Performance Evaluation of One Channel B-WLL IF Receiver System (단일 채널 B-WLL IF 시스템 수신부 성능 분석)

  • In this thesis, We analyze performance evaluation of one channel B-WLL IF receiver system. Among the item of receiver performance, inter-modulation interference and yield analysis is especially focused. Since inter-modulation interference cause bad influence on system performance due to unwanted third order harmonic located in desired frequency band, third order harmonic causing inter-modulation interference should be efficiently removed. Yield analysis is observing influence on system performance when system element parameter is statistically varied, and in this thesis, system output is observed for LNA parameters. Additionally, Scheme for LNA gain adjustment to reduce inter-modulation interference is proposed by observing variation of third order harmonic output for LNA gain variation.

  • Passwords are a common method of identifying and authenticating a user who wishes to log on to a secure system. Password-based authentication techniques, however, do not provide strong security and recognized as being an poor form of protection. It is not all the responsibility of the user to control password and to protect its confidentiality. In this paper, confirm an appropriate response time and I propose a new and improved method of implementing two factor authentication using SMS via receiving apparatus(mobile and email).

  • 본 논문은 전국적인 소매업체의 각 지점별 고객 수요가 불확실한 상황에서 고객 서비스 목표 수준을 충족하는 최적재고 수준을 결정하는 문제에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 분포한 지점에서 물품을 판매하는 베스트바이, 월마트, 혹은 시어스와 같은 전국적인 소매업체 관점에서 사용할 수 있는 핵심 관리 지표(KPI)로서 ISR(In-Stock Ratio)를 정의하였으며, 전국적인 소매업체가 평균 ISR로 정의되는 고객 서비스 목표 수준을 충족하면서 각 지점 보유 재고의 총합을 최소화할 수 있는 최적화 모델을 수립하였다. 본 논문은 해당 모델에 항상 최적해가 존재함을 증명하고 해당 최적해를 Karush-Kuhn-Tucker 조건을 사용하여 고객 수요의 확률분포의 형태에 상관없이 일반화된 형태로 표현하였다. 또한 본 논문은 고객 수요가 정규분포와 같은 특정 확률분포를 따르는 경우에 대해 연구하였으며, 이 경우에 대한 최적 재고수준을 나타내는 식을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서는 상기 기술된 상황에 대한 수리적인 예제를 통하여 최적재고 수준과 확률분포 파라미터들간의 관계를 분석하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 마이크로프로세서의 기능을 수행하는 데 필수적이며 사용빈도가 높은 총 64개의 명령어를 정의한 후 이를 처리할 데이터패스를 구성해 스테이트 머쉰으로 제어하는 방식으로 실용적 8비트 마이크로프로세서를 VHDL로 설계를 하고 FPGA로 구현했다. 통상 마이크로프로세서 관련 논문에서는 기능적 시뮬레이션까지만 했거나, 인터럽트 기능이 없든지, 하드웨어로 구현을 하지 않았거나, 또는 개발 관련 내용이 자세히 제시되지 않았었다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 이동, 논리, 가산 연산뿐만 아니라 분기, 점프 연산도 실행할 수 있도록 해 연산 및 제어용도에 적합하도록 하였고, 스택, 외부 인터럽트 기능까지도 지원하도록 해 그 자체로서 완전한 실용적 마이크로프로세서가 되도록 하였다. 또한 프로그램 ROM까지도 칩 안에 넣어 전체 마이크로프로세서를 단일 칩으로 구현하였다. 타이밍 시뮬레이션으로 검증 후 제작 과정을 통해, 설계된 마이크로프로세서가 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다. Altera MAX+.PLUS II 통합개발환경 하에서 EP1K50TC144-3 FPGA 칩으로 구현을 하였고 최대 동작주파수는 9.39MHz까지 가능했고 사용한 로직 엘리먼트의 개수는 2813개로서 논리 사용률은 97%이었다.

  • Multicarrier code division multiple access(MC-CDMA) Is a scheme that combines multicarrier modulation with CDMA. It offers robustness to frequency selective fading and can support higher rate data transmission with higher spectral efficiency. The objective of this article to proposed a new asynchronous ME-CDMA system to implement multiple data rate communications. It can be accomplished by changing the number of parallel branch(.p). For the analysis of average BER performance, numerical method and computer simulation were used. After MAI power of received signal calculated, the average BER can be acriuired using Gaussian approximation to MAI. We also compare the system performance with that of a single rate MC-CDMA system.

