본사업이 성공적으로 수행되면 대형 부유식 구조물 기술과 대형 기계장치 기술을 효율적으로 조합하는 대형 복합 해상 플랜트 개발 능력을 확보하게 됨으로써, 해상 플랜트산업을 고부가가치 수출전략산업으로 육성 가능하게 되며, 국내 플랜트 엔지니어링 기술 수준 도약의 계기가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 사회, 경제적으로도 대형복합 해상 플랜트 개발을 통하여 해상공간을 퉁분히 활용함으로써 육상 용지난을 경감시킬 수 있으며 특히, 계속 증가추세에 있는 육성기피시설물, 예를 들면 폐기물 처리시설, 대형공항, 원자력발전소 등의 수요에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있게 된다.

지난 6월 22일부터 7월 6일까지 한국오리협회 회원 36명은 로스앤젤레스를 비롯한 샌프란시스코 등 미서부 지역을 12박 15일간의 일정으로 2023년 해외연수를 다녀왔다. 이번 해외연수는 국민소득 증가 및 웰빙 붐에 따른 고품질 축산물에 대한 소비자의 욕구증대에 대응하기 위한 전략을 마련하고 자조금 사업 홍보 확대 및 시장개방에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 축산인 스스로의 전문성을 함양하기 위해 진행됐다. 총 36명의 해외연수단이 방문한 미국은 전세계 식품 시장의 50% 이상을 차지하고 있으며 세계 경제의 중심지이자 최대 식품 수요처로 글로벌 식품회사들의 '꿈의 무대'로 인식되고 있다. 이번 해외연수를 통해 미국 식품시장의 현주소와 트렌드를 살펴보고 미국 현지 농장을 방문해 경험한 새로운 형태의 복합농을 소개한다.

Approximately 0.7 millions dining business exist all over the country and the industry gains 33 trillions sales every year. Although the characteristics, preference factors, and consuming trends of the consumers in this area are diverse and unpredictable than those in other segments, it is actual that the industry has not been divided as a specified market suited to the real state of affairs in the nation. Therefore, in order for appropriate marketing strategies, it will be necessary to focus on extending product classification, diversifying brands, health marketing, and marketing by ages, by generations, and by life patterns. In addition, economically superior position can be established by subdividing strategies meeting various needs and expectations of consumers.

This paper reviews the problems and opportunities of Japanese newspaper industry. In the focus are particularly issues related to causes of the crisis and reacting strategies overcoming the crisis. To answer the questions, we conducted in-depth interviews with top-level managers of major newspaper companies in Japan. Secondary data were gathered to complement the interview. Top managers mainly perceived the causes of the crisis as young readers' alienation from newspaper due to the change of media environment and structural factors such as increasing production/distribution costs and diminishing appeals for advertisers. They are implementing several strategies to overcome this crisis - developing newspaper content for young readers; packaging customized on-off line advertisement; extending news distribution via online and mobile platforms; diversifying business into diverse sectors such as real-estate; enhancing brand equity of newspaper; and collaborating with rival newspaper companies in operating news site and joint printing/distribution. Lessons from the case of Japanese newspaper industry may be useful starting points for the Korean newspaper companies agonizing for diminishing circulation and advertising revenues.

While industrial ecology theories and policy approaches have been considerably influential in regional economy, the dynamism and limitations of regional venture ecosystem are less clearly examined. In particular, the activities of strategic network brokerage require further research in relation to its internal and external interactions and collaborative mechanisms. Based on the analysis results of conditions of Daegu Gyeongbuk regional venture firms, this article examines the necessities of strategic network brokerage in regional venture ecosystem in the dimensions of network conditions as the intrinsic limitations, of innovation direction method outcome as the extrinsic trends, and of the related regional demands. In particular, this article tries to explore the roles and activity scopes of strategic network brokerage to contribute for making up for the weakness of diverse network infrastructures of regional venture ecosystem, for dealing with the mismatch for the extrinsic change trends of industrial technologies, and for fulfilling the strengthening trends of intrinsic capacities.

