전자패키징을 포함한 마이크로시스템 패키징의 재료 및 어셈블리 기술에 관련한 도전성 접착제 및 접속 기술을 개략적으로 소개하였다. 이와 같은 도전성 접착제 및 접속 기술은 종래 사용되어 왔던 Pb 솔더의 환경, 인체에의 악영향 등으로 인한 무연(Pb-free) 솔더의 개발과 함께 차세대 솔더의 대체 재료 및 접속 기술로서 주목받고 있다. 도전성 접착제는 이미 반도체 집적회로를 기판에 접합하는 등 널리 사용되고 있지만 최근 도전성 접착제에 대한 수요와 시장 규모가 증가하는 추세이며 더 나아가 그 응용 범위가 점차로 확대되어 가고 있다. 특히 국제적 규약에 의한 무연 솔더의 사용이 의무화됨에 따라 전기적 접속성, 열 도전성, 접합성 등 기본 솔더에 버금가는 특성을 확보하기 위한 새로운 재료의 개발 및 공정에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 선진국에서는 이러한 기술의 필요성을 인식하고 많은 연구 인력, 시설 및 정보 공유 등을 통해 활발한 투자와 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 이에 한국에서도 국제 경쟁력을 향상시키고 차세대 첨단 산업 분야의 신기술 확보를 위해 체계적인 연구 활동을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다.

본 연구는 한국노동연구원에서 실시한 "일과 가족 양립 지원제도 운영실태조사" 원자료를 활용하여 우리나라 기업의 유연근로제도에 대한 수용성 정도를 실증분석한 것이다. 유연근로제도를 포함한 가족친화 경영의 기업수용성은 출산과 양육친화단계에서는 높지만, 가족친화적 경영수준으로는 확장되지 않고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 기존의 연구와 달리 기업 특성을 성(gender)과 시장(market) 가치에 따라 구분하여 유연근로제도의 수용성이 어떤 영역에서 높게 나타나는지를 분석한 결과 여성친화적-고시장성 기업일수록 보다 높은 수용성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다변량분석을 활용하여 유연근로제도에 대한 기업의 수용성 결정요인을 도출하였는데 여기에서는 비정규직 활용과 유연근로제도가 대체관계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 현재 우리나라 노동시장에서 큰 이슈가 되고 있는 비정규직의 무분별한 활용과 증가를 억제할 수 있는 대안 중의 하나로 유연근로제도를 활성화하는 방안을 제안할 수 있으며, 이는 기업의 효율적인 인력운영과 함께 일자리의 질도 제고시킬 수 있어 기업과 근로자가 모두 윈윈(win-win)하는 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다고 하겠다.

본 연구는 코로나19 대응을 위한 업무연속성계획의 가동 경험을 분석하여 체계를 개선한 내용을 다루고 있다. 코로나19는 전 세계적으로 팬데믹을 일으킨 대유행병으로, 감염병 확산으로 인한 위기 상황에서 업무연속성을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 전력에너지 공기업은 위기대응 체계를 구축하고 필수 대응 사례를 분석하여 업무연속성을 유지하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 근무환경 분리, 핵심인력 확보, 비상대응 업무계획 수립 등 다양한 대책을 시행하였다. 코로나19 상황에서 전력에너지 공급업무의 연속성 확보를 위한 이러한 대책들은 효과적으로 시행되었고, 감염병 재난관리에 대한 매뉴얼로 활용하고 있다.

