The insurer's right to take legal proceedings in the name of the assured against a third party who has caused loss of or damage to the goods is of particular importance in marine cargo insurance under international trade transaction. The amounts recovered in subrogation actions, known in practice simply as recoveries, form a significant element in the balancing of the cargo insurer's underwriting account by improving ing the loss record. However, even if the carrier involved in the accident have a liability for damages, in some cases can not claim damages in accordance with the after clauses and carrier's exemption clauses indemnity carrier under the contract of carriage. In recent, the dispute cases to argue damages claim of the carrier in connection with business practices of surrender B/L, the claim is dismissed cases in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the after clauses. In the future, the surrender B/L is continually to use as a marine transport method, it may also be interested in insurance subrogation of damages claims to insurance accident by a surrender B/L.

This research primarily aims to analyze several implications of a deep-seated cultural yearning for traditional heritage and gentrification through exploring the recently increasing interest in Hanok, the traditional housing in urban areas of Korea. We tend to consider gentrification as the impetuous and massive change of urban space drawn from high developmental pressure. However, this kind of understanding of gentrification makes us ignore the dialectical process and complexities of mutual interactions of various subjects in urban space. By exploring the renovation of Hanok housings and the Hanok preservation area designated by the Seoul metropolitan government, this study investigates how the varying degrees of urban subjects' perspectives and practices impact gentrification in the way of plural and dialectical process. Also, it discusses what implications urban change could have by preserving traditional architectures for cultural place-making in urban space.

Among the healthcare-related judgments handed down in 2002, there was a significant ruling on the timing of the duty of explanation, stating that, in order to ensure the exercise of the patient's right to self-determination, the patient must be given time to consider and decide on the risks and side effects of a medical procedure in specific circumstances. In addition, in a case where an insurance company claimed unjust enrichment against a medical institution on behalf of its insureds, the court provided a clear standard by distinguishing between active and passive requirements regarding the need to preserve the right of subrogation of creditors. In the area of medical administration, there was a ruling that clarified that a medical institution's business suspension under the National Health Insurance Act is directed against the medical institution, a ruling that broadly recognized causation in a case of compensation for side effects of corona vaccination, and a ruling on the scope of a medical practitioner's license, such as the use of ultrasound devices by an oriental medicine practitioner. In a case involving a patient's claim for eviction from a medical institution, the court reviewed a ruling on just cause for termination of a hospitalization contract in relation to Article 15(1) of the Medical law.

There is an agreement that sociocultural forces affect on the types of arts. There have been a little attempts to draw analogy between architecture and music. There are many objective and subjective factors for this to be true. If, however, the two arts are out of much the same social conditions, they show a degree of conformity in design and general organization. Our study shows the interrelationship between the Residential Space and structure of music. In order to clarify the interrelationship between architecture and music, the study examines ten Residential Spaces suggested by Yi-Jinkyung. The Residential Spaces are analyzed by using theory of Space Syntax. The structure of music is analyzed by tonality, counterpoint and harmony. The comparison between the Residential Spaces and music follows : From Renaissance to the 19th century, they have the same tendency to 1) openness & closure to the outer space and 2) the netting diagram in the inner space & Counterpoint 3) the tree diagram in the space & Harmony

This study is about a relationship of architecture and polyphony music. In the field of interior architecture, there have been many tries of applying characteristics of music, such as abstraction and nature of time for users of space to have new experience. It has been possible because architecture and music have similarities in many ways. Regarding using proportional characteristic in architecture and music, the both fields are enormously related in some ways. The purpose of this study is explaining of possibility of architectural expression in music and suggesting a way of analysing architectural design based on musical elements emphasizing proportional characteristic. Therefore, it is going to analyse Counterpoint of Bach, which is well expressed in music and compare it with proportional characteristic of space through this study.

This study examined location determinants of FDI inflows in developing countries. I proposed and test modified gravitiy model empirically that include host country locational determinants, gravity link variable and home country control variable. The main findings are: countries with a larger market size, faster economic growth, higher per capita income, higher quality of human capital, higher level of foreign stock and more liberalized economic regime attracted relatively more FDI inflows.

본 논문에서는 셀 단위 바나듐 배터리의 220회의 충·방전 사이클 기반으로 획득한 데이터를 통해 장기간 사이클 시험에 따른 바나듐 배터리의 전기적 등가회로 모델에 적용되는 파라미터 분석 결과를 제시한다. 또한 온도에 따른 영향성 분석을 위해 상온(25℃), 저온(15℃) 및 고온(35℃)에서 각 10회 충·방전 사이클 실험을 진행하였고, 이에 대한 파라미터 분석 결과도 제시한다. 장시간 사이클 실험에 따른 전기적 특성분석 결과 바나듐 배터리의 핵심 노화인자는 배터리 전기적 모델에서 직렬저항인 Ri 파라미터임을 시험 검증하였다.

The purpose of the present study was to clarify the sexual difference of the Heath-Carter somatotype related variables in boys and girls from 7 through 19 years of age. In the study design, the subjects and the methods were used by the cross-sectional investigation. The subjects participated in this study were 7 through 19 years of age who belonged to typical primary, junior, senior high school and college students, and about 250 males and 250 females in each group and both sexes. Therefore, the total subjects were 3,046 males and 2,984 females. All subjects of this study lived in Pusan metropolitan city, Korea. Somatotype was calculated by the Heath-Carter's anthropometric somatotype method, In this study, in attaiment rates of sum of 4 sites skinfold and endomorphy growth, girls were significantly higher than boys in all ages intervals except through 13 years of aged groups, respectively. In attainment rates of humerus and femur breadths growth, boys were significantly higher than girls in all ages interval except 13 through 15 years of aged groups, respectively. In attainment rate of arm circumference growth, boys were significantly higher than girls in all ages interval except 7 years of aged group. In attainment rate of calf circumference growth, boys were significantly higher than girls in all ages interal except 15years of aged group. In attainment rate of ectomorphy growth, boys were significantly higher than girls in all aged interal except 8 thorough 12 years of aged groups. This results suggests the urgent necessity of developing systematic and sperate progams to treat such sexual difference in boys and girls.

This study aims to disclose the dynamics of Daniel Libeskind Museums by the principles of counterbalance. Balance as a dynamic concept is the settlement of instability and tension and to draw overall sense of balance by controlling new perception elements that may cope with the unbalance elements. This is based on balancing compensation and can be explained as a counterbalance. Daniel Libeskind, a representative architect of deconstructivism, creates dynamic space by using oblique lines on the plane. The study was carried out under the assumption that this space would be designed under the certain principles rather than the result of momentary feelings and the analysis was conducted by the counterpoint of music and counterbalance. As a result, Daniel Libeskind balances in a way of forming the mutual right angle by using oblique lines which cancel out the unbalance in plane composition or making the same angle based on vertical / horizontal axis. Counterbalance has been achieved in the section and elevation as well as plane and complex and diverse oblique lines were worked under the constant principle not accidental results. The axes of Daniel Libeskind's architecture have been known to follow contextualism with symbolism and historicity but it was found that a design technique considering counterbalance was used in the overall control.
