  • 우리나라에서는 이제까지 치수사업의 타당성 분석시 경제성 분석에 너무 치우쳐 사업에 대한 의사결정과정이 단편적으로 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 문제를 개선하고자, 본 연구는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)과 효용함수(utility function)를 이용하여 대안의 수립, 평가, 선정, 우선순위 결정에 이르는 치수사업 의사결정과정을 모형화 하였다. 모형의 적용결과, 최선대안의 선정시 경제성 기준이 여전히 큰 비중을 차지하고 있었으나 단위 사업안의 투자우선순위 결정에는 위험성, 지속가능성 기준의 영향도 상당부분 있었다. 그러나 대안들 간에 변별력을 높이기 위해서는 경제성 이외 기준들의 속성에서 공간적 정밀도를 높이는 추가연구는 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구는 치수사업 계획이 유역 내 단위사업안들로 조합된 대안들의 평가를 통해 이루어져야 한다는 점을 보여주고 있으며, 향후 점차로 유역단위의 치수계획이 정립됨에 따라 본 연구를 바탕으로 보다 구체적인 연구가 수행되리라 기대된다.

  • 수자원사업은 합리적이고 신뢰성 있는 의사결정이 필요한데 그동안 주로 경제성분석에 의존하여 왔다. 본 연구는 경제성분석위주의 기존 방법을 탈피하여 사업 필요성과 투자 타당성을 다양한 각도로 평가할 수 있는 합리적이고 객관적인 수자원사업 대안선정과 투자우선순위결정 방법을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 대안 간에 동일한 기준으로 종합평가점수를 산정하여 우선순위를 결정할 수 있도록 다기준의사결정모형을 개발하였다. 적용결과는 취약성 기준에 큰 영향을 받으며, 정책적 기준, 경제성 기준의 순으로 분석되었다. 이는 전문가 설문에 의한 평가기준별 가중치의 영향으로, 수자원사업은 단순히 경제성 분석만으로 평가를 해서는 안 됨을 의미한다. 본 연구는 대규모의 예산이 투입되는 수자원사업에 대한 효율성과 취약지역에 대한 형평성을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on the Optimum Method Selection Using Matrix Analysis (매트릭스 분석(Matrix Analysis)을 활용한 최적 공법 선정에 관한 연구)

  • This study regards to a method how to select the optimized earth retaining technology among four target technologies which are applied to underground construction work by analyzing relative weight values of major influence factors. In this study, major affected zone and influence factors are analyzed through questionnaire survey to select a suitable earth retaining technology for downtown area, and an optimized earth retaining technology is proposed by using the matrix analysis based on them. Also, by systematically analyzing the weight values and methods of alternatives selection through consideration the importance of alternatives evaluation criteria, the importance of affected zones is evaluated to determine the optimized alternative. It is concluded that when performing the analysis to select the earth retaining technology which should consider a variety of constraints, the convergence with information processing technology in the field of IT is effective to analyze and optimize many constraints.

  • An increase in energy such as natural gas, coal, oil, has occurred to a large amounts of environment impact emissions, it is necessary to reduce in the construction industry for the energy consumption. To encourage remodeling project in developed countries of the majority, on the basis of this, remodeling project in the construction industry has grown to a large amount. Results of analysis of the research related to the advanced remodeling, analysis of the economic validity in accordance with the production and process and building elapsed years of selection alternative of remodeling there has been a problem that has not been properly reflected. In this study, a decision support model that can simultaneously choose the most cost-effective and energy-efficiency alternative. Developed process model, generates a "Remodeling Solution" that combines the renewable energy equipment and envelope system, energy performance evaluation of the application of international standards(ISO-13790, DIN V 18599), perform the economic evaluation through LCCA(Life Cycle Cost Analysis) technique, circulated evaluation and configured to output the optimal Remodeling Solution. The results of applying the model developed in the case, it was confirmed that it is possible to select a choice of cost-effective energy-saving alternative. Then, developed model through this study, it is expected to be able to help highly effective remodeling alternative to selecting by decision-makers.