본 연구는 현재 정부의 규제완화 및 다양한 대체서비스의 등장으로 인해 점차 시장내 경쟁이 심화되어 가고 있는 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장에 있어 향후 경쟁상황이 어떻게 진행될지에 대한 연구를 통하여 이에 속한 기업들의 향후 시장전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 향후 경쟁상황을 예측하는데 있어 본 연구에서는 사용하는 방법론으로 첫째, 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 전체 수요예측을 우선적으로 실시한 후 둘째, 전체 시장의 수요를 바탕으로 이에 속하는 개별 서비스간의 경쟁관계와 대체관계에 의한 개별 서비스 수요를 예측하게 된다. 이상과 같은 서비스간의 수요를 도출함으로써 시장내 경쟁상황과 경쟁정도를 파악하게 된다. 현재 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 경우 가장 큰 특징이 바로 신규 대체 서비스들의 등장이고, 이들 서비스에 의해 전체 시장규모가 얼마나 성장할 것인지, 전체 시장에서 개별 서비스들의 기여도는 어느 정도가 되는지가 최대 관심사이다. 이에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 신규 대체 서비스가 시장에 진입하였을 때 파급효과가 얼마나 되는지를 추정하여 수요를 예측하였다. 이에 대한 추정결과 연구대상으로 하고 있는 전용회선서비스, 프레임릴레이서비스, 가상사설망서비스에서 전용회선서비스에 대한 타 유사서비스들의 영향력은 그리 크지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 반해 가상사설망서비스는 프레임릴레이서비스를 대체하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 사업자들은 향후 시장경쟁 상황을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 이에 대해 적절한 사업전략을 수립하는데 큰 도움을 얻게 되리라 기대한다.적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.증진, 페기물 발생 억제 분야에 상당한 성공을 거두었으며, 지금도 지속적으로 유지 관리 및 미비한 부분(CAER, 등)의 향상에 노력하고 있다. Dow Korea의 수입 판매 부분에 주로 관련된 Product Stewardship 및 Distribution Code는 여러 사업부 및 여러 지역(미국, 유럽, 아시아 등)에 위치한 담당자가 관련된 까닭에 가장 복잡한 부분이어서 많은 인력과 시간을 소비하면서 노력하고 있으나 아직까지 소정의 목표에 도달하지 못했으며, 2000년 말에 모든 실행지침이 실행되도록 목표, 실행 계획 및 조직을 수정하여 노력하고 있다.lumn density at distant position from MD5 is larger than that in the (:entral region. In this study, as the result of analyzing the relationship and influence between economic outcome and R&D supporting investment, the number of supporting subjects among the technological innovational areas of SMEs, it is as below. First, as the economic result of analyzing companies from the investment in R&D of technological innovational areas of minor companies, the number of supporting subjects and amount of R&D have relationship with increase of sales and export amount, employee reduction & the effect of new job creation shows positive correlation with the effect of import replacement. Second, as analyzing the influence of the investment in R&D has economic effect from of technological innovational minor companies. This is thought that the financial and R&D support increase a significant effect on economical, technical against SMEs.

This study analyzed the Korean nurses association news described nurses' work-family balance for fifteen years by drawing on the qualitative thematic approach. From September 14, 2012 to February 10, 2015, data were collected by searching news articles associated with nurses' work and family balance published from 2000 to 2014 in the Korean nurses' association news online. A total of 73 news articles were used for data analysis. Two themes and ten sub-themes were derived; under the first theme of the government policy on work-family balance, the 'policies of maternity leave', 'parenting support', 'working condition improvement', and 'family-friendly culture' were identified as the sub-themes. For the second theme of Korean nurses association activities on work-family balance, the 'activities for various working shifts', 'constructing 24 hours childcare facilities', 'supporting unemployed nursing workforce development', 'healthy birth and parenting environment', 'family-friendly work environment', and 'securing nurses for nursing shortage' were identified as sub-themes. The Korean nurses association news in terms of work-family balance providing a voice for nurses regarding the benefit of maternity leave, increasing awareness of gender equality from a gender perspective, and leading the public attention to it in depth.

