The implicit assumption of port selection studies based on survey and respondents' perceptions is that the preference of the port selection attributes is proportional to the selection behavior. Further, the straight lines of the port selection attributes could also have non-linear properties. This study confirms nonlinear characteristics of selection attributes by using Kano model. The findings of this study showed that several properties of carriers were evaluated as nonlinear characteristics, such as the intermodal links and network accessibility, and size of port and terminal. Hence, port service providers such as port authorities and terminal operating companiesl, should construct a port operation strategy that reflects the non-linear port selection characteristics of shipping companies. Since this study aimed at exploring the forms of port selection characteristics, long-term additional verification studies on ports and stakeholders at domestics and abroad were needed. The Kano model and importance-selection analysis method used for analysis and strategy establishment also need to be improved to capture evident characteristics and to present strategic guidelines.

당뇨병은 노화의 당연한 과정이 아니라 적극적으로 관리하고 치료해야 되는 일종의 질환으로 생각하는 것이 좋다. 당뇨관리를 적극적으로 실천하지 않으면 뇌졸증, 실명, 만성심부전, 심혈관질환 등 삶의 질과 더불어 무엇보다도 소중한 생명을 잃게 될 수도 있는 치명적인 합병증이 발병할 수도 있는 것이다.

Two thematic maps on environmental geology were produced in the Cheong-Ju area, with aids of GIS technique. They are landslide hazards & risk maps and cut-fill maps. The models of environmental geology map and digital database were established for creation of these maps by means of cartographic simulation in GIS. These special maps are very important for understanding the environmental characteristics of the study area, and can be applied in the establishment of the regional land use planning. For instance, the landslide hazard and risk map can play very important role in the road design, and cut- fill map in the construction work in the area. The scoring system for landslide analysis was developed through the evaluation of each environmental geologic factor in relation to the others and reflects the relative imporatance of each factor. The excavation index(easy, intermediate and difficult) was evaluated through cut-fill analysis, and they can be very useftil for assessing the degree of excavation difficulty.

대신기업(주)은 1972년 경부고속도로 개통과 함께 설립된 회사다. 우리나라 휴게소 중 가장 긴 역사를 가지고 있는 곳으로, 고속도로 휴게문화의 발전을 선두에서 이끌어온 기업이라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 이 중 칠곡영업소(이하 칠곡휴게소)는 부산기점으로 157km지점에 위치하고 있다. 장시간 운전으로 피로에 쌓인 고속도로 이용객들을 대상으로 식음료 및 기타 생활용품을 판매하고, 도로안내 및 편의시설을 제공하는 고속도로 휴게소 업체다. 고속도로 상에서 운영되는 특성상 이곳에서 가장 중요하게 내세우는 가치는 당연 '안전'이다. 직원들의 안전은 물론, 고속도로에서 차량을 운행하는 고객들의 안전까지 최대한 신경 써야 하기 때문이다. 우리나라에서 현존하는 가장 오래된 휴게소로, '안전'을 최우선 가치에 두고 휴게소를 운영하고 있다는 칠곡 휴게소를 찾아가 봤다.

최근 전 세계적으로 빈번한 홍수, 폭우, 가뭄, 지진 등 기상재해로 인한 돌발적인 식량공황사태가 이어지고 있는 바 식량자급의 중요성은 아무리 강조하여도 지나치지 않을 것이다. 우리나라의 식량자급률은 30% 정도로 부끄러운 수준이며, 매년 1,200만 톤 이상의 엄청난 양의 배합사료를 수입하고 있다. 또한 대가축의 조사료 자급률은 55% 수준으로 너무나 낮으며, 이 중에서도 반 이상을 사료가치가 낮은 볏짚이 차지하고 있어 농후사료 위주의 비정상적인 축산임은 두말 할 나위가 없는 바, 국내 자급 조사료의 안정적 생산기반 구축은 너무나도 당연하고 절실한 실정이다.(중략)

지난 2001년 국내에서 옥션을 인수하며 인터넷 경매시장에 새 바람을 일으킨 전자상거래업체 이베이(www.evay.com)는 매일 새로운 역사를 쓰고 있는 세계벤처기업사에 이정표가 되는 인터넷 시대의 대명사와 같은 존재다. 이베이는 '미국 자본주의 역사상 가장 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있는 기업'으로 불린다. 잘 나가는 벤처기업이라면 첨단 기술산업의 특성상 초고속성장을 거듭하는 것이 당연하지만, 이베이는 매분기 40%이상 성장하며 전 세계의 상품구입과 판매 등 유통기업의 문화적 패러다임을 바꾼 유례 없는 성장으로 세계를 놀라게 하는 경이적인 기록을 이어가고 있기 때문이다.

In recent years, the automobile industry has been facing a major change with the introduction of new technologies represented by autonomous driving, electrification, and digitalization. Major domestic and overseas automakers are trying to use a systematic approach to customer satisfaction through user interfaces to provide customers with a special experience and value beyond just making products with high performance. This study proposes the Kano model as a systematic and qualitative research method for satisfaction. As a case study, 17 functions of a product were sorted (3 operation functions, 7 safety functions, and 7 convenience functions). This was done by analyzing the use case and the customers' requirements for a smart trunk system. 18 new functions were derived via creative ideation codes. In addition, a scientific analysis method is proposed for product quality attributes and the strength of customer satisfaction. Using the Kano methodology, 25 functions were classified into quality attributes: 18 attractive qualities, 3 one-dimensional qualities, and 4 complex qualities, which are combinations of one-dimension qualities and must-have qualities. The functions that have one-dimensional quality and complex qualities were found to have higher customer ratings than the functions that have attractive qualities. Based on this, enterprises could effectively reduce customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.

지적정보는 정보자체가 가지는 높은 보안과 고유의 특성으로 인해 유통 및 활용에 어려움이 있고, 타 기본공간정보와의 융복합을 위한 상호운영성이 미흡한 실정이다. 하지만, 정보의 개방과 통합은 당연한 시대적 흐름으로서 개방과 통합의 범위는 점차 확대되는 추세에 있다. 최근, 정보의 공개 및 유통을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 공간정보에 대한 인프라 즉, 표준에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정보간 융복합과 서비스 측면에서 다양한 분야별로 많은 표준들이 개발, 운영되고 있는데, 특히, 메타데이터 표준이 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 메타데이터 표준은 정보에 대한 정확한 설명을 제공하고, 사용자가 정보를 선택하고 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 부가정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지적정보가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 수요가 창출될 수 있도록 한국의 환경에 맞는 지적정보 메타데이터 표준(안)을 설계하고자 한다. 지적정보의 특성을 감안한 메타데이터 표준의 구성을 통해 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 조기에 실현하고, 타 공간정보와의 융복합을 통한 시너지 창출 및 국가 기본공간정보로서의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
