오늘날 도시의 규모가 커지고 도시의 기능이 점점 복잡해진다. 또한, 도시에는 사람들이 많이 살고 있으며, 계속해서 도시로 사람들이 모이게 된다. 그러므로 도시에서의 삶은 서로 간에 점점 더 가까워지고 많은 부분에서 이웃 사람들과 연결되고 공간과 시간을 공유하게 된다. 특히, 사람들이 대중교통을 이용하면서 원하든 원치 않았든 많은 소리에 노출 되며, 그 소리에 대한 영향으로 서로 피해를 보기도 한다. 서울은 세계에서 가장 혼잡한 도시 중 하나이며, 이런 서울의 대중교통 중 마을버스는 좁은 골목길을 포함해 도로를 다니며 시민들의 공공의 이동을 담담하고 있다. 이 마을버스를 사용하는 사람들은 일반적으로 차량 내에서 좋은 승차감, 높은 공기질 및 적은 소음에서 이용하기를 원한다. 본 논문에서는 마을버스의 실내 소음에 대한 성가심도를 소음도 및 혼잡도에 관하여 분석한다. 그리고 이러한 상황별로 어떠한 경우에 성가심도가 높은지를 판단하고, 저감하는 방법을 마련하도록 하고자 한다. 분석결과 마을버스 내부 소음은 새 차와 오래된 차에서 큰 차이를 보이지 않았고, 성가심도 또한 도로 상황에 따른 소음의 정도에 민감한 반응을 보임을 확인하였다. 그래서 저감대안으로는 차량의 소음이 적게 발생 시키는 운전과, 차량의 정비 등을 제안하고자 한다.

This study aimed to provide help to seeking a preventive method of intervention in firefighter's depression by investigating empowerment and family function level of firefighter's on their depression. For this, the study conducted purposive sampling survey among 351 firefighters at Gyeonggi area. As a result of the research, all of empowerment and family function had a significant effect on depression of firefighters. Based on these findings, the study demonstrated the potential for applying each individual's empowerment as an internal resource for their prevention of mental health. The study suggested that diverse counter measures are needed to boost family bond and family functionality of firefighters, and also proposed positive adoption and assistance for preventive and effective implementation of 'work and life balance' policy to derive the recovery of healthiness of families.

This paper deals with 'men facing limits of lives' from a perspective of struggle for social recognition. Men facing limits of lives in this paper indicates activists who have dedicated to labor movements since 1970s, and struggle for social recognition means to fight to acquire recognition in terms of love, rights and values, from members of societies. This paper analyzes the process of their failure and frustration in pursuing passion for recognition. They formed democratic labor unions, as an effort for recognition, and this led to foundation of progressive parties. Nonetheless, they are standing on a crossroad between lethargic and depression, while they are pursuing reformation and revolution. Why is their passion cooled down and depression aggravated? This paper argues various rifts both in internal and external realms of labor activists as critical factor of the failure, and suggests communication to heal the rifts as an alternative.

Local college students are differenciated from Seoul-located university students and they experience discrimination and prejudice. The present paper examines the money-relating daily frustration among local university students compared to Seoul-located college students. For survey, twenty items were constructed in order to figure out daily frustration. About 400 local-college students and about 250 students were interviewed for the survey. As a result of Chi-square analysis, this study finds that local college students are more likely to confront money-relating frustration, compared to the Seoul-located college students. Youth allowance can be suggested for local college students in order to solve their confronting frustration, especially toward the convergence era.

Cette étude se propose d'éclaircir le 'milieu' chez Deleize, qui est un concept primordial pour comprendre le rhizome, comme milieu rhizomatique, une sorte de milieu philosophique, sur la base de 'rhizome', l'introduction de Mille plateuaux. Au long de cette étude, nous envisageons d'abord le système du 'livre-rhizome', type du rhizome-canal dans le 'rhizome', qui a remplacé celui-là de l'arbre-racine dans la métaphysique occidentale traditionnelle. Ensuite, nous montrons comment la pensée-en-rhizome devient une voie, se métamorphose en milieu rhizomatique, et peut être comprise comme milieu philosophique par la rencontre avec le Tao en Orient. Par ailleurs, cette étude révèle le fait que la pensée-en-rhizome est une méthode adéquate à comprendre mieux la Différence et l'Autre immanents, et à renforcer de pratiquer les principes de la mutiplcité vides(空). De sorte que les effets de cette étude aideront à pratiquer philosophiquement et convenablement la pensée du Milieu en Orient à nos jours, même s'ils sont insuffisants.

