Study on Moderating Effect of Psychological Flexibility at Impact on Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness affects Subjective Well-being ; College Students (정서표현 양가성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과 연구 ; 대학생을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate moderating effect of psychological flexibility on impact which students feel ambivalence over emotional expressiveness in interpersonal relationships. In summary, the results are as follows. Self-defence ambivalence is strong negative influence on subject well-being but concerned-relation ambivalence is not affect at subject well-being. Also, moderating effect of psychological flexibility in concerned-relation ambivalence is not appear on subjective well-bing while self-defence ambivalence is shown moderating effect of psychological at subjective well-being. These results are mean that concerned-relation itself contains psychological flexibility role and psychological flexibility is negative influence on self-defence ambivalence and positive influence at subjective well- being. Moderating effect of psychological flexibility is shown that as important role subjective well-being. So students will need to help accommodate an active experience in the field allow s college students to raise their own psychological flexibility.

The Immediately Effects of PNF Combined Pattern Movement on Balance, Proprioception and Flexibility Using 3D Newton Box (3D Newton Box를 이용한 PNF 통합패턴운동이 균형, 고유감각, 유연성에 미치는 즉각적 효과)

  • This study was conducted on 20 healthy adults in their 20s to identity the immediate effects of balance, proprioception and flexibility after conducting the PNF combined patterns using 3D Newton box. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS Window 19.0 statistical program, and the general characteristics of the subjects were calculated by calculating the mean and standard deviation using the technical statistics, and the differences before and after in-group balance, proprioception and flexibility were analyzed by the paired t-test. The balance, proprioception and flexibility of the subjects were measured using Y-balance, one-leg standing, and finger bottom contact. The exercise was applied with an combined pattern of PNF in the 3D Newton box. After exercise, balance, proprioception and flexibility all increased significantly. The results show that combined pattern of PNF using the 3D Newton box immediately works for the balance, proprioception and flexibility of adults in their 20s. Therefore, it is considered to be an exercise that can be actively utilized for adults or patients at high risk of damage due to reduced balance, proprioception and flexibility.

  • In this study, the equivalent elastic modulus of flexible textile composites was predicted by nonlinear finite element analysis. The analysis was carried out considering the material nonlinearity of fiber tows and the geometrical nonlinearity during large deformation using commercial analysis software, ABAQUS. To account for the geometrical nonlinearity due to the large shear deformation of fiber tows, a user defined material algorithm was developed and inserted in ABAQUS. In results, nonlinear stress-strain curve for the flexible textile composites under uni-axial tension was predicted from which effective elastic modulus was obtained and compared to the test result. The effective elastic moduli were calculated for the various finite element models with different waviness ratio of fiber tow.

  • As the variability of renewable energy output increases, there is a growing emphasis on flexible resources that facilitate effective output control to maintain the stability of the power grid. In the absence of such flexible resources, grid instability, including large-scale blackouts, may occur. Therefore, methods for assessing flexibility are essential for the effective utilization of flexible resources that mitigate variability. This study proposes a performance-based assessment method to accurately evaluate the effectiveness of flexible resources, considering both grid stability and efficiency. The validity of this method was verified through a case study that accounted for potential errors during actual operations.

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect and difference of abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training on the lumbar flexibility of 20s adults. Method : The abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training were conducted 9 times targeting 21 subjects who attended K University from 2013 May 29 to June 14. Sit and Reach Tests were conducted 2 times(before and after exercise program) for flexibility test and measured data were processed with SPSS program WIN 12.0K. By the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the effectiveness of exercises are verified. By the Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test, the difference of effectiveness among the exercise groups are verified. Result : The results of this study were summerized below 1. Before and after exercise, in abdominal muscle strengthening exercise group, back muscle stretching group and multi-training group are showed statistically significant differences(p<.05), 2. There were statistically significant difference in the improvement of the flexibility between each group(p>.05). Conclusion : These data suggests that all of the 3 exercise programs are brought positive influences on the improvement of flexibility, and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and flexibility multi-training are effective on the flexibility more than, back muscle stretching in 20s adults.

  • Web consists of the grand virtual system which is made of all connected computers network. We can solve the huge problem which requires high quality in cost performance and powerful computing power to use a numerous idle state system on internet as process it parallel. However, we have to consider heterogeneous computing resources, accessibility, and reliability to carry out parallel system on global environment, not network but whole Internet. In this paper, We the WebImg system which has the power of web computing, and show the flexible task allocation strategy in heterogeneous hosts. Also, we evaluate its performance, moreover the proposed task allocation strategy supplies fault tolerance by controlling host situation at any time.
