This paper is the second part of a research which aims to look into the regional development process and the quality of life of Youngnam area. and to suggest a prospect and tasks for the future development of the region. All cities and regions including Youngnam area seem to be involved in a rapidly changing process of conditions for development, because of a recent economic and political transformation in the national and global scale. It can be thus said that, taking such a process into consideration seriously, each city or region needs to establish a long-term prospect and goal, and to set up and practicize its development plan. From this point of view, this paper reconsiders the changing process of conditions for development of Youngnam region, and suggests an alternative development plan. At the first, the changing conditions of regional development are investigated in economic, political, social, cultural and environmental aspects. Secondly, some actual planning practices in this regions are examined and their problems are pointed out. Thirdly, an alternative model for regional development is suggested and development tasks in each aspects are discussed in relation to each other. Finally some regional development strategies are provided in the spatial as well as the sectoral dimision. As a results of this research, it is argued that the development of Youngnam region should pursue both an improvement of socio-cultural and ecological institutions for ensuring humane life of dwellers within the region, and a enforcement of economic and political self-sufficiency in an organic relation between regions and to the whole society. This kind of argument can be applied to every city or region. But it would more significant for Youngnam region, because this region, which once experienced a rapid economic growth but now is fallen into a serious economic stagnation, tends to contrive material plans to redevelop regional economy, while ignoring social plans to improve quality of life.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence relationship between the elderly's readiness for old age and life satisfaction, and to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the influence relationship between the elderly's readiness for old age and life satisfaction. For this, a survey was conducted on middle-aged people in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0. As a result of the analysis, life satisfaction was influenced by self-efficacy, social preparation for old age, physical preparation for old age, economic preparation for old age, and academic ability in order and It was confirmed that psychological factors rather than demographic characteristics were more influential factors on life satisfaction of middle-aged people. In addition, self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between the degree of preparation for old age and life satisfaction. Based on this, the alternatives to raise the life satisfaction of middle-aged people, the limitations of this study, and the follow-up studies were discussed.

인간의 원천적인 고향이자 모태였던 숲. 숲에서는 온갖 약초가 생산되었고, 이를 바탕으로 질병의 치료와 보양이 이뤄져 왔다. 숲은 몸과 마음의 도량이기도 했다. 게다가 우린 누구나 숲을 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 복을 타고 났다. 이렇게 주위에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 숲이지만, 숲이 우리 몸에 어떤 작용을 하는지에 대해선 그리 많은 생각을 해본 사람들은 없을 터. 이번 호에서는 숲이 우리에게 주는 건강효과와 봄철 가볼 만한 우리나라의 숲을 소개해보고자 한다.

In this study, the correlation between convergence factors including social, environmental, psychological and physical factors and the health-related quality of life was examined using a structural equation model to find a practical alternative for improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone. This study targeted 13,771 seniors from single households aged 65 and over, who were subject to the community health survey in 2014. Social capitals, stress, subjective health conditions and EQ-5D of the subjects were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis findings are as follows. The results of the model fit was good value with CFI=.906, GFI=.955, RMSEA=.074. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that for maintaining health and improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone, families and local communities need to increase social capitals by providing care service for the elderly people living alone and grounds that they can participate in.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of program's participation, self-esteem and depression on quality of life for the elderly participating social welfare using facilities. Therefore, this paper will help improve a life's quality of all the olds by fixing the problems we got in this society and suggesting the better program for the elderly participating social welfare using facilities. The results of the study were as follows. There was no specific difference in statistic that shows the quality of the old's life who have their economic life. In quality of life in neighbors, the male were more friendly to their neighbors and the lower level of education, the higher quality of life. Healthy old people had greater quality of life than unhealthy old people did. If the old were excellent in scholarship, if unmarried couple shared the same house, if both of husband and wife live together when they are married, and if their allowance are full in pocket, the quality of their life was enhanced. Self-esteem influenced the quality of life in economic, but depression influenced negatively. In quality of life in neighbors, feeling depression and joining in program of a work for prosperity in future didn't effect doing well with the neighbors. On the other hand, participating in the social community program effected positively. In quality of life in neighbors, feeling depression and program of rehabilitation effected on the quality of life negatively. Educating refinement program effected positively being a good match, but promoting health program effected negatively.