  • This study deals with the "Dissemination Stage", the final step in the R&D process consisting of R&DDD($R&D^3$ : Research & Development, Demonstration, Dissemination). At the "Dissemination Stage", the newly configured technical design is compared with other alternatives to come up with the most desirable selection. The assessment conducted at this stage is not a simple procedure. It goes through the complex evaluation process in which various elements including economic effects and technical characteristics are considered. The reason for taking such a complex procedure is that the assessment, selection and application of the desirable technical alternative is critical for the company's competitive edge in every field of industrial sectors, thus influencing its survival and continuous growth. This study reviews the AHP method for assessing technical alternatives of the heat supply system design. And, to show the practical validity of the AHP method, it is applied to the evaluation of waste heat system alternatives in the field of energy supply system technology.

  • Uncertainties are unavoidable in engineering applications. In this paper we propose an alpha reliable multi-variable network design problem under demand uncertainty. In order to decide the optimal capacity enhancement, three performance measures based on 3E(Efficiency, Equity, and Environmental) are considered. The objective is to minimize the total budget required to satisfy alpha reliability constraint of total travel time, equity ratio, and total emission, while considering the route choice behavior of network users. The problem is formulated as the chance-constrained model for application of alpha confidence level and solved as a lexicographic optimization problem to consider the multi-variable. A simulation-based genetic algorithm procedure is developed to solve this complex network design problem(NDP). A simple numerical example ispresented to illustrate the features of the proposed NDP model.

Establishment of BIM-LCC Analysis System for Selecting Optimal Design Alternative using Open KBIMS Libraries (개방형 KBIMS 라이브러리를 활용한 최적설계대안 선정을 위한 BIM-LCC분석 시스템 구축)

  • Building information modeling (BIM) is a smart construction technique that is recognized as essential for current construction facility projects. The Public Procurement Service (a construction project-ordering agency) announced a plan to introduce BIM and has required changing the operation of projects by using BIM design information. LCC analysis is essential for items, quantity, and cost information of the construction, and it is expected that efficient work will be achieved by using BIM design information. In this study, a BIM-LCC analysis system was established for selecting optimal design alternatives by actively using open KBIMS libraries. The BIM-LCC analysis system consists of a single alternative and an optimal alternative LCC analysis, but it has a limitation in that only the architecture and machine libraries have been applied. However, by applying BIM, practical use and work efficiency can be expected. In order to use the method as an LCC analysis support tool with BIM design information in the future, it will be necessary to collect user opinions and improve the UI.

  • As Remodeling is proceed in the limited condition that is utilization of existing resource, the selection of remodeling objects and scope are affected by the correlation of building systems. Unexpected problems have occurred in construction phase by lack of the consideration about correlation of building systems; increasing of cost, delaying of schedule etc. Therefore, this research suggests the Building System Correlation Diagram Model and the direction of cost estimation .for selecting alternative reasonably in remodeling design process.

Analysis of Accident Modification Factors (AMF) for Roadway-Rail Grade Crossing Accidents with Baysian Method (베이지안분석을 이용한 철도건널목 Accident Modification Factors (AMF)에 관한 연구)

  • This study develops Accident Modification Factors (AMF) of countermeasures with Baysian method which are newly proposed for reducing Roadway-Rail grade crossing accidents. This study proposes a new "Bayesian Analytical Framework" for countermeasure assessment which combines "Subjective" Prior Information with "Logical" based Information. The newly proposed "Bayesian Analytical Framework" consists of the following three steps: The 1st step - Countermeasure Selection, Choice of Participants, Selection of Crashes; The 2nd step-Development of Crash History Manual and Countermeasure Evaluation Manual; The 3rd step-Development of AMFs through sound statistical tests. This study used the Komogorov-Smirnov(K-S) Test to determine whether two unknown distribution functions associated with the two populations are identical. The results of the study are that individual responses did not meet the K-S test of identical distributions. while individual vs. group distributions are identical. This indicates that combining the input of several people reduces the impact of individual subjectivity and assumptions and is important for developing a repeatable distribution to develop sound AMFs of countermeasures for reducing Roadway-Rail grade crossing accidents. The procedures of the AMF development conducted in this study can be used to estimate the safety effects of countermeasures for road segments and intersections, in addition to Roadway-Rail grade crossings.
