최근, 텔레비전을 시청하지 않는 대기 상태에서의 셋톱박스의 대기 전력이 여타 가전기기의 대기 전력보다 10 배 이상을 상회하고 있어, 셋톱박스의 대기전력 저감은 국가적으로도 관심을 받고 있다. 셋톱박스의 대기전력 저감을 위해 대기상태의 셋톱박스의 최소전력 동작 모드인 수동대기모드가 제안되었지만, 셋톱박스가 수동대기모드에서는 셋톱박스의 업데이트 및 제어가 어려우므로, 셋톱박스의 수동대기모드 활용은 어려울 것이다. 본 논문은 수동대기모드에 가까운 대기전력을 소모하면서도 대기상태에서도 셋톱박스의 업데이트를 제공할 수 있는 망연동수동대기 모드를 정의하고, 망연동수동대기모드를 이용한 셋톱박스의 업데이트를 위한 셋톱박스 제어기법을 제안하고, 이 제어 기법을 위한 셋톱박스와 네트워크의 구조, 기능, 시그널링에 대해 설명한다. 본 논문의 망연동수동대기모드와 제어 방안은 셋톱박스 사업자 측면에서 활용성이 높으므로, 낮은 대기전력을 소모하는 셋톱박스 시장을 활성화하여 국가 및 세계적인 전력 감소에 큰 기여를 할 것이다.

본 논문은 우리나라 제조기업의 하청생산 관계에 있어서 구매와 생산시스템에 관한 연구를 대기업의 부품구입 구매과업과 중소기업의 생산과업을 각각 원가절감, 품질행상, 납기준수라 설정하고 이를 연구한 것이다. 세가지 생산과업 중 상대적으로 더 강조하는 기업을 원가절감 전략그룹, 품질향상 전략그룹, 납기준수 전략그룹이라 명명하고, 연구내용은 첫째 중소기업 생산과업과 대기업 구매과업과의 결합도를 분석하였다. 둘째 대기업의 중소기업에 대한 지원성과의 차이를, 세째 과업그룹간의 과업의 성과차이를 분석하였다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 서베이 조사방법을 이용하였는데, 연구대상 기업은 국내의 자동차, 전자.통신, 중장비.기계.조선업종의 세트조립 대기업에 부품과 원료를 공급하는 수급기업체 협의회 회원 중소기업으로 하였다. 중소기업의 업종은 금속, 기계, 장비 제조 및 화학, 석탄, 고무 및 프라스틱 제조인 등록 및 일반 법인이었고, 전국에서 112개 중소기업이 표본으로 추출되어 분석되었다. 연구가설들은 통계 패키지를 이용한 독립성 검정, 요인분석, 분산분석, 비모수 검정방법을 통하여 검정되었다.

This research is to empirically analyze the effects of governmental policy including R&D subsidiary and tax reduction, which are both direct and indirect financial supports, during the examination period (2007~2009). The analysis was based on 2,751 firms that received governmental support via both R&D subsidiary and tax reduction with 7,038 panel events during the economic recession (2008~2009) and found that governmental support drives R&D investment of firms during the recession. The contribution of this research is that investigation of policy effectiveness categorized by firm sizes, particularly during the economic crisis. The result of the study is that during the recession, large firms had more elasticity increase towards tax reduction whereas smaller firms and ventures had it towards direct financial subsidiary. The elasticity increase of both large and small firms was in positive association with firms' R&D investment. The result indicates that government support obviously has positive influence on R&D investment of firms during the crisis, even enforcing the investment.

국내정보 통신분야 사업자는 대기업, 중소기업, 벤처기업을 포함하여 약 25,000여개가 ICT사업을 하고 있다. 이들 사업자들의 애로사항, 공통기술 지원, 기업성공 사례 등을 제시하여 기업이 필요로 하는 표준화 기술 및 공통서비스 분야를 제시하여, 세계 최고 기술력을 보유한 기업으로 성장할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 자체 개발기술이 없을 경우 대기업에 납품업체로만 존재하여 더 이상 기업을 발전시키지 못하는 경우를 사업자를 지원, 관리하면서 많은 경험을 하였다. 본고에서는 정보 통신 분야의 공통지원 기술에 대한 전략 및 동향을 제시하여 중소기업 등이 세계최고의 기술 기업으로 생존할 수 있는 계기를 제시하고자 한다.

국내외 광산업 최신동향을 한눈에 파악할 수 있는 '2012 국제 Light 비전 엑스포(International Light Vision Expo 2012)'가 오는 10월 9일부터 11일까지 광주광역시 서구에 위치한 김대중컨벤션센터에서 개최된다. 지식경제부와 광주광역시가 주최하고 한국광산업진흥회가 주관하며 한국무역협회가 후원하는 이번 엑스포는 2012 국제광산업전시회, 한국광전자학회 및 한국전기전자재료학회 컨퍼런스, 부대행사로 꾸며질 예정이며, 미국과 일본, 중국, 러시아 등 200여 개의 광관련 기업이 참여해 광산업 관련 최신기술과 신제품을 선보인다. 이 행사는 대기업과 중소기업의 상생 협력 방안 마련에 중점을 두고 있으며 대기업과 중소기업은 물론 광관련 연구기관과 기업지원기관 등이 대거 참여해 2001년 제1회 이후 가장 규모가 큰 행사가 될 전망이다.

