customized user services.

The purpose of this study was to develop a prevention education program by grasping the knowledge of hepatitis A, Immunization and prevention behavior of university students. The subject of the study was questionnaire for 219 students, excluding the 3rd and 4th graders of the Department of Nursing. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation using SPSS 18.0. As a result of the study, knowledge of hepatitis A was determined by gender, major, allowance for a month, HAV education experience within 3 months, personal antibody retention, HAV hepatitis, and cases of HAV infection among family members, hepatitis A prevention behavior showed a significant difference in the type of residence. In order to increase the hepatitis A vaccination rate of university students through this study, the need for vaccination and promotion of adult vaccination is necessary, and the development of a program that enables habitual preventive behaviors is needed.

Brand community refers to a group of consumers who are passionate about the brand, and actively participate in enhancing the brand value. This study examines the impact of brand community experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand value co-creation, focusing on BTS's fan community, 'ARMY'. The results show that the value of aesthetic sensitivity, self-consistency, and intellectual fulfillment, obtained through brand community experiences, had a positive impact on brand satisfaction and brand trust, and brand value co-creation. The implications of this study are as follows: First, rather than company-centered traditional marketing campaign strategies, future brand marketing strategies should focus on nurturing brand communities through which encourage emotional communication and solidarity between consumers and companies. Second, in order to enhance brand community experiences, it is necessary to provide various opportunities to satisfy customers' intellectual curiosity and self-consistency as well as sensory stimuli related to the brand.

Found pesticide-contaminated eggs in 2017, the situation became a hot issue in many countries in the world as well as Korea. In the context of the pesticide-contaminated egg, this study explored that preventive behavioral intention would be predicted by perceived susceptibility and severity from health belief model, trust in the government and evaluation of information from the government, and subjective knowledge. We found that preventive behavioral intention was explained by perceived severity (${\beta}=.262$, t=3.531, p<0.001), trust in the government (${\beta}=.25$, t=3.281, p<0.001), and evaluation of the information from the government (${\beta}=.226$, t=2.936, p<0.01) through stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. The findings imply the government would administer policy in terms of credibility, accuracy, and consistency for decreasing the public's sense of unease and panic when a similar incident occurs.

The study aims to provide a strategies for managing collecting policies through an analysis of issues on it. For the purpose, it conducts literature review and theoretical studies on characteristics, roles, and importances of civil domain digital archives' collecting policies. As a case study, the study selects 4 archives, such as Queer Archives, Seotaiji Archives, iCoop Archives, and Sori Archives, and discusses basic status and elements of their collecting policies. Furthermore, it interviews 9 civil domain digital archives for analyzing their collecting policies' making processes, usages, copyrights issues, cooperation with other institutions. As a result, this article presents alternative strategies for awareness campaign, independency, essential elements of the efficient collecting policy management.

The purpose of this study is to select a specialized topic that meets the needs of the local contents and the local people, based on this, the study develops practical guidelines for operating specialized libraries. For this purpose, forty-three libraries in domestic and foreign were selected to derive their implications by surveying the specialized libraries building process, regional characteristics, specialized books, budget, personnel, network, facilities, environment, programs, and publicity. Based on the suggestions reached, we proposed four stages of operation guidelines: the preparation stage for establishing a system to support specialized services and selecting regional specific topics, the stage for the establishment of the library environment in order to serve the selected specialized subjects, the operational stage of planning and providing information complex cultural services related to specialized subjects, and the diffusion stage that communicates with external institutions of the library for upgrading and expanding services.

People increasingly rely on sources of information from E-commerce reviews. Product reviews is an important determinant of potential customers' buying choices. They are also utilized by product manufacturers to find problems of their products and to collect competitive intelligence information about their competitors. Unfortunately, it is well-known that many online product reviews are not made by genuine costumers of products. Reviewers could write some undeserving positive reviews to promote or fake negative reviews to defame some certain product, and we call them fake product reviews. Fake product review detection makes an attempt to detect fake reviews and removes them to restore the truthful ones for readers. To the best of our knowledge, there is still less published study on this problem. In this paper, we make a survey and an attempt to give a brief overview on fake product review detection. The related work of fake product review detection is presented including web spam and spam email. Then some methods to detect fake reviews are introduced and summarized. The trend of fake product review detection is concluded finally.

The purpose of this study was to elicit the priority of the index of the operation evaluation of the school library, and to present measures for improvement of the evaluation index that reflects the project sites. To this end, the school library evaluation index was analyzed by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) analysis method to teacher librarians who are the representative personnel of the school library. According to the research, the priority of the upper tier evaluation areas was human resources, library services, information resources, library management, facilities and environment, and the priority of the lower tier evaluation items was human resource allocation, human resources expertise, reading education, information literacy education, efforts to activate education, book composition snowflake, the latest book, budget, facility access, book status, appropriateness of facilities and facilities, management plan, proximity accessibility, PR and marketing, school library steering committee, cooperation, use of materials current status. The conclusions drawn from this study could be used as basic data in the application of fieldworked school library assessment indicators.

This study suggested a plan to facilitate the use of research sources in Musicology based on examining information needs of researchers in the field and the status of using the sources. Through in-depth interviews of domestic researchers in Musicology, this study collected and analyzed the researchers' information needs, the status of utilizing the sources, perceived values of the sources and opinions about problems and solutions related to using the sources. Predicated on the analysis, the study noted the plan to facilitate the use of research sources in Musicology in three aspects. First, it is necessary to collect comprehensively and systematize the research sources. Second, education and promotion of the sources to users should be provided. Third, training music librarians and collaborating among the librarians and associated institutions are needed. The study can be used as a basis to effectively provide information and services developed by research institutions relating to Musicology and institutions of art and culture that effectively provide information.

This study aims to investigate the security demand about the traffic policing by analyzing civil complaints. Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) was applied to extract key topics for 2,062 civil complaints data related to traffic policing from e-People. And additional analysis was made of reports of violations, which accounted for a high proportion. In this process, the consistency and convergence of keywords and representative documents were considered together. As a result of the analysis, complaints related to traffic police could be classified into 41 topics, including traffic safety facilities, passing through intersections(signals), provisional impoundment of vehicle plate, and personal mobility. It is necessary to strengthen crackdowns on violations at intersections and violations of motorcycles and take preemptive measures for the installation and operation of unmanned traffic control equipments, crosswalks, and traffic lights. In addition, it is necessary to publicize the recently amended laws a implemented policies, e-fine, procedure after crackdown.