The Medical Residents Act was enacted in December 2016 to protect the rights of residents, and to ensuring the safety of patients, and nurturing good medical human resources. This study analyzed the changes of training conditions according to the enforcement of The Medical Residents Act by comparing the results of two surveys conducted in 2015(1,793 Residents) and 2017(1,768 Residents). As a result, Residents worked over 80 hours per week on average('15=92.4h, '17=87.3h) and they worked twice as many times as 36 hours('15=89.4h, '17=70.1h). Female residents' leave before and after childbirth('15=78.5day, '17=82.2day), Preparation of Standard training contract('15=19.3%, '17=40.8%), Delivery of training contract('15=12.4%, '17=36.1%) did not comply with the regulations. The training conditions of the residents is directly related to the safety of patients and the public's health. National support is needed for the support of substitute workforces, fair training evaluation conditions and incentives based on the evaluation results, labor costs for residents and supervising medical specialists, and the cost of making training programs.

This study aimed to make proposals to develop an apprenticeship program and organize the apprenticeship curriculum by conducting an overall analysis of how vocational education and training high schools participating in the apprenticeship system(apprenticeship schools) organized the apprenticeship program in the school curriculum. To that end, the study analyzed the current state of the apprenticeship curriculum of 33 apprenticeship schools and came up with the following results: First, the apprenticeship class and the general class had a similar relevance between 'departments' and 'areas and goals of student training' and between 'departments' and 'qualifications,' while the apprenticeship class had a higher relevance between 'areas and goals of student training' and 'qualifications' than the general class. Second, both the required and optional competency units of the apprenticeship program were relatively evenly included in the Off-JT and OJT. Third, the competency units of the apprentice program were included in the technical subjects of the 2009 revised curriculum as well as the NCS practical subjects of the 2015 revised curriculum. Fourth, although most of the competency units of the apprenticeship program have a high correlation with the technical subjects of the school curriculum, there were also many schools showing a low correlation. Fifth, although the hierarchy of organizing the competency units of the apprenticeship program by semester was mostly high, there were a considerable number of schools with a low hierarchy. As a result, this study made the following policy proposals: granting a grace period for approval of the changes in the curriculum of the apprenticeship, distributing the matching table before and after the revision of the NCS competency units, organizing subjects not included in the national curriculum, creating subjects specialized for companies, and monitoring and consulting the curriculum of the apprenticeship schools.

This study analyzed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR hereafter) of construction companies, especially focusing on small-medium companies. Surveys on construction companies' CSR activities and intensive interview with experts were executed to analyze and draw some implications. The empirical results shows that most of construction companies feel keenly necessity of CSR. The level of small-medium companies' awareness is lower than that of large companies'. CEO and board members of small-medium companies are less concerned about CSR yet. Carrying CSR activities co-working with NGO is preferred because of expertise and network. This study also suggests future strategy for CSR in the construction industry, focusing on small-medium companies. First of all it is necessary for small-medium companies to enhance the level of awareness and encourage participation in CSR. Second, it is required to strengthen relation with NGO and share information for CSR. Third, it is really significant to strengthen budget support and secure personnel to activate CSR. The systematic support by gevernment is also important. Lastly, it is essential to mount a publicity campaign and develop various CSR program. The role of 'Construction Industry Foundation for Social Responsibility' is emphasized because small-medium companies have very little room for CSR.

Method or work type improvement is needed in relation to reducing cost and increasing efficiency by ensuring construction quality and reducing labor in the form work process. This would have a great influence on the entire construction process, and make the process of adopting materials and methods more rational and economic. Hence, this study aimed to develop a Synthetic Resins Euroform that could improve durability, water-proofing, sophistication, and organizational unity through the use of injection modeling. Accordingly, this paper first investigated various performance requirements and necessary techniques, and then verified feasibility by evaluating the physical safety and technical validity when it is applied to construction field. In addition, this study evaluated the constructability, safety performance, environmental performance, and systemic excellence in terms of maintaining convenience of Synthetic Resins Euroform. Moreover, to verify feasibility in the construction field, this study analyzed and evaluated the maximum stress by measuring the load and deformation of the space of the horizontal furring, which is attached to Euroform as an armature.
