In this study, we consider the meaning of one-to-one correspondence through theoretical background under operation of matrix. On algebraic point of view, its significance is 'through one-to-one correspondence from a set with given structure, become a methods in order to induce an algebraic system in to a new set.' That is a key idea making isomorphic structure. Such process experiences necessity of mathematical fact, as well as the deep understanding of one-to-one correspon -dence. Also that becomes a base for develop a various mathematical concepts, such as matrix, exponential laws, symmetric difference, permutation and so on. This study help teachers and students to understand of mathematical concepts meaningfully and to facilitate teacher's professional development.

세계화의 진전으로 사실상 국가간 장벽이 없어짐에 따라, 전문직 자격에 있어서도 각국이 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 국제적 기준이 필요하게 되었고, 이에 따라 UIA는 건축사자격에 대한 국제 기준이랄 수 있는 '건축실무에 있어서의 전문성에 관한 국제기준 권장안(UIA Accord on Recommended International Standards for Professionalism in Architectural Practice, 1999)'을 발표하였다. 때마침 WTO에 의한 전문서비스분야의 시장개방문화와 함께 우리나라의 건축사제도에도 일대 변혁이 불가피하게 된 것이다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 현안에 대한 신속한 대처를 위하여 UIA와의 관계정립이 필요하다는 판단하에 UIA 회원단체로서의 가입을 추진하는 한편, 구체적인 대안마련을 위한 연구를 진행하여 '건축사자격 상호인정에 따른 대응방안(1999.9)'을 발표하였고, '한중일 건축사협의회'를 설립, 3국의 공동대처방안을 모색하는 등 지속적인 노력을 기울여 왔다. 협회 뿐만 아니라 학회를 중심으로 한 건축학교과과정의 모델연구, 건교부와 건축3단체가 참여한 '건축사자격제도 개선방안에 대한 대응방안연구(2002.12)'등을 통하여 이미 5년이상의 건축학 교육과정이 신설되었고, 건축교육인증을 위한 인증원 설립준비가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화는 비단 세계화 혹은 무역자유화라는 현안에 대한 대응의 필요성 뿐 아니라 궁극적으로는 우리나라 건축교육의 질을 높이고 국제기준과 동등한 건축사제도를 갖춤으로써 건축사의 자질을 향상시켜 국제경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는데 목적이 있다 하겠다. 나라마다 건축사제도의 성립 과정과 배경이 다르지만, 대부분의 나라에서 건축사제도는 건축사단체에 의하여 운영되고 있다. 우리 협회도 최근에 진행되고 있는 인증원 설립을 위한 연구에 적극적으로 참여하여 주도적 역할을 담당하고 있기에, 관련 내용을 소개하여 회원여러분의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

Security infrastructure of Educational Network responds to threats by collecting and analyzing security events from various information protection system based on the integrated management system. Even if this system provides useful and detailed information to the administrator, there are some problems that this system does not provide effective response process and management systems for various threatening situations and the simultaneous threat processes. To solve this problem, we propose and develop security agents that enable the administrator to effectively manage integrated security for Educational Network. The proposed solution provides the administrator with efficient management techniques and process scheduling for various security events so that the administrator can response promptly to problems with the initial threat to Educational Network.

This study was performed to evaluate the safety level of consciousness of college dorm life, and to suggest the problem derivation and to improve the prevention of accidents. The survey research was performed to investigate the contents of safety training for 150 people, and the effectiveness, the demands of safety were also examined. The risk factors were identified in order to assess the level of personal security awareness. The survey was performed for the knowledge of risky behaviors, such as disaster preparedness tips. The research showed that the satisfaction and effectiveness of safety training was high by investigation. Through the research, the recognition factor of the accident, which occurs by a lack of understanding for specific responses, must be enhanced using the safety training to respond adequately when disaster occurs.

