시공간 데이타베이스는 현실세계의 객체에 대하여 효율적인 공간 관리와 이력 관리를 지원한다. 이러한 시공간 데이타베이스는 시간차원과 공간차원이라는 이질적 데이타 공간을 관리하여야 하는 대단히 복잡한 시스템이다. 따라서 데이타에 대한 효율적 접근 방법에 대한 연구가 필수적이며, 이는 효율적 색인 기법의 개발을 통하여 이룰 수 있다. 그러나 시공간 데이타에 대한 접근방법 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있으며 극소수의 사례들마저도 공간 객체의 이력 개념을 지원하는 것이 아니라 멀티미디어 객체의 상대적 시간만을 지원하고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 공간 데이타의 이력을 표현하는 시공간 데이타에 대하여 효율적으로 색인하기 위한 방안으로서 시간과 공간을 단일화된 색인 영역으로 통합하는 단일화된 시공간 색인 모델을 제시하고, 이를 기존의 R-트리를 기반으로 확장한 색인을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 아울러 다양한 유형의 시공간 연산에 대한 색인의 성능을 평가하였다.Abstract Spatiotemporal databases are able to support an efficient spatial management as well as historical management for an object in the real world. It is very complex to manage these two dimensions why there exists on difference of inborn property of temporal and spatial dimensions. Therefore an efficient access method should be studied, and it can be done by means of development of efficient indexing technology.However, there is a few related work in the research of access methods of spatiotemporal data. Also the previous works do not support the concept of history for spatial object, and only support the relative time among multimedia objects. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a unified Spatiotemporal index model as an efficient index for Spatiotemporal data. And we not only design Spatiotemporal index that has been extended to historical management facility on the basis of conventional R-tree, but also implement it. Finally we have evaluated performance of index for the various kinds of Spatiotemporal operations.

In this paper, a double-input single-output architecture of a LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) is presented to enable to be devised for light weight and small-sized OTM(On-The-Move) satellite communication system suitable to be mounted on vehicles. In spite of advantages of the double-input single-output architecture of a LNA such as reduction of the number of physical channels, it results in time-varying phase error between a fundamental mode path and a high-order mode path. This paper shows that the error can be corrected by adding pilot signals to the LNA and using signal processing, and also gives the measurement data to use the method mentioned above.

In the study, we were develop unification of examination paper switchboard that reduced the hassle about previously glucose measurement. Examination paper case was produced to magazine for minimize when you use the previously products occurred hand pollution or loss rate. And, Quantity of examination paper can be checked in real time by seeking the convenience of patients. In this study, we selected one model but you can product any examination paper case. Data was construct through surveys to questionnaires and satisfaction. Purchasing was received to high rating 67%. In this study, we were trying minimize inconvenience during self scan for diabetes patient. Further, we were suggest various products that were improve the functionality and practicality through practicality in design.

Successful project planning relies on a good estimation of the manpower required to complete a project. The good estimation can be derived from Rutnam's Rayleigh Model or Phillai et al.'s Gamma Model. These models only can be applied for the projects which the need of manpower is increased exponentially and the highest of manpower is required at the end of development phase. However, in a practical project, most manpower is required during development phase and a small amount of manpower is assigned during maintenance phase. In addition, the Waterfall Model and Unified Process only can be adopted for development phase. So the current development environments cannot be adopted into the existing manpower distribution models which the highest manpower is required at the end of development phase. This paper suggests an appropriate model for development phase to solve this problem. First, the appropriate manpower distribution for development phase of the Waterfall model was derived from Putnam's manpower distribution and then manpower distribution of development phase was derived for Unified Process. After comparing the required manpower of two Processes, total manpower distribution is similar each other even though the required manpower and task is different for each point of development phase. From this result, a unified model is derived and it can be applied for both development processes.

최근 평생교육기관으로서의 공공도서관의 기능이 확대되면서 몇몇 공공도서관이 평생학습관으로 바뀌었다. 이에 공공도서관과 평생학습관의 서비스기능 차이를 비교 분석하여 공공도서관의 정보제공기능 역할재정립, 공공도서관에서의 평생학습프로그램의 변화, 도서관행정체계의 단일화를 통한 지역사회에서의 공공도서관의 정체성을 확립하고자 하였다.

에집트의 NECC에 대하여 설명하였으며 주요 기술적인 문제와 운용상의 문제 그리고 NECC가 이들 문제를 어떻게 해결 할 것인가 하는 방안이 검토되었다. 이문제들은 장기간을 통하여 크게 상호연계되면서 단일화된 계통으로 자라난데 반하여 보다 낮은 안전운용으로 진전된 전력계통에 대하여 고려되었다. 설명된 소프트웨어 기능과 컴퓨터 구성은 에집트의 단일전력계통에 대한 제어와 신뢰도감시, 안전운전을 성취하기 위하여 제안되었던 것이고 사업수행은 그와 같은 사업의 전형적인 조직과 이들의 상호관계를 설명하였다.
