하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 통합설계를 이용한 시스템 개발에서는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 요소가 가지는 비용, 개발 시간, 유연성, 재사용성, 수행성능과 같은 특징간 trade-off를 고려해야 한다. 개발조직에서는 통합설계 및 개발을 위한 릴리스 플랜 수립 시에 개념적 수준의 하드웨어/소프트웨어 분할 아키텍처 스타일 후보들을 도출하고, 요구사항 선택을 위해 도출된 후보들에 대한 상대적 중요도를 결정한다. 본 논문에서는 제품의 릴리스 플랜 수립을 목표로 우선순위에 기반한 아키텍처 스타일 우선순위 선정 프로세스를 제안한다. 이를 위해 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 요소 사이의 trade-off를 고려하여 우선순위를 결정한다. 개발조직의 이해당사자는 주어진 자원 및 제약사항 내에서 제품의 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 우선순위화를 통해 릴리스 플랜의 완성도를 높일 수 있다.

We suggest the digital voice encryption module using the pseudo random number generator and design the sorority device of a telephone using the module. The proposed method provides encryption method of the telephone against the third party. This encryption method uses pseudo random number generator which computes the encryption key using the shared secret key and the current time value.

최근 인터넷 환경은 컴퓨터를 이용한 윈도우즈의 환경에서 핸드폰, PDA 등의 모바일 기기를 이용한 다양한 형태로 확산되고 있다. 이로 인해 시각, 청각 장애자나 컴퓨터 초보자도 쉽게 인터넷에 접근할 수 있는 웹 접근성 향상이 많은 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 KADO-WAH 평가도구를 이용하여 교육 관련 기관의 홈페이지를 평가하고 이들 홈페이지의 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 비교 분석한다. 이 논문에서는 교육 관련기관인 대도시 교육청 홈페이지와 부산시 교육청 산하 교육구청의 홈페이지, 그리고 부산시내의 여러 고등학교 홈페이지에 대하여 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 평가하고 비교 분석한다. 그 결과 학부모나 교육 관련 이해 당사자 누구라도 쉽게 교육용 웹사이트에 접근하고 이용할 수 있게 하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다.

평균 수명 연장과 건강한 삶을 오래 유지하고자 하는 안락한 삶에 대한 욕구는 필연적으로 고도화된 의료 서비스 발전을 야기시켰다. 아울러 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전과 IT-BT-NT를 포함한 기술간 컨버전스 경향은 유비쿼터스 헬스케어(이하 u-헬스케어)의 실현을 가속화하고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스가 고도화될수록 지능화된 의료센서나 기기에 의한 개인 생체 정보 및 주변 환경 정보에 관한 모니터링이 가능해지고유무선 네트워크를 통한 건강 정보의 공유가 확대될 것이다. 이와 같이 u-헬스케어는 개인 건강/의료 정보를 포함한 극히 개인적인 정보를 주로 다루고 있고 유무선 네트워크와 절대적으로 밀접한 연관을 맺고 있으며, 의료 정보 권한과 관련된 다양한 이해 당사자가 존재할 수 있다는 점에서 보안 및 프라이버시 측면에서 다양한 취약점과 위협이 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 u-헬스케어의 특성에 근거한 보안 이슈 및 요구사항을 분석하고 이와 관련한 합리적인 기술적 대안들을 검토해 본다.

서비스 디자인 기법은 사용자에게 만족도 높은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 객관적이고 효과적인 방법 중 하나로, 본 고에서는 사용자 경험을 바탕으로 고객 여정 맵(Customer Journey Map) 기법을 적용하여 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 디자인 사례를 제시한다. 고객 여정 맵 기반의 서비스 디자인 절차는 이해당사자(선수단)를 대상으로 한 조사단계, 조사 결과 분석을 통한 서비스 전략 및 컨셉 도출단계, 서비스 기획을 통한 서비스 제안단계 및 서비스 실행단계로 구성된다. 본 고에서는 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 디자인을 위해 선수단 전문가 그룹의 심층인터뷰를 통해 여정 별 사용자 욕구(Needs)를 분석하였고, ICT 기술 중심의 올림픽 서비스 목록을 대상으로 사용자 욕구를 매핑하였다. 분석 결과 선수단 전문가 그룹은 이동 편의성, 최신정보 및 운영센터와의 커뮤니케이션 그리고 선수단 커뮤니티 및 문화체험 정보 등 3개 부문에 대한 욕구가 컸으며, 이를 기반으로 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 목록을 도출하였다.

