본 논문에서는 노동자문화정치의 관점에서 파업을 새롭게 정의하고, 파업을 비롯한 노동자 문화실천의 정치적 효과를 분석하기 위한 방법론적 요소들을 검토하였다. 여기서 파업은 참여주체들의 다양한 사고와 합리성들을 중심으로 형성되고 확장되는 내재적인 정치의 장인 동시에, 다양한 기표적 실천들이 전개되는 문화정치의 장으로 정의되었다. 파업의 발생과 전개의 각 과정과 국면에 대한 문화정치적 분석 요소로서 장소성, 공간, 시간, 정서, 기호자원, 담론이 고려되었고, 이 요소들에 초점을 두고 민주노조 파업에서 드러나는 문화정치적 제약들을 H사 노조 사례를 통해 검토하였다. 문화정치적 제약들은 노동자 문화의 생산과 수용에서의 제약으로 드러난다. 노동자문화 관련 텍스트들의 분석과 조사 자료를 통해서 볼 때, 그것들은 첫째로 노동자 문화 활동가들의 생산 실천 상의 제약과 관련있고, 둘째로, 노동자 대중의 노동자 문화 수용 혹은 소비에서의 도구성과 시 공간 상의 제약과 관련있는 것을 확인했다. 본 논문은 이러한 제약들이 70년대 이후에서 90년대 전반에 이르는 시기와는 달리, 현 시기 노동운동의 문화적 자원들이 신기술과 사회문화적 변화에 걸맞게 변화 확장되지 못하고 오히려 축소된 데 기인한다고 추론하였다. 따라서 지속적인 운동의 조건과 기반을 능동적으로 조성하기 위해서는, 파업을 비롯한 노동자 문화의 생산과 수용 전반에 걸쳐서 작용하는 재현체계 상의 제약, 특히 기호자원의 한계라는 근본적인 제약을 넘어서기 위한 노동자 문화정치의 필요성이 제안되었으며, 문화실천에 몸담고 있는 문화활동가나 노조활동가들이 파업과 일상 활동 속에서 문화정치적 주제들을 찾아 이론화하고 정책에 반영하는 문화활동 방안이 제안되었다.

The concept of 'Picturing' is beyond the 'Illusion' of traditional art in the Digital Media era. It is a 'Suffering' of the 'Re-appearance' that is masquerade the 'Actual' as a 'Digital Apparition.' This study aims to concern the point of view on the above subject; the 'Picturing' through the analysis of communication problems in the digital era. To begin with, need to define the concept of 'Picturing' and how it is expected to have a role through the accessibility of medium use, intervention by body and images. Also, I suggest a new approach to 'Picturing' as a new mutual communication method. Body, Digital media, and Image. These three principles of 'Picturing' create huge benefits to our world/nature whether we want it or not. It seems to become more and more of powerful self-replicating organism. We have to be aware what sort of images are surrounding us and how transmitting it to where in/on our body via newest sophisticated media we use. 'Picturing' is an invasion of ordinary, no longer exists pleasure for body, no longer speaks intension of its next destination. It strongly self-grows and also controls us in the name of Digital media era. However, 'Picturing' is a mode of re-imaging activity and also suggestion of re-appearance practice.

This paper critically examines the existing discourses about 'relationship', a key element of social work practice and questingly examines Lao-tzu's work of Tao Te Ching, the book of way and virtue, as an alternative theoretical framework for social work relationship. Compared to current discourses of relationship beleaguered by either modernism or postmodernism, both of which are in the deadlock of binary perspective, the insights and vision in Tao Te Ching are successfully able to overcome the limits of them and provide new and profound way of thinking about human, society and their relationship. Especially core cannons crystallized by natural humanistic concepts for cosmos coupled with innate critical power against artificial manipulations of world can extend the horizon of understanding concerning the relationship between client and social workers and therefore provide a new and attractive roles in professional relationship. Moreover, opposed to usual images of Lao-tzu's ideas such as nihilism and passivity, alternative relationship of social work can play an important role of caring the disordered reality where Dao disappered and criticise the selfish desires of individuals and comport the broken-hearted minds in modern society. In addition, results of this paper implies that more extended study articulating ideas of Tao Te Ching with the social work practice would have lots of potentials to promote later researches in quest of 'Korean' social work practice.

