This paper focus on power development options for remote islands. Recently, in accordance with progress in distributed generation technologies including renewable energy sources, many options are possible as power development option for island. At first we estimate generation cost by generation technology then recommend and suggest some countermeasures and implementation for institutional improvement.

계란은 우리 국민이 가장 선호하는 식품 중 하나로 가격은 저렴하고 영양은 매우 높아 우유와 함께 신이 내린 완전식품으로 불린다. 하지만 계란산업은 아직도 전 근대성을 벗어나지 못한 상황으로 시설의 규모화, 자동화, 사육기술의 발달 등으로 사육부분의 비약적 발전에도 불구하고 유통 부분의 전 근대성과 이로 비롯된 수급 조절 기능 부재 등은 채란산업의 발전을 가로막고 있다. 이에 최근 대안으로 거론되고 있는 채란부분 쿼터제 도입과 이를 위한 과제 그리고 유통부분 혁신안에 대해 분석해 보았다.

현행 대학수학능력시험에서는 영역별로 선택과목제가 본격적으로 도입되어 시행되고 있으며, 과목별 난이도의 차이를 사후적으로 보정하기 위하여 표준점수제를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 표준점수제를 실제 운영해본 결과 적지 않은 문제점들이 드러난바 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 표준점수제의 문제점을 집중 분석해 보고, 이에 대한 대안으로 가산점수제를 제안하여 지난 2005 수능 결과에 적용해 보았다. 그 결과 제안된 가산점수제는 기존의 표준점수제가 갖고 있던 여러 가지 문제점들을 크게 완화하거나 해소하는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 건설사업시장의 개방과 건설사업관리제도(이하CM)의 도입으로 국내 건설업계 및 생산시스템에도 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 이에 따라, 건축물의 초기시설비는 물론 유지관리 및 최종 폐기단계까지의 비용을 종합적으로 고려한 건물생애주기비용(이하 LCC)에 대한 중요성이 증대되었으며 특히 기계장치의 유지관리비 중 많은 부분을 차지하는 공기조화시설 부문에서 LCC가 주로 검토되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 공기조화 설비의 LCC에 대한 절차 및 기준 등이 미비하여 효과적인 LCC분석이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 수행된 국내 공기조화 설비분야의 LCC분석 사례를 조사하여, 국내 공조설비의 LCC분석의 문제점을 분석하였다. 또한 사례 분석을 중심으로 공조설비의 LCC분석 절차를 제시하고 이 절차에 따라 7개의 사례를 비교분석하였다. 그 결과, LCC측면에서 최적 대안을 선정하는 경우 각 대안 별로 뚜렷한 차이를 보이고 있는 에너지비용과 초기투자비를 주된 비용요소로 고려하는 것이 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

This study proposes adaptive decision making method having feed-back structure of regression and simulation models to support the quick decision making of production managers by managing and integrating the mutual relationship among historical data. For that, from historical data that have extracted and accumulated from each process, we first selected major constraint resources that are used as independent variables in regression model. The regression model is designed by using the dependent variables (objectives) that defined above by managers and independent variables selected in previous step and simulation model that are composed of constraint resources is designed. In process of simulation run, we obtain the multiple feasible solutions (alternatives) by using meta-heuristic method. Each solution is substituted by regression equation and we found the optimal solution that is minimum of difference between values obtained by regression model and simulation results. The optimal solution is delivered and incorporated to production site and current operation results from production site is used to generate new regression model after that time.

본 연구의 목적은 교환기 및 가입자 선로에 대한 투자계획의 수립 즉 적정수준의 공급주기와 공급량을 산정하는 방안을 모색해 보는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구를 수행하기 위하여 우선 한국통신의 공급계획수립업무에 대한 현황파악과 함께 한국통신의 공급계획수립에 적용할 수 있는 이론적 모형을 다각도로 검토해 보았다. 그 결과 재고모형이 가장 적합하다고 판단되어 재고모형의 여러 대안을 현행 공급계획수립방법과 비교하여 공급주기와 총비용을 비교분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 Economic Order Quantity(EOQ)모형, Dynamic Lot Size(DLS)모형, 그리고 Simulation이 분석의 도구로 사용되었으며, Simulation은 두가지 방법을 적용하였다. 첫번째 방법은 개별 전화국을 대상으로 simulation을 실시하여 최소의 비용을 보이는 공급주기를 각 전화국별로 산정하는 것이며, 두번째 방법은 모든 전화국에 동일한 공급주기를 적용하여 개별 전화국에서 발생하는 비용의 총합계가 최소화되는 공급주기를 산정하는 것이다. 각 대안별로 공급주기와 총비용을 산정해 본 결과 교환기의 경우는 총비용면에서 현행방법과 본 연구에서 제안한 대안들간에 커다란 차이는 없었으나, 모든 전화국에 동일한 공급주기를 일률적으로 적용시키는 것보다 각 전화국의 수요증가형태에 맞는 공급주기를 별도로 산정하여 적용시키는 것이 보다 경제적이었다. 한편, 가입자선로의 경우는 본 연구에서 제시한 대안들이 현행방법에 비해 연간 수백억원에 이르는 투자지출을 절감 할 수 있음을 보였다.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of new operation system for port container terminals. We assumed that the operation system of container terminal consists of monitorig ＆ control system, operation system, planning system, and information technology, and we selected total 19 technology alternatives. Through the results of questionnaire and interview received from field expert, we established the evaluation model and analyze the productivity improvement by estimating the weight and the priority of productivity for operation system. From the developed model, we provide useful implications to introduce new technologies of operation system for domestic container terminals.

This study is to evaluate the performance and suggest alternative plans of the public libraries in Taegu Metropolitan City. Regression analysis is used to fit a log-log equation to the total budget-output for all the public libraries. The results of the performance evaluation confirm that there is diseconomies of scale in library operations(${\Sigma}b_n$ 3,732). Therefore, all the public libraries should be improve productivity by restructuring of library identity, rational selection of physical sites and new branch library planning, userbased budget allocation and collection development, staffing and reengineering, optimalization of web site, and enforcement of service functions, etc.
