The Impact of Government Subsidies and Scientific and Technological Innovation Investment on The Business Performance of Chinese Cultural Industry Enterprises (정부 보조금과 과학 기술 혁신 투입이 중국 문화산업 기업의 경영 실적에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of government subsidies and technological innovation on the business performance of Chinese cultural industry enterprises. Therefore, this study takes 238 listed cultural industry enterprises in China from 2015 to 2020 as the object, collects 1175 samples, and uses Stata16 software for empirical analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, government subsidies have a positive impact on the business performance of Chinese cultural industry enterprises. Second, government subsidies have a positive impact on the scientific and technological innovation of Chinese cultural industry enterprises. Third, scientific and technological innovation has a positive impact on the business performance of Chinese cultural industry enterprises. Fourth, scientific and technological innovation plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between government subsidies and business performance of Chinese cultural industry enterprises. Based on the research results, measures to improve the business performance of cultural industry companies are as follows. First, establish a modern cultural industry market system. Second, the government should expand financial and tax support for cultural industry companies. Third, promote the integration of cultural industries with scientific and technological innovation.

  • The interest of Cruise has been increased because of economic development and income growth in the world during last several decades. In Asian area the Cruise service also has been enlarged, especially in East Asia countries such as Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan and China. This paper reviewed previous researches and clarify its concept and characteristics of Cruise Industry. And This paper aims to study the correct concepts and characteristics of Cruise marketing and investigate the current status and trend of Cruise Industry of the world and Korea. And it has groped and suggested various countermeasures, strategies and tactics in the 4Ps perspectives, considering the problems and conditions of Cruise service of Incheon Port.

  • The global warming of the Korean Peninsula proceeds most rapidly in the world and its abnormal climate is more deepening. In the result of the surged electricity consumption by intense heat of summer and severe cold of winter, electricity supply and demand status is in hard situation. Currently, the supply of natural gas is increased because natural gas has the lowest greenhouse-gas emissions among the existed fossil fuel. Natural gas cooling has a lot of advantage such as decreasing electricity peak, reducing construction expenses in additional power plant, operating natural gas storage facilities efficiently, and playing a role as distributed generations. Therefore, this study analyzes the economic feasibilities of gas cooling as an alternative for electric power load management.

  • 항공운송산업은 여객운송과 화물운송 등에 있어서 그 비중이 계속적으로 증가하여 왔으며 다양한 산업 및 기업들과 연관되어 있다. 그런데 항공운송산업에서 파업이 발생한다면 이를 대체할 만한 수단이 없어 항공사가 막대한 손실을 입을 뿐만 아니라 파업의 연쇄효과로서 적기납품 곤란으로 인한 수출관련 기업에의 타격, 관광 등 연관산업에의 악영향, 기업 및 국가 신인도 하락, 국민생활의 불편과 사회불안 등을 야기시킨다. 이렇듯 항공사 파업에 의한 경제 손실규모가 일반 사업장과는 비교가 안 될 만큼 막대하기에 국가적 차원에서 논의되어야 할 필요가 있다. 현생법상 항공운송산업은 공익사업으로서 노동부장관의 긴급조정 결정으로 노동쟁의를 해결할 수 있게 되어있다. 그러나 긴급조정 제도는 발동요건상 활용에 어려운 점이 많아서 경영계는 직권중재제도의 도입을 주장하고, 노동계는 직권중재 및 일방중재신청제도의 폐지를 주장하고 있으며, 정부는 새로운 대안으로서 최소업무 유지 의무 제도 도입 등을 고려하고 있으나 항공운송산업이 갖는 특수성, 공공성과 국민경제에 미치는 영향을 고려해 볼 때 필수공익사업 지정과 직권중재의 활용이 더 적절한 방법이라고 보여지며, 남용방지를 위해 회부요건·절차 등은 법률로 명시할 필요가 있다. 만일 직권중재제도가 폐지되고 최소업무 유지의무 제도가 도입된다면 항공운송산업이 그 대상업무에 반드시 포함되어야 한다.

  • 현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

Suggestions for Archiving Elements for Placeness of Traditional Markets (전통시장의 장소성 기록화를 위한 구성요소 제언)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest specific elements for archiving tangible and intangible materials based on popular, administrative, historical, and cultural functions of traditional markets. Related literature was thus reviewed and the cases of Seoul Yangnyeongsi Story Archive, Gwangju Dae-An Yesul Market Archive Project D, and Daegu Bukseong-Ro Gongu Museum were analyzed. Through the literature review, elements of physical environments, social factors, experience, and people were defined as the placeness of traditional markets. Based on the aforementioned, specific elements to archive traditional markets were thus suggested.

