In this study, we analyzed career paths and college life plans of department of chemistry education students in teacher's college examined by their roadmaps. We let students make their roadmaps and analyzed them using the PASW 18 program. There were significant differences on gender in their career paths, learning English, traveling and volunteer activity. Female students for passing the MEET(Medical Education Eligibility Test) or DEET(Dental Education Eligibility Test) were more interested in learning English and traveling than male students. In addition, female students were more interested in volunteer activity. And the lower year students, the more interested in medical paths, learning English, traveling, getting good grades, exchange student program and scholarship. On the other hand the higher year students, the more interested in group study or E-learning. Then significant differences were in learning English, traveling and getting good grades by students's career paths. Students who wish to pass the MEET or DEET were more interested in learning English and getting good grades. Those two factors were essential in passing the MEET or DEET. Students who did not specified their career paths had more traveling plans than other students for setting their directions of careers. These results show that freshman and female students don't recognize the identity of teacher's college correctly. Because of reduction in the number of teacher recruitment according to decrease of students by birth rate drop, students in teacher's college are expected to continue like this trend that students look for other paths. Therefore, it is required career counseling and guidance for students who give priority practical path choices and college life plans over original characteristics of teacher's college. And it should be reconsidered the direction of chemistry education prepared the identity of teacher's college reflected in this actuality.

This study was examined to confirm the influence of personality traits, social support, and career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior in nursing college students based on the social recognition career self-management model. The subjects were nursing students attending 3rd and 4th grade in two nursing colleges in Gwangju and Chonnam area. The 208 data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 for windows. Personality traits, social support, and career decision self-efficacy were positively correlated with career preparedness behaviors. Conscientiousness and career decision self-efficacy were reported to have a statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior. Extraversion and social support were reported to have no statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior. These findings suggest that in order to promote career preparation behavior of nursing college students, the strategies to improve conscientiousness and career decision self-efficacy should be provided in nursing education field.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학의 도전적 창업문화 정착, 대학생의 창업역량 강화로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 창업 확대에 필요한 창업교육 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 창업의 국가경제적 의의와 함께 대학생의 진로 대안으로서 주목받고 있지만 우리나라 대학생의 창업인식은 낮은 수준에 머물고 있다. 대학생의 창업아이템이 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖출 만큼의 창의성이 뒷받침된 기술기반 창업과는 거리가 먼 경우가 많다. 최근 정부 및 대학에서 창업의 중요성을 인식하고 다양한 지원정책과 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 창업문화 확산을 통한 창업도전의 저변 확대, 시장과 산업 트랜드를 바꿀만큼의 시장 전환적이며, 창조적 파괴가 동반된 창업을 활성화하는 데에는 부족함이 많다. 이에 본 연구는 H대학교 신입생 1,092명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대학생 창업인식을 분석하고 대학의 창업교육 고도화를 위한 유의한 사실을 발견하였다. 실태조사 결과를 이용하여 본 연구는 다음과 같은 창업교육 고도화 방안을 제시하였는데. 첫째, 생애주기적 진로대안으로서 창업의 의의 인식, 둘째, 학생의 개인적 특성에 기초한 맞춤형 창업교육 프로그램의 개발 운영, 셋째, 창업 전문성을 갖추면서 동시에 교육자로서의 역량을 갖춘 대학 내 외부 전문가들을 네트워킹하여 이론-실무의 우수한 창업 교육자 풀 구성 넷째, 효과적 창업교육 전략 및 프로그램 개발과 실행을 위한 구체적 대안으로 창업교육 목적의 명확화, 교육목적에 부합하는 실천적 교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 국내외 우수 창업교육 콘텐츠의 적극적 활용, 창의적 문제해결 능력 강화를 위하여 교육학적으로 효과적인 방법의 모색 등을 제시하였다.

This study examines the relationship between social-emotional competence, major satisfaction, and career preparation behaviors for nursing students and identifies factors influencing career preparation behaviors. Data collection was conducted from December 5, 2023, to January 3, 2024, targeting 197 nursing college students (2nd to 4th year) from universities located in S City, C Province, and K Province. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 software, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA (post hoc analysis using Scheffe), Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results indicated statistically significant positive correlations among nursing students' social-emotional competence, major satisfaction, and career preparation behaviors. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that factors influencing career preparation behaviors included year of study, participation in career-related programs, social-emotional competence, and major satisfaction, with these variables explaining 40.3% of the variance in career preparation behaviors. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop and apply programs to strengthen social-emotional competencies considering the academic year of nursing student. And customized career programs should be established to increase major satisfaction.

해외연수는 필요하면서도 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 먼저 해외연수를 가려고 하는 학생들에게 목적의식을 가지고 가라고 조언하고싶다. 나의 진로를 먼저 선택하고 앞으로 본인의 미래에 도움이 될 수 있는 방향을 선택하여 해외연수를 가야 할 것이다.

This study aims to investigate the relationships between career stress, career adaptability, and career indecision of female university students. The participants were 184 female students in A university. They responded surveys regarding career stress, career adaptability, and career indecision. Research results were as follows. First, career stress predicted career indecision. Second, career adaptability mediated the relationship between career stress and career indecision. This result examined that career stress is an important factor which predicts career indecision. In addition, career adaptability could help to increase between career stress and career indecision by mediation effect. These findings of this research provide useful information for designing and implementing career education program.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors influencing college students' career decision. For this purpose, 673 college students in four - year colleges in Seoul, Gyeonggi- do, and Chungcheong - do were surveyed and analyzed. The main results are as follows. First, sexes did not show significant difference between career decision group and career indecision group. Second, logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effects of variables affecting career decision. Grade, major satisfaction, and career development competencies were variables that had a significant effect on career decision of college students. However, academic achievement, college students' adjustment, and career adaptability were not significant variables. These results suggest that in order to support career decision of college students, it is necessary to increase students majors satisfaction and improve career development capability.

The purpose of this study is, targeting 88 students in the department of English education for Children, D University, to examine the relationships between self-esteem, major satisfaction, career identity, and university life adjustment. A survey was performed, and collected questionnaires were analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 using reliability analysis, factorial analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, self-esteem, career identity, major satisfaction and career identity had high correlations with university life adjustment, in order. Self-esteem (${\beta}=.664$, p=.000) and major satisfaction(${\beta}=.349$, p=.000) influenced university life adjustment. In order to raise the university life adjustment ability of students in the department of English education for children, it is needed to develop systematic and specific programs for improving self-esteem and major satisfaction.

Career and academic Counseling is often viewed as the catalyst for frequent and consistent interaction with students, but it is more than simply advising students about which majors, universities or jobs to consider. Ongoing, personal contact of career and academic counselors with students is an essential component in long-term career-related efficacy. But statistics show that high schools in non-urban or rural areas face significant issues different from those schools in metropolitan or suburban contexts, failing to maintain the significant number of teachers enough for effective career and academic counseling. This article proposes an alternative model of career and academic counseling, provided by MBA(Master of Business Administration) alumni based social enterprise in Seoul. This service explores the skills, knowledge and capabilities which MBA alumni gained from their jobs and MBA programs within the context of a career-competency framework. This paper concludes with the social and educational aspect of this shared responsibility strategy that may enhance student motivation and persistence in non-urban high schools.