In this paper, I examined two things. First explore the of the reality(眞) in poems written on paintings and discussion on paintings in men of letters of Pre-chosun dynasty, furthemore, it analyzes the meaning and thought. To explain it, I would like to analyse the discourse surrounding the reality(眞) in poems written on paintings and discussion on paintings, and concept of the borrowing(假) and the unreal(幻). First of all, I examine the ways that the view of nature of Confucians is pertinent to the abiding in reverence and the investigation of principles of confucians, also painting is necessarry condition for their moral and spiritual self-cultivation. In the discourse surrounding the reality, it is to suggest from 'natural reality (天眞)' to escape from the reality(眞), and proceeds to examine the transformation of reality(眞) in mind(人心). Furthermore I examine the meaning of transform and delicate difference between borrowing(假) and the unreal(幻). In this process, concept of the borrowing(假) and the unreal(幻) is divided into the two meaning. False(假) is to become the Borrowing and painting, the unreal(幻) is change into the act of recognition. In conclusion, I examined the significant transformation of the reality(眞) and the unreal(幻). The reality(眞) has been recognized as a important concept, it is diverged into the Nature, outer things and painting mind, and the object of ultimate value in appreciation and painting of Pre-chosun dynasty.

건축에 있어서 이론과 실제의 관계 문제는 오랫동안 건축 담론에 대한 주요 대상이 되어왔다. 이는 건축에서의 발전이 역사적으로 동시대의 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 환경의 진화와 더불어 진행되어 왔기 때문이며, 건축작업 선상에서 대두되는 이론과 실제의 관계와 맥락성이 건축의 주체성에 매우 중요한 요소로 여겨지기 때문이기도 하다. 1960년대부터 불거진 포스터모던주의의 사고적 영향은 건축분야의 의미와 가치에 있어서 학문과 실무분 야에서 새롭게 재조명되기 시작하였고, 기존 건축고유의 영역을 벗어나, 역사, 이론, 비평, 기술 및 디자인 분야로 확장되어 새롭고 다양한 접근 방법과 그 방식에 대한 고민을 추구하기 시작하였다. 건축작업에 중요한 근거를 제시해주는 비평적 사고를 유지하기 위하여, 이론적인 아이디어에서 실질적인 실무로서의 투사방법, 그리고 그 사이의 절충을 지속하기 위함은 특히 현대사회에서 더욱 복합적이며 다면적인 질문이 되고 있다. 이 논문은 건축의 투사 방법에 있어서 현대 건축가들이 자신들의 이론적인 관점과 그 관점을 건축적으로 가시화 시키는 관계성을 관찰하고, 어떻게 본인만의 논리와 프로세스를 추구하고 지속하는가에 대한 점을 연구하는데에 그 목적이 있다.

It is not easy to understand that the drama with various aspects of political-economics and psychology in a certain popular cultural contents. People, however, does want to reconstruct the meaning of the real world and the hyper - reality, it means cross of oldness and newness, through the films. We try to analyze in religious/philosophical aspect with hybrid narrative, characters and condensed meaning in series. This try shows a good example way of understanding series which on the border line of newness and oldness.

