The Study of Exploration of the User & the Physical Components of Outpatients' Waiting Areas in General Hospital (인간 행위분석을 통한 종합병원 외래환자 대기실에 관한 연구)

  • Among the building types in which behavioral issues play, the largest role are institutional environments. Such setting share a number of important characteristics ; they serve specific population (e.g. the ill, the elderly , '||'&'||' inmates) : they are directed toward specific social behavioral objectives(e.g medical care, education , '||'&'||' rehabilitation); and they are "Total institution" in which residents spend all of there time. The basic concepts and theories of environment-behavior studies are of direct relevance in understanding such social institutions. In this study, I have examined the relationships between waiting and the specific conditions of the hospital experience. More specifically, this is a study of visitors (outpatient) within the context of the hospital , and the physical setting designated for their use in the outpatient waiting room. Environment behavior studies, with its commitment to individual behavior and the physical environment might well be a particularly way by which a study of waiting rooms can demonstrate the power of this approach and its integrative among disciplines.

  • 21세기를 눈앞에 두고도 아직까지 과학의 힘으로 그 근원을 알 수 없는 지병의 균주는 끊임없이 증폭되고 있음은 이미 주지의 사실이다. "판도라"의 상자속에는 인간을 폐망시킬려는 이러한 질균으로 꽉 차있는 것인지도 모른다. 특히 근간에는 폐수, 대기오염 등의 환경공해로 인한 치유될 수 없는 질병이 만연되고 있으며 어떤 경우에는 병의원(치과의원포함)에서 질병을 얻어오는 경우도 왕왕 발생한다. 환자나 환자를 치료하는 모든이들이 할 수 있는 한 최선을 다해 이러한 치명적인 상황을 최소한으로 유지하여 쾌적하고 깨끗한 질료실내외의 환경을 조성하고 건강한 삶을 위해 노력을 해야하겠다.

  • 현재 규모가 작은 이름바 '동네 병원'에서는 환자관리의 어려움과 동네 병원의 특성상 병원 자체적인 예약 서비스를 실시하지 않는 병원이 많다. 또한 환자는 기다리는 환자들이 많은 시간에 방문하는 경우, 병원 안에서 자신의 순번을 마냥 기다리는 경우가 빈번하게 발생한다. 이와 같은 불편들 때문에 간호사는 고객에게 간호업무 이외에도 정신적인 서비스를 제공해야 하며, 환자들은 자신의 순번이 오기만을 하염없이 기다리는 등의 불필요한 시간 소모가 크고 자신의 앞에 대기하고있는 환자가 많으면 병원이 어수선하고 앉을 자리조차 없이 서서 기다리는 경우도 허다하다. 이런 불편함들을 조금이나마 해결해주고자 본 논문에서는 저전력 블루투스 (BLE) 기술 기반의 비콘(Beacon)을 활용하여 스마트폰을 이용해 병원 내부적인 예약 서비스가 없어도 자체적인 예약 서비스와 이용자가 스마트폰을 가지고 병원에 들어가기만 해도 자동으로 병원 진료접수를 진행하고 이를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 사물인터넷 기반 병원 대기시간 최적화 서비스와 그 핵심 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 이용하면 간호사는 이전보다 간호업무에 더 집중할 수 있게 되고, 환자는 북적거리는 병원 대기실에 앉아서 기다리지 않고 실외로 나가 자신의 업무를 보고 진료시간에 맞춰서 돌아와 진료를 받는 '사람이 많아도 한적해 보이는 스마트 병원'을 만들 수 있을 것이라 본다.

The Pathology of Infection in the Department of Radiology (영상의학과 검사실의 감염 실태)

  • This study was performed to understand the bacteriologic contamination level of radiological equipments which have frequent contacts with patients in the Department of Radiology of an university hospital in Busan area. Before sterilizing in-patient of the radiology rooms, MRSA, VRE, acinetobacter baumannii, candida albicans, and enterococcus sp. were detected. After sterilization, all the bacteria were not found. As examine times become longer, more bacteria were detected and after 7 hours, bacillus sp.(GPR), CNS, acinetobacter baumannii, and Enterococcus sp. were detected. After examining infected patients, bacillus sp.(GPR), VRE, enterococcus sp. CNS, and micrococcus sp. were detected and on the hands of radiological technologists, CNS, enterococcus sp. escherichia coli, and enterobacter sp. were detected. Similar species of bacteria were detected from each radiology room, but pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected on the handles of portable radiological equipments and the chair in the waiting room. Therefore, it is the most important to regularly sterilize radiological equipments and devices which have frequent contacts with patients and to sterilize them right after the use of infected patients in order to prevent the spread of infection. Also, thorough hand washing, education on infection and management for the characteristics of Department of Radiology should be performed for the systematic prevention of infection.

An Experimental Study for Estimation of Effective Temperature for Design in Steel Box Girder Bridge (강박스거더교의 설계 유효온도 산정을 위한 실험적 연구)

  • The temperature data were measured for two years in a bridge specimen and the bridge in service nearby in order to calculate the effective temperature for thermal loads in steel box girder bridge. The maximum and minimum effective temperatures were calculated in the bridge specimen and the bridge according to air temperature in 2014, 2015 and 2years. The effective temperatures calculated in this study were compared the Euro code and the Highway Bridge Design Criteria. The coefficients of determination in the maximum effective temperature and the Euro code for 2 year were calculated from R = 0.927, R = 0.894 in a bridge specimen and the bridge respectively. Those of minimum temperature and the Euro code were analyzed from R = 0.992, R = 0.813 in two bridge respectively. Also, the results were evaluated as being very similar, or slightly increased as compared with the maximum temperature of the Korean Highway Bridge Design Code(Limit State Design).

  • This study aims to examine the generation of scatter rays by dividing it into the presence of the subject at the chest X-ray examination, the X-ray tube and detector in the X-ray room, the front of the patient window, the outside of the entrance door of the patient waiting room, opening of the entrance door, the outside of the radiological technologist's entrance door, and the opening of the radiological technologist's entrance door, etc. When there is a subject, as the subject is thicker, more scatter rays occur at each of the spots for measurement. And when the entrance door is closed at the measurement, fewer scatter rays are generated.

  • The corrosion durability of steel bridge coatings, such as organic and metallic coatings, is often evaluated by field exposure tests, but such tests take from several years to decades to complete. As a potential method for fast corrosion testing, accelerated exposure tests were considered in this study. The S6-cycle accelerated exposure test, specified in the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS K5621), was carried out on uncoated structural steels for 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 days, and the resultant weight loss was determined. The weight loss was compared with that obtained from previous field exposure tests, and acceleration factors of the S6-cycle test to field exposure test sites were determined. The application of the S6-cycle accelerated exposure tests to field environments was presented based on the acceleration factor and the amount of flying salt.

  • In the fuel of the solid fuel ramjet there are metal particles in order to improve the Isp like as solid rocket propellants. Because of the short combustion residence time these metallized fuels have low combustion efficiencies. Therefore it is necessary to increase the combustion efficiency and the inlet air temperature does an important role to this. The effect of the inlet air temperature to the performance is investigated through the semi-empirical method by adopting the experimental combustion efficiency. There are two factors to affect the inlet temperature, free stream temperature and the flight Mach number.
