This study examines the mobility of the disadvantaged population groups in terms of public transportation using the 2014 smart card data in Seoul, Korea. Particularly, we focus on the disadvantaged population such as senior group, junior group, and low-income population group. Based on the spatial distributions of public transportation mobility levels and the disadvantaged population groups, we identify specific areas where public transportation service should be improved for the disadvantaged population. As a result, we identify 15 administrative-dongs where the ratio of the disadvantaged population is high while the mobility index of public transit is low. The main contributions of this study are as follows. First, we use the smart card data which contains the information of actual trip made by individuals and develop the evaluation process of urban mobility for the disadvantaged population groups. Second, we identify the specific areas where public transportation service should be improved for the different group of the disadvantaged population. Lastly, we discuss policy implications to improve the urban mobility of the disadvantaged population.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of Pansori non-Specialist After reviewing the need for content development and conducting interviews with Pansori Specialist, the contents of popular Pansori contents It is aimed to derive basic data necessary for development. First, in order to examine the necessity of development of popular Pansori contents, 100 Pansori non-specialists surveyed through the experience of the same popular Pansori Contents revealed that the contents of popular Pansori showed a new aspect of Pansori and it is necessary to develop popular Pansori contents. it is necessary to secure popularity, fun and interest, Convergence with other genres, intrinsic troubles about Pansori, Expansion in to traditional arts, materials suitable for trends, development of lirics, language, music, and professional producers should be considered. Second, As a result of conducting interviews 31 Pansori Specialist in order to provide basic data necessary for the development of popular Pansori contents, its essential to develop popular Pansori contents. and analysis of the public, endless challenges and attempts, material development collaboration with professional worker and expansion.

문화는 정신적인 것에서부터 제도에 이르기까지 인간의 삶과 관련된 모든 것을 의미한다. 대중예술이라는 측면에서 대중문화는 디지털 정보매체의 발달과 관련하여 고전적인 것보다는 개성과 독창성을 중시하고, 사회 문화적인 의미 이상으로 그 중요성과 영향력을 가지고 있으며, 규격화되고 획일적이며, 동질적 성격을 띄는 특성을 지니고 있다. 대중문화의 기능은 순기능과 역기능으로 분류할 수 있는데, 전자는 문화가 대다수 대중의 삶의 표현이고 문화적 풍요를 경험할 수 있다는 관점이고, 후자는 대중을 한 집단의 구성원이나 개인으로 인식하기보다는 무차별적인 집합체로 인식하고, 상업주의, 획일성, 저속성 등의 부정적인 의미를 내포하고 있으며, 대중문화가 사회의 도덕과 윤리를 저해한다는 관점이다. 주5일제 시행과 여가 활동으로서 여행에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라서 연안여객의 활용도는 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 하지만, 국내 연안여객 이용의 실태는 항로 부족, 항구의 노후화 등 개선해야할 과제가 많이 있다. 이러한 상황에서 연안여객의 대중교통화의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 논문은 현재 연안여객의 항로 네트워크를 분석하여 대중교통화로 나아갈 수 있는 현재의 실태를 확인했다. 사용된 네트워크 분석지수는 지역중심성(degree centrality), 연결중심성(betweenness centrality)이다. 두 가지 지수에 따라 대중교통화에 기여하고 있는 항구의 순위를 확인했다. 분석결과가 연안여객의 대중교통화에 조금이나마 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

This study is aimed at identifying the relationship of transit accessibility types to its related travel frequency in the Seoul metropolitan area. A multi-level poisson regression model is employed after categorizing transit accessibility into 18 types based on locations of residential and work workplace. Analysis results offer three policy implications in improving transit use in the Seoul metropolitan area. First, increase in transit ridership can be more effectively attained when policies concerning both competitive and complementary relationships between bus and rail transit are incorporated. Second, transfer system needs to be focused on such two modal perspectives as one travels from Seoul to suburban area and residential areas given the fact that walking accessibility to bus transit is good but that to rail transit is poor. Third, it is more effective to emphasize rail transit priority rather than bus transit, especially for the travel from suburban area to the city of Seoul in order to increase transit ridership.