WTO/TRIPS 협정 체결과 WIPO의 저작권 조약이 선진국의 주도로 성립된 뒤로 지적재산권 분야의 변화와 대응은 각국의 주요 이슈로 부각 되었다. 새로운 지적재산 체제는 경제는 물론 교육, 문화, 사회 전반에 걸핀 서비스영역까지 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 지식재산 시대에서 한국과 경제적, 문화적, 지정학적으로 비슷한 위치에 있는 대만의 과학기술 정책과 연구 개발 활동, 그리고 지적재산권에 대한 현황에 대해 살펴봄으로써 대만의 지적재산 관련 정책대응과 활동에 대해 알아본다.

Currently, patrol officers dispatched are required to work in pairs, and are assigned individual duties. However, despite these rules, there are still inappropriate combat education centered around dangerous weapons and arresting technique training being taught in the police system. The human rights problems resulting from excessive responses, the damages done to the patrol officers due to insufficient responses, and the judicial issues that many officers who have justly arrested face, reveal the ultimate problem of the decrease in reliability of the police. Considering this problem, there is a need for change in the current training system. Specifically, in the current dispatch rule, assignment of individual duties, and training methods, realistic improvements must be made. Having understood the arrest technique training problem and reviewed case studies of the police training in South Korea and other countries, I plan to analyze the effects of implementing a realistic and professional training system, and propose a systemic solution according to the results. By effectively discussing the various issues of the proposed training and police education, I intend to propose a realistic teamwork training for paired patrol officers, enabling them to work well together in practice and theory, hence increasing the effectiveness in crime situation.

In this study, the school crisis response system and intervention are examined in the U.S. by reviewing Crisis Response Team(CRT) to give a direction for establishing and improving the school crisis response system in Korea. To do this, a literature review has been conducted focusing on domestic and foreign literature on the school - based crisis response system about the U.S. and Korea. The characteristics of the school-based CRT in the U.S. are as follows. First, in the U.S., the organizational structure and financial support for school - based crisis response has been stated by law so that the roles and responsibilities of region, district, school have been clearly defined. Second, in the event of a school crisis, the school have been shared the role of professional crisis response according to the Incident Command System and coordinates communication smoothly between each area of society through cooperation with CRT. Third, CRT prevents burnout by showing flexibility in team composition so that CRT members are not tired or overwhelmed by a crisis event, and focuses on strengthening the crisis capability of the school itself through cooperation between the school and CRT. Fourth, the school-based CRT in the U.S. conducts a step by step crisis intervention from prevention to prolonged post management. Based on these results, implications for the establishment and improvement of school-based crisis response system in Korea are discussed.

본 논문에서는 교육과정 개발의 일반적 방법론과 국내외 정보보호 교육과정 및 그 특징의 조사를 바탕으로 정보보호 교육을 위한 국내 여건에 최적화된 교과과정 모델을 제공하여, 각 대학의 학부 및 대학원 과정에서 정보보호 인력을 내실있게 양성할 수 있는 교과목등을 제시함으로 미래의 정보보호 산업 인력의 수요에 적극 대응할 수 있는 기본 적인 틀을 제공한다. 본 논문은 대학에서의 정보보호 교과과정 모델 제시를 그 주 목적으로 하고 있는 바, 현재의 교육법시행령등의 대학 교육 환경과 국내외 대학의 현실을 고려하여 국내에서는 최초로 학부 및 대학원 교과과정을 실 질적으로 적용 가능한 형태로 제시하고 있다.

소방조직의 효과성을 제고시킬 수 있는 수요자 중심의 교육훈련 프로그램 설계를 AHP를 통해 재난관리 중요도를 산정하여 과학적이고 체계적인 직무중심 교육훈련 프로그램 설계 방향을 제시할 수 있었는데, 이러한 방법에 의한 교육훈련 프로그램 분석은 소방학교를 포함한 모든 공공교육기관에게도 적용시킬 수 있어 과거 답습적인 교육훈련 프로그램의 재활용에서 벗어나 새로운 환경변화에 적극적으로 대응하고 변화를 촉진할 수 있다는 측면에서 본 연구의 의의가 크다고 할 수 있다.