  • The rectilinear-distance location problem combines the property of being a very appropriate distance measure for a large number of location problems and the property of being very simple to treat analytically. An obvious question to be asked at the optimal point which is obtained by the rectilinear distance method is, "what if the point is not available as a location site\ulcorner." The point may, for example, be inaccessible or may coincide with the location of another structure, a river, or a municipal park. In this case, one approach that may be employed is to construct contour lines (also called iso-cost or level curves) of the cost function. Contour lines provide considerable insight into the shape of the surface of the total cost function as well as a useful means of evaluating alternative locations for the new facility. But, when there is an obstacle which divides the application area into two. The optimal location(which is acquired by the rectilinear distance method) is not coincide with the minimal cost point and the contour line is occasionally of no use, this paper shows the method of finding a way to decide an optimal point of single facility location in this case.this case.

Characterization of RTMOCVD Fabricated PbO/ZrO2/TiO2 Multilayer Thin Films (RTMOCVD로 제조된 PbO/TiO2/ZrO2 다층박막의 특성 연구)

  • In this study, the fabrication of PZT films was performed from a multilayer structure comprising $TiO_2$, $ZrO_2$ and PbO thin films prepared by rapid themal chemical vapor deposition(RTMOCVD). $TiO_2$, $ZrO_2$ and PbO are the component layers of oxide multilayer system for a single phase PZT thin film. The composition control of PZT thin film was done by the thickness control of individual component layer. The composition ratio of Pb:Ti:Zr with thickness were 1:0.94:0.55. Occurrence of a single-phase of PZT was initiated at around $550^{\circ}C$ and almost completed at $750^{\circ}C$ under the fixed time of 1hr. As the concentration of Pb increased, the roughness and crystallization in the film increased. From the as result of using XPS and TEM, the single phase formation through annealing is evident. The electrical properites of the prepared PZT thin film(Zr/Ti=40/60, 300 nm) on a Pt-coated substrate were as follow: dielectric constant ${\varepsilon}_r=475$, coercive field Ec=320 kV/cm, and remanant polarization $P_r=11{\mu}C/cm^2$ at an applied voltage of 18 V.

One-class Classification based Fault Classification for Semiconductor Process Cyclic Signal (단일 클래스 분류기법을 이용한 반도체 공정 주기 신호의 이상분류)

  • Process control is essential to operate the semiconductor process efficiently. This paper consider fault classification of semiconductor based cyclic signal for process control. In general, process signal usually take the different pattern depending on some different cause of fault. If faults can be classified by cause of faults, it could improve the process control through a definite and rapid diagnosis. One of the most important thing is a finding definite diagnosis in fault classification, even-though it is classified several times. This paper proposes the method that one-class classifier classify fault causes as each classes. Hotelling T2 chart, kNNDD(k-Nearest Neighbor Data Description), Distance based Novelty Detection are used to perform the one-class classifier. PCA(Principal Component Analysis) is also used to reduce the data dimension because the length of process signal is too long generally. In experiment, it generates the data based real signal patterns from semiconductor process. The objective of this experiment is to compare between the proposed method and SVM(Support Vector Machine). Most of the experiments' results show that proposed method using Distance based Novelty Detection has a good performance in classification and diagnosis problems.

  • The airliners are replacing their old fleet by brand new ones while the air traffic has recovered from the great recession. And the delivery and the backlog get almost highest record still in 2010. The single aisle leads the market and it will show harder competition with more efficient challengers. The recent strong demand of new aircraft reduces MRO and lease market and it makes some worries about the bubble in civil aircraft industry. In the long time forecast, the civil aircraft industry will grow steadily with over 60,000 delivery for 20 years. and the commercial aircraft market will be about 31,000~34,000 of them. And the emerging market will lead the growth.

  • 과거 단일 회사로 구성된 전력산업 체제하에서의 신뢰도에 대한 인식과 중요성들이 전력시장과 경쟁이 도입된 다각화된 이해 주체들 이 존재하는 현행의 국내 전력산업 구조에서는 서로 다른 양상을 띄고 변화하고 있다. 전원 및 송?변전 시설계획에서부터 계통운영 계획 및 실시간 급전에 이르기까지 연속선상의 계통운영 업무에 있어 전력공급의 안정성 확보와 더불어 보다 합리적이고 효율적인 또는 경제적인 계획과 운영에 대한 요구(Needs)가 기존의 결정론적인 신뢰도 평가의 다각적 접근 즉, 확률론적인 신뢰도평가 기법을 개발하게 하였으며, 이에 미국 전력중앙연구소(EPRI)의 PRA(Probabilistic Reliability Assessment) S/W를 도입하여 실제 계통운영의 단위업무와 접목하여 리스크를 고려한 계통안전도평가 구현의 잠재적 가능성과 극복해야 할 한계를 파악하였다.