In Korea, as the elderly population increases, elderly medical facilities and nursing care workers are increasing in labor force, but nursing care workers are avoiding nursing care workers due to poor working conditions and many physical and mental exhaustion of nursing care workers. Therefore, in this study, 284 nursing care workers were surveyed to search resources and to find alternatives to enhance the quality of life of caregivers. The result of research, The first, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social on a married women. The more a religion, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, psychological. The higher the salary, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, physical. The second, the support of a Superior effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and physical and the support of a colleague effected positively on the quality of life in social and physical. The third, the support of a Superior moderated by self-efficacy of the quality of life in the social and psychological. This results suggest that can be influential variables the support of social and the self-efficacy as an alternative to burnout of the care workers.

신체적 질병의 심리적이고 신체적인 측면을 위한 미술치료의 사용은 여러 가지 이유로 확대되었다. 그 이유로는 대체의학에 대한 관심과 이미지를 제작하는 창조적인 과정이 심각한 질병과 싸우는 사람들에게 효과적인 치료라는 인식의 확산을 들 수 있다. 미술치료는 사람들이 고통과 몸을 쇠약하게 하는 그 밖의 증상들과 대결하도록 도와 감정과 신체적 증상들의 정체를 밝히고 그들이 의학적 치료에 능동적으로 참여하게 한다(1998, Cathy A. Malchiodi), 완화의학이 삶이 제한된 질환을 가진 환자 삶의 질을 최대한 높이는데 목적을 두고 연구하며 치료하는 의학의 한 전문분야로서 질환의 초점을 완치에 두는 것이 아니라 통증과 증상 조절 등 완화에 두고 의학적 문제뿐만 아니라 정신사회적, 영적인 문제까지 해결하는데 관심을 둔다면 예술치료의 한 분야인 미술치료는 그 대안이 될 수 있다.

This paper examines the change of quality of life in the Integrated Yosu City and suggests the directions of urban development. Research into the quality of life in local and region scale is interesting both from the point of view of theory and practice, and has attracted much attention in the social sciences since the 1960s. This study is an attempt to examine the change of the quality of hie in the Integrated Yosu City. In the overall assessment of the level of satisfaction about the quality of life during the past five years, most of the respondents have positive evaluation of the changes of quality of urban life. In particular, the quality of living facilities, urban administration and convenience services has relatively improved during the past five years. On the other hand, the quality of physical environment. art and cultural opportunities, transportation options has been backward during the past five years. Therefore, the directions of urban development of the Integrated Yosu City may be summarized as follows: the establishment of a wide transportation network system, waterfront development, the activation of tourism industry and harbor works, the preparation of an urban landscape, the citizens'campaign for a community culture.

This study is aimed at finding plans to enhance life satisfaction of elderly people with disability. For this, it analyzed the influence of economic characteristics and health characteristics upon life satisfaction, as well as a mediating effect of self-esteem. This study utilized data from the $7^th$ Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). The results are as follows, First, life satisfaction was high in the case of being employed and when old-age preparation was ready, current status of health, whether or not they need help in their daily life, chronic disease. Second, the mediate effect of self-esteem was analyzed for the influence of the plan for old age, good health condition and other's help in daily life upon life satisfaction. That is, those enhanced the self-esteem and it played an important role to improve life satisfaction. Based on such study results, this study recommends a number of the policy suggestions.

평균 수명 연장과 건강한 삶을 오래 유지하고자 하는 안락한 삶에 대한 욕구는 필연적으로 고도화된 의료 서비스 발전을 야기시켰다. 아울러 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전과 IT-BT-NT를 포함한 기술간 컨버전스 경향은 유비쿼터스 헬스케어(이하 u-헬스케어)의 실현을 가속화하고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스가 고도화될수록 지능화된 의료센서나 기기에 의한 개인 생체 정보 및 주변 환경 정보에 관한 모니터링이 가능해지고유무선 네트워크를 통한 건강 정보의 공유가 확대될 것이다. 이와 같이 u-헬스케어는 개인 건강/의료 정보를 포함한 극히 개인적인 정보를 주로 다루고 있고 유무선 네트워크와 절대적으로 밀접한 연관을 맺고 있으며, 의료 정보 권한과 관련된 다양한 이해 당사자가 존재할 수 있다는 점에서 보안 및 프라이버시 측면에서 다양한 취약점과 위협이 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 u-헬스케어의 특성에 근거한 보안 이슈 및 요구사항을 분석하고 이와 관련한 합리적인 기술적 대안들을 검토해 본다.