The purpose of this study was to present ways and tasks for the successful settlement of community care that the korea government recently aimed to convert the care system of the vulnerable from the center of institutional care to the community-based care system. As a research method, we tried to find out the community care policies for foreign developmental disabilities and explore major issues and problems in the process. As a result of the study, de-institutionalization and maintenance and enactment of laws related to community-based care systems, the division of subjects and tasks in policy implementation, and above all, it is necessary to specify necessary financial estimation, procurement plan, and budget securing method. In addition, sincere deliberation on the form of living space for people with developmental disabilities after de-institution and clarification of the subjectivity of using the services provided Establish reliable statistics on the characteristics and degree of disability of people with developmental disabilities, worry about human rights violation factors that can occur in community residential facilities that will be provided after de-facility, and create consensus in the community was also analyzed as an important factor. I think it is a key factor to secure the success of the community care policy by carrying out the above multiple tasks simultaneously.

Max Weber claimed that the clans as a self-sufficient community in traditional China had limited market development. His statement can be applied to the lineage groups of $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ dynasty, however, it also could be criticized as an example of oversimplifying clans. Starting from this question, in this article, I examined the lineage movement of the P'ap'yong Yun's Nojongp'a branch. Through this research, I tried to investigate the reality of the lineage group communities of $Chos{\breve{o}}n$. My issues are following. First, the Nojongp'a clan promoted the solidarity movement of their lineage in the name of practicing human morality, which belonged to their family learning. Second, the Nojongp'a clan made preparations for their own 'righteous rice fields and grains', through which they tried to establish the base structure for the clan activities. This, however, had its own limitations in aiding the starved suffering from famines and did not last long. Third, the lineage could not function as a community for living that was actively involved in the reproduction of life, and was not an exclusive self-sufficient community, either.

In recent years, television dramas have adopted an emerging approach of imagining a just society via fantasy. This study set out to examine by stages the patterns of social justice in I Hear Your Voice, Pinocchio, and While You Were Sleeping written by Park Hye-ryeon, who has been leading this trend. I Hear Your Voice shows why social justice is needed, as it is set against the backdrop of a society in which legal justice has collapsed. In this drama, the collapse of the legal justice system indicates that democratic society is falling apart at the roots. As a result, pain and suffering is propagated among the petit bourgeois, with social justice being demanded as an alternative to this problematic reality. The supernatural power of reading the thoughts of others is used to remind viewers of the value of truth and trust and raises the possibility of the existence of a true heart as an alternative from a social justice perspective. Set in a society in which media justice is distorted, Pinocchio makes an attempt at changing ideas about social justice. In this drama, the corrupt media justice covers up truth and becomes a parasite to power, creating victims that are falsely accused. In this situation, the Pinocchio Syndrome, which makes people hiccup when telling a lie, shows paradoxically that truth can be distorted, and ultimately destroys absoluteness that is not truth. Finally, While You Were Sleeping inherits the world views of the two previous dramas and proposes a type of social justice called 'common good' as an alternative. A completely unfair society is created when legal justice collapses and media justice is distorted. In this situation, the ability to see the future is an ability to imagine a world of possibilities. Altruistic choices based on trust in others help us to realize a positive future. Social justice as common good to enable solidarity among subjects in a way that transcends the limitations of time and space is proposed as an alternative to overcome the problem of an unfair society. Given the recent reality of South Korean society, this common good and these ways of life might literally seem like a fantasy. When social justice is represented by efforts and reconstruction processes to overcome the current social issues and make a better future, common good based on the understanding and sympathy of others can be an alternative to improve a reality that is problematic at its root. Ultimately, Park's three works explore the feasibility of a just society that is yet to come from the aspect of the common good.

The purpose of this study is to understand surrogate mother aged 20-30s by knowing meaning and structure of empirical phenomena. Methods is to applied to Phenomenological and heuristic Human Becoming Methodology, and the subjects of this study are four surrogate and host mothers who were on the air of SBS program, 'surrogate mother: having a baby for infertile couples(March 8, 2005)', and phenomenological and heuristic Human Becoming Methodology of Parse is applied in this study. Results is the structure that they chose surrogate mother as best option under the economic suffering, and pregnancy and bearing separated motherhood while facing unfair negotiating relationship and accepting reality of forgettable motherhood. The conceptual integration of relationship issues were: valuing, powering and transforming with the process of revealing-concealing and enabling-limiting. Finally, discussion and practical meaning was reviewed.

Social media environment has had a significant effect on 'power shift' over the world. Such change was due to the choice of smart people. Accordingly, the Smart Citizens Party PR strategies of $S^6M^2AR^3T^4$ should be formulated in accordance with times. Now, politicians or parties can gain a Specific, Simplicity, Sharing and Strong Synergy effect through Social Network Service (SNS). In addition, in order to embody Mighty, Measurable, and Achievable policies, policy-makers should formulate policies based on a Realistic basis, which can gain people's Reliability in every field Relevant to people's way of a happy life by giving them Time of equal opportunity and making them share the same vision and Target with Target segmentation for all sorts of people, Together. In this sense, twelve kinds of alternative words in The Smart Citizens Party PH strategies are suggested. The study suggests desirable direction of development and alternatives in regard to the trends of The Smart Citizens Party PR strategies. Alternatives that are given in this research paper will receive the people's choice because they are a dynamic force to execute 'mighty and powerful Korea'.
