Efficiency Analysis of Greenhouse Gas Reduction according to Local Eco-friendly Housing Development Planned Element Using DEA Models (DEA모형을 이용한 지역별 친환경주택단지계획 요소에 따른 온실가스 감축 효율성 분석)

  • This study which are recognized that the lack of empirical research about the efficiency of the elements of environmentally friendly housing development planned presented housing design elements and policies to revitalize for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by analyzing the effectiveness of reduction of greenhouse gas output. In addition, it used various models of DEA which are accepted until now effective technique to evaluate the performance of the organization. In conclusion, there are effective 5 regionals which are Seoul, Incheon, Ulsan, South Chungcheong Province, South Gyeongsang Province. other regionals was analyzed to be inefficient. The conclusion from this study are as follows: First, in case of 11 regionals which are analyzed to be inefficient, they have to difference plan elements to make up. So each region should establish strategy to complement vulnerability. Second, not only internal architectural factors but institutional, and external environmental factors also affect the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. And weighted scores also were moderately high. But levels of weighted scores still less than the ratio of Good quality housing. So it can be determined that evaluation of individual architecture still considered important. It need to pay more attention to the operating system and the external environmental factors.

  • Designing a complex begins with plans to differentiate the archetypical place in accordance with environmental characteristics of the area where target programs and districts are to be located, with which the space reformed with the change and development of the era is established and shaped. In particular, in the area such as our domestic land, some 70% of which is inclined has adopted the design concept that uses slopes with the stream of times and has sought design strategies that consistently interpret and approach slopes. Taegwondo Park, the target of this study, has collected six draft design plans during the design stage with different values and thus strategies of utilizing topographies and spaces differentiated accordingly. Particularly, approaching strategies in accordance with geographical features by designer, the relationship between architecture and external space to be implemented according to the rank, philosophical understanding of architects and design strategies as the concept of iconizing the area carry significant implications as major design strategies explored by this study, through which I was able to identify the possibility of materializing the design strategy for hill lands.

  • Three-level Skip-lot sampling plan split by two stages (Split2-SkSP0 is proposed by modifying multi-level skip-lot sampling plan proposed by Choi(1993), which has normal and terrace inspections on the first and the second stages, respectively. The plan is designed to work more higher level inspections when the quality of the submitted products are good, otherwise, return to the normal or the terrace inspection as fast as possible. Also, the formula of the operating characteristic function for the split skip-lot sampling plan is derived using the Markov chain approach. Also, operating characteristic properties of the proposed plans are studied and graphically compared with those of the multi-level skip-lot sampling plans.

  • 최근, 우리나라에서는 효과적인 수자원 관리와 추가적인 수원 확보 차원에서 빗물 재이용에 관한 관심이 크게 증대되고 있다. 하지만 국내의 관련된 제도와 기술 지침은 단지 규제 측면에서 빗물이용시설을 설치하도록 제시하고 있어 빗물이용시설의 실제 사용을 고려한 계획이 배제되어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 실용적인 빗물이용시설의 계획을 위해 SWMM을 이용하여 빗물 재이용의 수요(빗물 재이용 목표량)와 공급(연간 강우량과 패턴)을 반영한 설계 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 SWMM 내에 구현되어 있는 빗물통 모의에 관한 수식을 이용하되, 수식을 목적에 맞도록 일부 변형하여 활용하였다. 그리고 빗물이용시설의 규모는 설정한 목표량을 만족할 수 있는 최소의 크기로 결정하는 것이 적절하고, 장기간의 강우자료를 이용한 물수지 석이 요구되므로 이를 고려하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 빗물이용시설의 설계 방법은 송산 그린시티 동측지구에 계획된 빗물이용시설의 규모 결정에 활용되었다. 빗물 재이용의 목표량이 일정한 경우, 빗물이용시설의 크기가 커질수록 빗물 재이용 가능량은 로그함수의 형태로 증가하여, 빗물이용시설이 특정 규모 이상으로 커지더라도 빗물 재이용 가능량은 더 이상 증가하지 않는 임계점이 나타난다(그림 1). 따라서 빗물이용시설은 이러한 임계점이 나타나는 규모 정도로 설계하는 것이 합리적이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 빗물 재이용을 고려한 빗물이용시설의 계획은 빗물이용시설을 보다 합리적으로 계획하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The layout of haul routes within a construction site of large complex projects needs to be carefully determined as the productivity of earthwork activity heavily depends on the efficiency of the layout and the routes are not likely to change once they are settled. This paper aims to provide a construction planner with a reliable framework to create an efficient layout of haul routes within a large complex construction site. To construct the framework, five factors affecting haul route layout and the productivity of earthwork activity are described along with the associated rules of thumb recommended by design and field experts. In addition, a methodology based on spatial analysis using raster format in GIS is proposed to further increase haul route efficiency. The proposed planning framework enables a construction planner to easily find a more reliable route layout by thoroughly considering the key factors prior to setting up an earthmoving plan.

A Study on the Factors affecting the Utilization of Waterscape Facilitiesin Apartment Complexes based upon Resident Perception - Focused on the Factors of Planning·Design, Maintenance and Usage - (주민인식에 기반한 아파트단지 내 수경시설 이용 영향 요인 분석 - 계획·설계, 유지·관리, 이용 행태를 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzes the multiple effects of the following three aspects of waterscape facilities within apartment complexes: planning/designing, maintenance/management, and use of the facilities and suggests primary documents that will be fundamental for the methods to accelerate the implementation of waterscape facilities. A survey and analysis was conducted among a few of the most representative private apartment complexes in Seoul in accordance with the management and operation of waterscape facilities. The analysis used frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability test, t-test, and PLS regression analysis. The research findings are as follows: first, the degree of use of waterscape facilities was found to be low regardless of the levels of operation, but residents' preference for the facilities was shown to be high, thus indicating there are still high expectations on the part of residents. Second, regardless of whether the facilities are being operated efficiently, the two items of location and display method under the section of planning and designing and the two items of aptitude and convenience under the section of use were found to positively affect the operation and use of waterscape facilities. Particularly, the item of freshness, cleanliness was shown to be directly and indirectly correlated with obsolescence, administration costs, and noise, which negatively affect the operation. Third, it was found that the administration costs itself that had been shown as the most negative factor of operating landscaping facilities in previous research did not cause problems in the residential area where the facilities are not operated efficiently. The finding suggests that the administration costs do not matter but that in the case of experience- and entertainment-typed facilities that residents want, they are linked to problems that do not introduce the desired facilities. Fourth, it was found that various aspects of planning, designing, maintaining, and using facilities interconnect and affect one another in the process of operating and using waterscape facilities resulting in the need to have a comprehensive approach to these three factors of planning, design, maintenance, management, and utilization. This study proposes that the needs and values of residents should be reflected to activate the introduction of landscaping facilities in the apartment complexes.

  • The government has been supplying public rental housing for stable life of low-income group since 1989. However, deteriorated public rental housing are likely to caused accident due to aging facilities. In this study, investigated the types of accidents that occur in the public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors for each type. First, identified the type of accidents that occur in apartment through previous studies and interviews. Next determined the type of accidents that occur in public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors through surveys. The results of this study would be basic information of planned and systematic management plan for safe and comfortable residental life in public rental housing. And it can be utilized on the basis information that can improve the design and management method to supply future public rental housing.