최근 유헬스 산업을 꽃피우기 위한 노력이 다양한 형태로 전개되고 있지만, 국민의 건강 복지에 기여하는 효율성 제고와 새로운 고용 창출이라는 두 가지 큰 명제를 달성하기 위해 최소한 필수 국제표준은 채택(Adoption) 해야겠다는 업계의 의지가 부족한 것도 사실이다. 유헬스는 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스가 다양한 형태의 결합으로 전개될 가능성이 아주 높고, 여러 이해 당사자들의 각기 다른 생각들 때문에 이해 관계가 상충하는 아주 복잡한 영역(Complex Domain)이므로, 표준 기술에 근거한 개발 노력을 경주해야 한다. 유헬스 서비스 전담 병원을 짓고, 필요한 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스를 일체형으로 수출할 수 있는 기반을 닦기 위해서는 하루빨리 필수 표준기술을 확보하고, 표준기술 적합성(Conformance)을 검증하여 경쟁력 있는 유헬스 산업을 육성할 수 있도록 하는 경쟁력 있는 유헬스 산업을 육성할 수 있도록 하는 정책적 지원이 절실하다. 본고에서는 유헬스 산업 육성을 위한 필수 표준들과, 표준 구현 기술이 Conformant한지를 인증하고 있는 국제적 활동에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

5G와 IoT로 인한 무선 트래픽 급증에 대응하기 위해서는, 무선망 성능 및 주파수효율 향상, 신규주파수할당, 주파수 공동사용 기술 개발 등이 복합적으로 적용되어야 달성 가능하다. 그의 일환으로, LTE를 비면허 대역에 사용하려는 LTE-U(Long Term Evolution-Unlicensed)라는 새로운 패러다임의 수평적 주파수 공동사용 기술을, 이동통신에 적용하려는 시도가 진행되고 있다. LTE-A의 주파수 집성기술을 활용하여, 1차 캐리어를 면허 대역 LTE 기반으로 하고, 2차 캐리어를 비면허 대역 LTE로 묶어서 고속으로 데이터를 전송하는 기술이다. 우선적으로 5GHz 비면허 대역에 적용을 검토하고 있는데, 기존에 사용하던 Wi-Fi 및 기상레이다 등과의 공정한 공존(fair coexistence)이 가장 중요하다. 따라서 각국의 5GHz 주파수 대역 규제 현황, 공존을 위한 LBT(Listen-Before-Talk)통신 메커니즘, 표준화 현황을 살펴본다. 또한 이해 당사자인 Wi-Fi, LTE, 이용자, 기술기준의 입장을 살펴보고, 구현이슈, 지적소유권 동향 등을 검토하고, 기술적 및 정책적 대응전략을 살펴본다.

On increasing illegal software copyright, the need for similarity analysis is now rising. The reliability of object material are becoming important when it's moving from developer to evaluation experts. Object material as a comparison data, is the important data to the evaluation expert which is delivered from agencies such as courts and police stations. The object material is submitted at first to the Copyright Commission and then delivered to the evaluation expert with safe. However, if the similarity result is not satisfied to the both side, they will claim to the reliability of the object material such as source code modification or revision etc. Software objects is produced in a file format and are recognized as being able to be modified. Therefore, the reliability to the object material is studied in various ways, and a forensic is proposed as one method. This study showed the suggestion to keep reliability of the object material through the actual evaluation cases.

With the advance of wireless communications technology, mobile communications have become more convenient than ever. Nowadays, people can communicate with each other on any place at any time. However, because of the openness of wireless communications, the way to protect the privacy between communicating parties is becoming a very important issue. In this paper, we present a study on the authentication and message encryption algorithm to support roaming service to the GSM network. To propose an authentication and message encryption algorithm applicable to the GSM system, the security architecture of the GSM outlined in the GSM standard is briefly introduced. In the proposed cryptosystems we use a new hash function for user authentication and a stream cipher based on Linear Feedback Shift Register(LFSR) for message encryption and decryption. Moreover, each algorithm is programmed with C language and simulated on IBM-PC system and we analyze the randomness properties of the proposed algorithms by using statistical tests.

Recently, the remarkable development of information and communication technology with supplying the high-speed Internet services. Accordingly, the transaction contract made by these also, the steady legal effect occurred by two or more parties by legal action which is the electronic agreement of expression. and it makes agreement improving corporate productivity and it can control the whole process such as contract documents and the actual buying store provision. Like this it has many benefits so, it suddenly rising as the new axis of economic activity area, it is a reality. In this change of era, with the establishment of electronic contracts, there are many problems are occurred to the expression of parties which is core of the contract on civil code so, the systematic legal composition is required. Thus, in this study will propose the reasonable improvements about the issue of electronic contract through the consideration.