현재 우리나라 물류 산업을 살펴보면 대기업이 차지하는 비중은 날이 갈수록 커져가고 있다. 물류서비스 시장의 고질적인 문제인 다단계 재위탁 구조로 인하여 중소물류기업들의 수익 구조는 더욱 악화될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 정부 및 기관에서 추진하고 있는 중소기업 지원시책을 알아보고, 다양한 지원 정책 중 물류업을 행하고 있는 중소기업들이 시급하다고 생각하는 요인을 도출하여 중소형 물류기업들을 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, due to the worsening global economic recession, Korea which is a small, export-oriented economy has decreased exports and the domestic economy also continues to stagnate. Therefore, for continued growth of our economy through export growth, we need to analyze the validity of export support system such as export insurance and prepare ways to expand exports. This study is to investigate the effects of Export Insurance on the exports of SMEs as well as LEs. For this purpose, this study conducted Time Series Analysis using data such as export, export insurance acquisition, export price index, exchange rate, and coincident composite index(CCI). First, as a result of the Granger Causality Test, the exports of LEs has found to have a causal relationship with the CCI, and CCI is to have a causal relationship with the short-term export insurance record. Second, the results of VAR analysis show that the export insurance acquisition result and the export price index have a positive effect on the exports of LEs, while the short - term export insurance has a negative effect on the exports of LEs. Third, as a result of variance decomposition, the export of LEs has much more influenced for mid to long term by the short-term export insurance acquisition compared to SMEs. Fourth, short-term export insurance has a positive effect on exports of SMEs. In order to activate short-term export insurance against SMEs, it is necessary to expand support for SMEs by local governments. This study aims to suggest policy implications for establishing effective export insurance policy by analyzing the effects of export insurance on the export of SMEs as well as LEs. It is necessary to carry out a time series analysis on the export results according to the insurance acquisition results by industry to measure the export support effect of export insurance more precisely.

This paper understands small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) with the lenses of 'labors' and 'technology' and analyzes possible alternatives for creating jobs in Korea. Interviews with eighty CEOs, directors, managers are conducted during the summer in 2017. In terms of 'labors,' critical issues were 'low income' and 'income gap from conglomerates.' When it comes to 'technology,' support for R&D was critically presented. This study proposes three policies for creating jobs: 1) National Management for Good Technicians, 2) Technical Bidding System, and 3) Mutual benefit disclosure System. Implications for the employment policy are followed.

중소유통업에 종사하는 대부분의 사람들은 평생 생계수단으로 동네 상권에 자리잡고 그간 외부의 큰 영향 없이 자생적인 영업을 수행해 왔다. 그러나 삶의 질 향상 등에 따른 소비자 욕구의 다양화, 사업 환경의 변화는 유통시장에도 많은 변화를 가져오게 되었다. 대기업 자분의 대형할인 마트가 우후죽순처럼 생겨나면서 전통재래시장 및 골목슈퍼 등은 생존의 위기에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 정부에서는 전통시장 및 골목상권 살리기에 많은 정책지원을 하고 있으나, 최근 골목상권에 대기업의 SSM(직영점, 가맹점 형태)이 생기면서 대기업과 중소상인 간 갈등과 지역적 마찰이 지속되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SSM과 경쟁을 위한 영세중소유통업체의 취약 요인들의 분석을 시도하였다.

많은 중소기업들은 정보시스템 적용과 운용에 있어서 정보기술의 전략적, 운영적 차원의 사용보다는 당면한 기업조직의 현문제와 기존의 시스템의 적절한 유지와 보수문제를 어떻게 해야 하는가 하는 문제에 더욱 집중되어 있다. 그러나 정보기술은 기업의 전략적 무기로 인식하여 경쟁우위를 점할 수 있는 가장 큰 수단으로 인식되어 져야 한다. 본 연구는 대기업중심의 아웃소싱관련 선행연구를 통해 우리나라 중소기업의 정보시스템 아웃소싱 상황에 맞는 모형연구가 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 선행연구에서는 파트너십에 대한 문제와 기술적, 통제적, 경제적에 대한 성공요인에 대한 검토되었는데 한편 우리나라 중소기업 상황에서는 자금 회사규모 문제 40.3%, 시스템 운영인력 부족 24.1%, 임직원 활용능력 부족 8.9% 등이 문제로 나타났다 이처럼 대기업과 위험요인과 중소기업의 요인을 비교하였다 그리고 지금까지 나타난 대기업 아웃소싱 문제점과 함께 지난 2년간 정부주도하의 중소기업 정보화 지원사업을 연구하여 중소기업 정보화 아웃소싱 성공요인들을 도출하여 성공적인 중소기업 정보시스템 아웃소싱 모형 만들 수가 있을 것이다.