이 논문은 우리 환경의 생태계 보호를 위하여 뉴 디자인 가구가 어떻게 창조되고 있는지를 연구하였다. 즉, 오늘날 포스트 모던 시대에 뉴 디자인 가구 디자이너들이 환경 문제의 해결점의 하나로 새롭고 다른 방향으로 자신들의 가구를 창조할 수 있는가에 관한 담론이다. 우리가 안고 있는 생태계 보호를 위한 가구를 디자인할 때 필요한 재사용 및 재활용이 가능한 재료들, 유행을 초월한 가구, 가구의 견고성, 대량 생산 가구 등이 심각하게 분석되었다. 이 분석에 따르면 뉴 디자인 가구 디자이너들은 재활용된 재료들, 주거 환경 및 지속성, 새로운 가구 미학을 내포한 새로운 가구 디자인 철학을 얻을 수 있었다. 대량 생산된 가구는 경제성 때문에 많은 대중에게 접근되는 좋은 점보다는 우리에게 더 많은 쓰레기 더미를 준다라는 사실이 뉴 디자인 가구 다자이너들에게는 매우 심각한 문제였다. 따라서 가구 디자이너들이 양보다는 질에 중점을 둔 가구를 창조하는 것이 필요하다는 것이다. 결론적으로 환경적 책임을 느낀 뉴 디자인 가구 디자이너들은 튼튼하면서 재활용될 수 있으며 유행을 초월한 기능적이면서도 미적인 가구를 창조할 때만이 뉴 디자인 가구론 구입하는 소비자들이 뉴 디자인 가구를 올바른 방향에서 인식할 수 있을 것이다.

This study examined the social discourse on consumer boycott and explored consumer experience using text mining of mass media and social media data and the in-depth interview. The result showed that the topics of online news related to the boycott included the causes of the boycott, the responses of each actor in the process of the boycott, and the effects of the boycott. In the result of the in-depth interviews, it was found that the boycott has been decentralized and the participants had the experience of exploring and verifying information on their own. In the boycott process, there were mixed experiences due to the absence of substitutes and the marketing influence, and positive experiences of expressing one's thoughts and strengthening beliefs through the boycott.

본 논문의 목적은 집합론이 메타논리학에 필수불가결하다는 주장, 즉 필수불가결성 논제에 반대하는 것이다. 만일 집합론이 메타논리학에 필수불가결하다면, 집합론을 포함하게 되는 논리적 탐구는 논리학의 가장 근본적인 특성들인 주제중립성과 보편적 적용가능성을 결여하게 되기 때문이다. 논리학의 주제중립성은 논리학의 명제들이 개별 과학과 같은 특정한 지식 분야에 국한되지 않는다는 것을 말하며, 논리학의 보편적 적용가능성은 논리학의 명제들과 추론 규칙들이 모든 과학 분야들과 합리적 담론들에서 사용될 수 있다는 것을 말한다. 나아가 주제중립성과 보편적 적용가능성을 지니기 위해서는, 논리학을 기술하는 메타논리적 용어들과 개념들 역시 이러한 특성들을 지녀야만 한다. 하지만 필수불가결성 논제를 받아들이게 되면, 우리는 논리학이 적용되는 모든 분야에서 집합론의 용어들과 집합론적 개념들이 필수불가결하다는 것을 받아들여야만 한다. 그리고 이는 분명 불합리한 일이다. 필수불가결성 논제가 그럴듯하지 않다는 것을 보이기 위해서 나는 집합과 관련된 존재론적 문제를 살펴볼 것이다. 이러한 탐구는 집합이 어떤 식으로 이해되든지 간에 존재론적으로 보수적인 "논리적 존재자" 로 간주되기 어렵다는 것을 보여줄 것이다.

1990년대 '4 3그룹'은 한국 건축을 주도해온 소장파 그룹이다. 개발 열풍에 '건축'에 대한 국민적 인식과 토양이 빈약한 시대, 이들은 '메시지가 있는 건축'을 내세우며 건축계 담론을 주도했다. 4 3그룹에서 김인철 건축사는 전통에 바탕을 둔 공간철학인 '없음'을 화두로 작업해왔다. 이는 '형태는 기능에 따른다'라는 루이스 설리번의 말을 '형태는 공간을 따른다'로 바꾸어 우리 건축의 정체성을 확인하려는 것이다. 그는 건축평론가들 사이에서 건축의 본질을 추구하는 자세가 자연스럽고, 집요하며 진정성이 있다는 평을 듣는다. 머물러있지 않고 지속적인 실험 탐구로 변화하며, 건축을 다루는 손맛이 좋은 것으로 유명하다. 그런 그가 올 4월 행복도시의 건축을 집행하는 행정중심복합도시건설청 총괄건축가에 선임됐다. 최근 그의 사무소로 찾아가 근황과 총괄건축가로서 원칙, 그리고 앞으로의 계획 등을 들어봤다.
