A PLL with an unipolar charge pump and a loop filter consisting of sample-hold capacitor and 2nd-order RC filter has been proposed. The goal of the proposed PLL is the suppression of reference spur which is caused by charge pump mismatch. It also improves phase noise characteristic. It has been designed with a 1.8V $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process and proved by HSPICE simulation.

The frequency-dependent characteristics of the finline have previously been analyzed using several frequency domain approaches. But the time domain TLM method presented in this paper is another independent approaches for obtaining frequency domain results for finline. The structure analysed with this algorithm is unilateral finline in WR-62 waveguide enclosures and the symmetrical condensed node based on the properties of Huygen's scattering model is used. From the TLM results, the frequency-dependent scattering parameters of a unilateral finline have been calculated by Fourier transform of the time domain data. The numerical results are in good agreements with other paper, thus demonstrating the validity and usefulness of the proposed method.

최근 사물인터넷이 빠른 속도로 발전할 것으로 예측됨에 따라서, 서비스들은 사용자들에게 제공되기 위해서 작은 디바이스부터 거대한 디바이스들간의 임베디드 디바이스의 발전과 센서 허브와 같은 보조 프로세서의 발전을 통해, 서로 연결되고 있으며, 사용자들을 위해 지금보다 더 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 맞춤형 사물인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위한 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 효과적인 서비스 구축을 위한 기법들로 하위 디바이스 계층의 수준과 상위 어플리케이션 계층의 수준을 서로 구분 지을 수 있도록 서비스 지향형 컴퓨팅 방식을 사용하는 여러 계층 구성의 계층적 추상화 접근 방법이 소개되고 있지만, 사용자들에게 더 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 구축하는 것은 여전히 다양한 이슈가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 객체의 단방향 그래프 구성 기법을 적용하여, 효과적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 사물인터넷 서비스 구성을 위하여 서비스 오브젝트를 단방향 그래프 자료구조로 구성한 새로운 형태의 IoT 미들웨어 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 새로 제안된 미들웨어 구조상에서의 사용자의 사용 시나리오 및 시스템 성능상의 이점을 분산 시뮬레이션을 통하여 증명한다.

The unicystic ameloblastoma deserves separate consideration on the basis of its clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features and its response to treatment. It refers to those cystic lesions that show clinical, radiographic, or gross features of a jaw cyst, but on histologic examination show a typical ameloblastomatous epithelium lining part of the cyst cavity. The lesion is most commonly found on the mandible posterior area, and often asymptomatic, although large lesions may cause a painless swelling of the jaws. The lesion typically appears as a circumscribed radiolucency that surrounds the crown of an unerupted molar. These are usually considered to be a dentigerous, residual cyst on the relationship of the lesion to teeth in the area. Three histopathologic variants of unicystic ameloblastoma may be seen. 1) Luminal type, 2) Intraluminal type, 3) Mural type. In this case, these tumor was treated as cysts by enucleation with iliac bone graft, and the diagnosis of ameloblastoma is made after microscopic examination of the presumed cyst.

본 논문에서 프레임 율 향상을 위한 새로운 움직임 추정 알고리즘에 대해 제안한다. 계산량을 줄이고 다해상도의 영상을 이용하기 위하여 원본 프레임들을 계층적 구조로 형성하고, 최상위 계층에서 단방향 움직임 추정을 수행한다. 최상위 계층은 낮은 해상도 때문에 움직임 벡터의 정확도가 낮아지므로, 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 각각의 블록은 5 개의 움직임 벡터 후보들을 가진다. 이 후보들은 아래 계층들에서 수정되며, 움직임 추정이 완료되면 최하위 계층의 움직임 벡터들은 SAD (sum of absolute difference) 값을 이용해서 최종적으로 수정된다. 이렇게 구해진 단방향 움직임 벡터들은 양방향 움직임 벡터로 변환되고 양방향 보간법을 사용하여 보간 프레임을 생성한다. 결과적으로, 제안하는 알고리즘은 기존 알고리즘들에 비해 낮은 계산량을 나타내면서 PSNR (peak signal-to-noise ratio) 수치에서 최대 1.3 dB 의 향상을 나타냈고, 주관적으로도 더 선명한 결과를 보여주었다.

본 논문은 시간 지연 및 데이터 손실이 존재하는 양방향 원격 조작 시스템의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 에너지 제한 알고리즘을 적용한다. 다양한 실험 결과, 자유 공간 실험에서는 단방향 2.5 초까지의 시변 시간 지연(variable time delay), 벽 접촉 실험에서는 단방향 0.3 초까지의 시변 시간 지연에 대해 전체 시스템이 안정적으로 거동하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 데이터 손실 발생 시 이전 데이터를 유지하는 방법을 이용하여 에너지 제한 알고리즘을 적용하면 90%까지의 데이터 손실이 발생할 경우에도 시스템의 안정성을 보장할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

IPTV 서비스는 기존 단방향 지상파 TV보다 다양한 채널의 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공하므로 사용자가 빠르고 쉽게 원하는 콘텐츠를 찾기 위한 개인화 IPTV 사용자 인터페이스 개발이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구는 단방향 TV 서비스 인터페이스를 그대로 이용하거나 단순 카테고리 별로 분류된 정보 제공에 머물러 개인화된 인터페이스로는 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 협력적 여과, 내용기반 여과 등 기존 개인화 추천 기법을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 빠르게 제공하고, 사용자의 편의성을 증대하는 SmarTVi 인터페이스와 개인화된 검색 결과를 제공하는 검색 모듈 SmarTVi-Search를 제안한다.

While the value of unidirectional delay was used as the preference of a node in the previous research on the performance of the leader, this paper proposes the value of bidirectional delay as a preference of a node and analyzies election strategies in the case of the various number of candidates through simulation. We made a comparative study to evaluate the quality of leaders chosen by the bidirectional preference and unidirectional preference in terms of relative error and from the standpoint of the probability of choosing the optimal leader.

정부의 신재생에너지 확대 보급 사업에 의해 현재 한전의 배전계통에는 다수의 분산형 전원이 연계되고 있으나 기존의 배전계통은 단방향 전력계통으로 설계되어 있으며 다수의 분산전원이 연계되는 경우 배전계통에 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 기존의 단방향 고장계산 방식에서 분산전원에서 기여하는 고장전류를 함께 고려하는 양방향 보호체계로의 전환 및 분산형전원 영향을 고려한 보호협조 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 분산전원이 연계된 배전계통에서 배전계통 고장시 분산전원에 의한 효과를 고려한 보호기기 정정방안을 제시하였다.