L2 learners deal with communication problems encountered during the course of their oral communication by employing what are known as communication strategies(CSs). As CSs play a significant role in communication and language learning, identifying CSs that facilitate communication has become important in L2 research. However, there have been some controversies about how to identify CSs, especially about data sources: conversation data, retrospective interview data, or combining two types of data. Drawing on the advantages of converged data, this study aimed to identify CSs that L2 learners use in their English communication through a convergence analysis of data. In this qualitative case study, the data were collected from Korean L2 learners' conversations and retrospective verbal reports in stimulated recall interviews. Using a data convergence approach, various CSs were identified: definition replacement CSs, message change CSs, time-gaining CSs, and comprehension CSs. This study suggests the effectiveness of CSs in handling L2 communication problems and the usefulness of data convergence in L2 CS research.

커피 포트는 60여개의 부품으로 조립되어 있는 제품으로써, 다품종 대량 생산되는 제품이다. 이러한 제품을 설계할 때에는 소비자의 기호에 맞게 모델을 다양화 하여야 하며, 제품과 품질, 성능등 제품측면과 서비스, 가격등 판매측면에서도 세심한 전략이 필요하다. 이는 제조 기업 대부분이 해결해야 할 과제이다. 그러므로, 작업자의 임금 상승, 경쟁 회사와의 가격 경쟁 등 기업 내외적 원가 상승 요인에 효과적으로 대처하여야 한다. 그 한 방법으로 제품을 구성하고 있는 부품을 분석, 검토하여 부품수를 줄이고 자동화 정도를 높이며, 조립의 용이성과 유연성을 갖는 제품의 구조적 재설계를 수행하여 조립 경비를 줄이는 것을 들 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 커피포트를 대상으로 조립의 용이화를 위한 구조 설계를 할 때 고려되어야 할 여러가지 설계 단계와 영향 요소등을 체계적으로 고려하여 작업자, 공정, 조립기계, 재료등 조립 수행 측면에서의 비용을 절감할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper firstly aims to classify the applicability of the Balanced Scorecard approach to Korean ocean-going shipping firms' management system. The applicability of this approach from Korean shipping firms using Balanced Scorecard will create more effective and efficient organizational performance with reflecting non-financial indexes and making a balance among missions in organization. Secondly, the paper suggests positive information and theoretical evidences to improve Korean shipping firms' management system with examining an availability of the Balanced Scorecard as one method of management tools. So these factors are analysed by structural equation model. This study provides CEO in Korean ocean-going shipping firm the guideline and availability of the Balanced Scorecard as to what kinds of factors should be considered and what is the most critical factor to adopt the BSC into their business.

본 연구는 IT산업에서 일반적으로 제품 수명이 짧은 반면, 특허출원부터 등록시 까지 기간이 많이 소요되기 때문에 과연 특허출원하는 것이 실효성이 있을 지에 대한 의구심에서 출발하여 IT산업에서 특허 보유의 필요성이 있는지 여부에 대해 여러 각도에서 집중 분석해 보았다. 본 연구에서는 IT산업에 대한 정의, 국내 IT산업의 세계 시장에서의 위치 및 특허 환경 분석을 통한 분석과 IT산업에서 실제 사용되었던 특허를 사례별로 분석해 봄으로써 전략적으로 특허를 창출하는 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 본 연구결과 우리나라 IT산업의 세계시장에서의 점유율이 높은 부분인 낸드플래시메모리, 평판패널, DRAM, 이동통신 단말 부분에 대한 국내 특허출원 건수를 조사한 바, DRAM, 낸드플래시메모리, 평판패널 그리고 이동통신 단말 순으로 특허출원 건수가 많음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 IT산업의 국내 특허분쟁 사례를 조사한 바, 총산업 대비 41%를 점하고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 특허 환경에 대처하기 위해서는 전략적으로 특허를 확보해야 하는 당위성에 입각하여 실제 기업에서 특허분쟁에서 사용되었던 강한특허를 벤치마킹하여 어떻게 특허를 창출해야할 지에 대한 답을 얻고자 했다. 그 결과로 연구개발을 통한 많은 실시 예 확보, 명세서 작성 시 한정적인 용어의 선택을 피하고, 발명의 내용을 확대할 수 있는 특허제도 활용, 마지막으로 의견서 제출 시 균등해석을 제한하는 표현 삼가 등이 전략적으로 특허를 창출하는 핵심 요소로 분석되었다.

This study investigated the main effect and interaction effect of independent variables such as news fatigue, political sophistication, knowledge system of news, and news view on reflective news use and partisan news use. This study employed multiple regression analysis and Two way ANOVA. The positive relationship between news fatigue and critical news use strategies was found. Exploring the factors to news processing strategies, the study suggested the potential direction of news education.
