In order to investigate the composition and the actual status of extractive nitrogenous compounds in the fresh 'Gae-bul' (echiuroid), a kind of echiurida (Urechis unicinctus), the extract was analyzed separately into extractive nitrogen, free amino acids (FAAs), oligopeptides, nucleotides and related compounds, quaternary ammonium bases, and guanidino compounds, using specimens collected at fish market in April 1988. The extractive nitrogen of echiuroid was $601{\sim}610mg/100g$. Thirty-two kinds of FAAs were found, and the total of them in it was $2,437{\sim}2,609\;mg$. Glycine, alanine, taurine, and serine were the major FAAs in the echiuroid extracts. The large amount of glycine $(1,075{\sim}1,171mg)$ was noted in the extract. The sum of ATP and its related compounds was $3.04{\sim}3.12\;{\mu}mol/g$, and predominant compound was the AMP. Besides, CTP, GTP, UTP and their related compounds were also detected, and the total amount of them was $1.92{\sim}3.74\;{\mu}mol/g$. The lower homarine, trigonelline, TMAO, TMA, and creatine were detected in the extracts. The extractive nitrogenous constituents of medium size and large size echiuroid were almost the same level each other. The total nitrogens of the compounds analyzed for each samples accounted for more than 90% of the extractive nitrogen in this study.

On the framework of Tolman spacetime model, the caustics around a local perturbed region in redshift is due to the local expansion rate induced by a local density inhomogeneity in real space. We have compared the caustics in redshift space, which are analytically obtained, with the observed redshift-distance patterns of galaxies which are belonging to Coma and Perseus clusters. For the Abell density distribution model and polytropic density profiles which are well-fitting the optical and X-ray observations, respectively, the size of caustics which is defined by "turnaround radius" of a local density perturbed region should give constraints on the sizes and masses of rich clusters and give also a clue to understand the state of hot X-ray emitting gas.

Cylindrical chamber mufflers with an extended inlet or outlet are extensively used in many application fields to reduce the propagated noise in ducts. The basic attenuation effectivencess in the low frequency region can be explained by the reactive wave action inside the expansion chamber associated with the geometric configurations of the inlet and outlet locations, and the area expansion of the jacket. In this study, an acoustic analysis is carried out for a concentric extended pipe inserted into a simple expansion chamber. An algebraic equation is derived by using the eigenfuction expansion and orthogonality principle in which the acoustic pressures and particle velocities defined on each subdivided surface are expressed by the separable coordinates. By using the proposed analytical method, transmission losses are predicted for several configurations of the concentric extended systems and they agree very well with experimental results.

포항가속기 연구소의 선형가속기와 빔 전송선에는 22개의 솔레노이드 전자석, 38개의 사극전자석 그리고 전자빔의 궤도 조절을 위한 29개의 2극 전자석이 있다. 전자빔의 정밀 제어를 위한 전자적 전원장치는 고정도, 고안정도 출력 특성을 가져야 한다. 이를 위하여 풀-브릿지 4-상한 DC-DC 컨버터 토플로지의 4단 병렬운전을 채택하였다. 전원장치의 입력전압은 직류 40V이고, 최대 출력전류는 직류 50A이며 그리고 스윗칭 주파수는 50 kHz이다. 고정밀, 고안정도 출력전류를 얻기 위하여 입력단의 전원 노이즈 및 전력변환부의 스윗칭 노이즈를 제거하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 채택된 low-pass 필터의 cut-off 주파수는 입력과 출력단 각각 26 Hz와 4.5 kHz 이다. 출력전류에서 전원장치로부처 발생하는 주파수 성분을 완벽하게 제거하였다. 출력전류의 분해능은 1mA 이하이며, 안정도는 10시간 이상 장시간의 경우 +/-15 ppm 이하이고 1시간 이하 단시간의 경우 +/-10ppm 이하이다. 본 논문에서는 풀-브릿지 4-상한 DC-DC 컨버터 토플로지의 4단 병렬운전을 채택한 전자석 전원장치의 구성, 특성 그리고 실험결과에 대하여 기술하였다.

In estimating the azimuth of regional earthquakes with single -station three - component data, in some cases the result is dependent on the selection of waveforms, making the measurement subjective and inconvenient in automatic detection. In this paper an alternative approach is proposed in which the azimuth is measured from quite a long wave train by time - direction stacking technique. Test with digital waveform data from Korean seimic stations shows that the simple algorithm seems to be able to give a better estima- tion of azimuth of earthquakes at regional distances.

In this paper, interactive inverter in series 2 module inverters is proposed. One of two inverters makes equivalent voltage. Another removes harmonics, contained in source voltage, through control inductor current. As a result, it remains only basic frequency voltage to produce the purely sinusoidal current wave. Using 2 module inverters is verified with simulation.

본 논문은 LCL 필터의 능동댐핑을 적용한 3상 4선식 PWM 정류기 제어 방법을 제안한다. 3상 4선식 PWM 정류기의 입력단에 위치한 LCL 필터는 단일 L 필터에 비해 필터 사이즈, 무게 감소와 입력 전류의 고조파 성분 감쇠 등에 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 LCL 필터의 공진 주파수의 영향으로 PWM 정류기 제어 안정성 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 LCL 필터에 능동댐핑을 적용하여 PWM 정류기 제어 안정성을 향상 시킨다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 본 논문이 제안한 제어 방법의 실효성을 검증한다.

To isolate new antioxidants from Panax ginseng, methanol extract of Panax ginseng was fractionated into several subfractions and their antioxidant activities were measured by using ${\alpha}$, ${\alpha}-diphenyl-{\beta}-picrylhydrazyl$(DPPH). Four compounds were isolated from two subfractions that showed high DPPH quenching activities by silica gel, ${\mu}$ Bondapak $C_{18}$ or Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The four compounds were confirmed to be phenolic substances by color reaction and UV spectral analysis.

본 논문은 모듈러 멀티 레벨 컨버터 시스템에서 직류단과 레그 사이에 흐르는 순환 전류의 고조파 성분을 억제하기 위한 전류제어기들의 성능을 분석한다. 비례 적분 제어기, 공진 제어기, 반복 제어기의 성능을 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교 분석한다.