In spite of continuous implementation of the transportation demand management (TDM), the profuse use of car at the peak-time has caused chronic traffic congestion in the Seoul downtown area. This study makes a comparative analysis on the effectiveness of commuting cost subsidy system for public transit user with other policy instruments such as an increment in fuel tax and park cost. This study not only follows standard guidelines of stated preference methodology to guarantee objectivity, but also uses sample enumeration method and non-Parametric bootstrapping method to secure reliability of empirical results. As a result of empirical studies, the conversion effect of car to public transit is superior to other two Policy instruments. Also. an increment in fuel tax and park cost is income-regressive from the equity aspect in a wage bracket, but commuting cost subsidy system for Public transit user is Income-progressive As a fundamental research on commuting cost subsidy system for public transit user, this study is likely to Provide Policy-makers with quantitative information useful in establishing Public transport Policy to Promote the use of the public transit.

The peformance and quality of Web sites are often being estimated by the frequency that the users approach its site. This paper suggest how a link-editing method can automatically fix a poor organization by calculating each page's relative popularity, and how improve fix poor pages. Page's relative popularity depended on only cases where the objective Is to make it easier for a user to find the requested data; the faster the access, the better the organization of the Web sites according to tree depth.

This study has redefined the concepts of mobility indexes and potential demand, standards to evaluate areas with the worst public transportation system and applied the relevant indexes to select the areas with the worst public transportation mobility and present a method to set direct public transportation lines between these regions. The mobility indexes and indexes to evaluate potential demand were applied to select the regions with the worst public transportation systems in four metropolitan cities and case studies were carried out on direct lines provided between these regions. The analysis results showed that in public transportation mobility blind spots, public transportation takes much longer than driving an automobile or public transportation services are not provided. In addition, the analysis showed that a direct lines system to solve such worst off regions should be built to have public transportation take as much time as driving an automobile by establishing lines for automobiles only, minimize time lost from hopping up and down a bus and maximize connections.

최근 NGO의 급격한 성장과 위상이 높아지면서 정부정책과정에서의 NGO와 정부간 역할관계는 각 분야에서 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 교통분야에 대한 NGO와 정부간 역할관계에 관한 관심이나 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이와 같은 배경에서 수행된 본 연구는 현재 열악한 대중교통서비스를 개선하기 위해서 NGO와 정부간 정책연대 등 새로운 정책운용의 필요성을 제시한 탐색적 연구이다. 본 논문의 분석결과, 우선 대중교통정책 운용은 ‘공급자중심’에서 ‘이용자중심’으로 전환되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 ‘서울시를 비롯한 자치단체들이 NCO와 정책연대를 통해 정책추진에 시민의견을 적극 반영하는 제도적 장치가 강구되어야 한다. 구체적으로는 서울시의 경우 교통·환경·소비자 등 관련분야의 NGO와 서울시 및 의회관계자, 전문가, 업계대표 등이 참여하는 가칭 ‘대중교통시민위원회’를 구성한다. 또한 지방자치단체는 대중교통 전반의 서비스 개선목표와 단계별 세부추진사항을 결정, 헌장으로 제정하고 이를 토대로 대중교통정책의 집행과정과 성과를 주기적으로 평가하고 시정 조치할 필요가 있다.

Public transportation accessibility has been evaluated through minimum level of service for public transportation. However it is evaluated based operators rather than users. This study analyzed the users' accessibility(first-mile, last-mile) to public transportation using altteul transport card data. As a result of user's accessibility of public transportation, rural areas was lower than that in the urban areas. This study calssified type 1 and 2 based average approach time, and average approach time of Type 1 and 2 were more than average approach time of total area. We propsed an efficient introduction of autonomous public transportation on-demand service using delphi survey. As a result of delphi survey, experts agreed on 9 items regarding function, service item, route operation, approach distance, route mileage, punctuality.