A Comparative Analysis on the Economic Effects of the City Gas Industry Between Korea and Japan (한·일 도시가스산업의 경제적 파급효과 비교분석)

  • Due to the Paris Agreement, city gas is drawing attention as an alternative energy source to reduce greenhouse gases. This study conducts a comparative analysis on the economic effects of city gas between Korea and Japan, using input-output(I-O) tables from the Bank of Korea and from Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The results show that production-inducing, value-added-inducing and employment-inducing effects of Korea's city gas were greater than those in Japan. But supply-shortage and price-pervasive effects of Korea's city gas were also greater than those in Japan. According to these results, production-inducing, value-added-inducing and employment-inducing effects should be sustained, and the policies vitalizing stabilizing supply-shortage and price-change effects, on the other hand, are recommended.

A Critical Review on the Critical Communication Studies in Korea (한국의 비판언론학에 대한 비판적 성찰: 문화연구와 정치경제학을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this essay explores a critical review of the Korean critical communication studies focused on the problematic of cultural studies and political economy in 2000s. The findings are as follows; The 'consumer turn' or 'audience turn' in new revisionism modelling John Fiske's cultural studies has been interpreted not to complement but to substitute the necessary criticism of the post-authoritarian media establishment of Korea at that time, arising identity crisis of Korean cultural studies as one of the critical camp. On other side, however, some political economy studies close to the unilinear theses of orthodox marxism has been appraised to neglect the complex process and structure of media and cultural production as well. While the press war between the market-dominant dailies and some progressive dailies has given rise to a whole debate as expected in consolidating period of Korean emerging democracy, the conjucturalism as modelled by Hall's 'authoritarian populism' failed to initiate a new theo tical practice in Korea. Finally, this review essay propose the some new research issues that would converge cultural studies and political economy, modernism and postmodernism; citizenship vs 'cultural citizenship'(valuing the private identity and gender) or Habermasian public sphere vs 'cultural public sphere', the culture of production, (modern)citizen/(postmodern)consumer(recently debated in English media policy), 'differentiation' in capitalist production and 'difference' in consumer sovereignty, 21c future vision of public service broadcasting as one of the 20c institutions.

  • 수요감응교통체계는 승객들의 통행요구에 따라 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 안락하고 편리하게 경제적으로 교통서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 특히 기존의 공공교통수단이 미치지 못하는 저밀도 도시 지역의 통행수요를 만족시키는데 좋은 수단으로써 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 즉 리무진 같은 소형차량을 이용하여 승객의 통행요청에 따라 개인적인 door-to-door 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 본연구는 수요감응교통체계의 대안으로서 도시 서비스에 있어서 고정.노선변경승객 써비스에 대한 $\ulcorner$스케쥴 알고리즘$\lrcorner$을 개발하는데 목표를 둔바 목적함 수는 Waiting time, Riding time,Scheduled vehicle의 노선용량제한등과 같은 승객써비스 시 간제약에 대해서 각기 개별차량 여행과의 차를 극대화하여 보았다. 사용자중심 Sub-program과 PASS의 두 Sub-program으로 구성된 Simulation 모형을 활용할 경우 어떠 한 도시 써비스지역에서의 고정노선 혹은 변경노선 각각에 대해서 임시적인 차량운행의 감 응식 효율 증진에 크게 기여할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Locational Factors of Korean Shipping Companies (우리나라 해운기업의 입지요인에 관한 연구)

  • There have been lots of studies on locational factors of companies, but, very few studies for Korean shipping companies. This study analyzes locational factors for Korean shipping companies using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. For the study model, the first level is consisted by software, hardware and city policy factors. As more specific factors, the second level is formed by three factors of the first level. The third level consists of Seoul and Busan to evaluate competitive advantage for location of shipping companies. We carried out an analytical survey focused on the executives of shipping companies and related experts, and derived the priority order for locational factors of Korean shipping companies as follow. Firstly, software factors turned out the most important factor for location of Korean shipping companies. Next, Busan has a competitive advantage only in city policy factors. However, there are much of competitive disadvantages in both software and hardware factors for location of shipping companies compared against Seoul.
