A Study on the Factors Affecting Social Service Satisfaction Using Voucher - Focusing on the Community Social Investment Service - (바우처를 활용한 사회서비스의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 -지역사회서비스투자사업을 중심으로-)

  • The importance of voucher service evaluation is increasing with the expansion of voucher, but the previous studies on performance evaluation could not reflect the characteristics of voucher. But there is no study on the factors affecting voucher performance. Thus, this study focuses on the empirical analysis of voucher program performance and analysed the factors affecting voucher satisfaction. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users in Community-Development voucher service in Community Service Investment Program. The methods applied in this study are Hierarchial Linear Model(HLM) using service user variables(level 1) and service agency variables(level 2). These variables are extracted from the previous studies on performance of social welfare service and voucher service. The findings show that user's satisfaction is influenced by level 1 variables such as sex, need and also influenced by level 2 variables of service type and area* organization type. On these analysis, this study gives policy implication.

VOC 제거를 위한 상압플라즈마 발생장치 개발

  • 상압 플라즈마 기술은 표면처리, 온존 발생장치, VOC (Volatile Organic compound) 제거등 다양한 산업분야에서 응용되고 있다. 상압플라즈마 기술 또한 DBD (Dielectric barrier discharge), Griding Arc, SDIP (Surface Discharge Induced Plasma) 등 다양한 기술들이 개발되어져 왔다. VOC를 제거하기 위한 다양한 플라즈마 기술중 특히 BDB 방법과 SDIP 기술들은 플라즈마에 의한 VOC 분해 뿐만 아니라 오존 발생을 통하여 VOC성분을 분해하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 효율이 매우 뛰어난 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 그러나 BDB 방전의 경우 방전이 발생하는 간격이 매우 작아 공기를 정화시키기 위해 좁은 유로를 통하여 일정넓이를 이동하여하 하기 때문에 압력감소가 심하며 이를 개선하기위해 다단으로 설계할 경우 구조가 복잡하고 가격이 고가인 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 두 개의 면 전극이 마주보는 형태로 된 DBD 구조의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 빗살무늬 모양의 다층구조의 선형전극으로 구조를 변화시켜 전극에 의한 압력감소를 방지하고 효율적으로 플라즈마 및 오존을 발생시킬 수 있는 VOC제거용 상압 플라즈마 발생장치를 개발하였다. 또한 플라즈마 발생 및 오존발생량이 우수한 것으로 알려져 있는 SDIP 장치 또한 제작하여 비교 평가를 하였다. 제작된 플라즈마 발생장치는 60 Hz와 20kHz의 교류 고압파워 서플라이를 이용하여 플라즈마 발생실험을 진행하였다. 선행 연구에서는 60 Hz의 고압 파워 서플라이를 이용하여도 플라즈마 방전이 잘 된다고 보고되었는데 본 실험에서 60 Hz 파워 서플라이를 사용할 경우 15 kV 이상이 인가될 때 아주 약하게 오존이 발생하는 현상이 관찰되었으나 육안으로 구분이 될 만큼의 플라즈마 방전은 발생하지 않았다. 20kHz의 고압파워 서플라이를 사용한 경우에는 비교적 낮은 전압인 7 kV에서 방전이 관찰되었으며 분당 22 mg의 오존이 발생하였다. SDIP를 이용한 경우 플라즈마가 발생하는 조건은 SDIP의 기하학적 형상에 많이 의존하게 된다. 본 실험에 SDIP 장치는 매우 낮은 전압에서 방전을 시작하였다. 기존의 DBD와는 다르게 1.7 kV에서 플라즈마 발생하였으며 1.8 kV에서 정상적인 플라즈마 방전이 발생하였다. 이때 분당 3.1 mg의 오존이 발생하였다. 오존 발생양은 앞에 빗살형 플라즈마 방전장치에 비하여 낮은데 인가되는 전력을 고려하면 입력된 전기 에너지당 오존발생양은 비슷한 수준이였다.

Behavior of Oil-Water Interface between Tandem Fences (이중 유벽 사이의 기름과 물의 계면의 거동)

  • The disturbance of oil-water interface confined between tandem fences caused by a sequence of traveling vortices below the interface is investigated. The traveling vortices are assumed to be those detached from the tip of the fore fence. The potential flow is assumed and the density interface is replaced as a sheet of vortex. The shape of the interface is predicted by tracing a finite number of marker particles placed at the interface. The velocity of the marker particles is determined by the Biot-Savart integral along the vortex sheet plus the contribution from the traveling point vortices. The rate of change of vortex-sheet strength is predicted by using an evolution equation for vorticity. The calculated results obtained for various conditions demonstrate that the large amplitude of interfacial wave following the moving vortek can be generated by the vortices.

Taxonomic review for the Cymopterus melanotilingia (H. Boissieu) C. Y. Yoon in Apiaceae (큰참나물(Cymopterus melanotilingia, 산형과)의 분류학적 재검토)

  • The systematic position of Cymopterus melanotiligia (H. Boissieu) C. Y. Yoon in Apiaceae was revaluated based on the ITS sequence data. Its diagnostic characteristics include its asymmerty mericarps, 3-4 mericarp ribs, winged dorsal ribs, and ternate leaves. It is morphologically similar to Tilingia tsusimensis and Pimpinella having ternate leaves. It is distinguished from Ostericum having symmerty mericarps, 5 mericarp ribs, and rounded dorsal ribs. Also it looks like Angelica with broadly winged lateral ribs and strongly dorsally compressed mericarps, but is distinguished by having its conspicuous calyx teeth and unilayer pericarps. Cymopterus melanotiligia formed a different clade group with Cymopterus species distributed in North America based on ITS sequences, and it supports the close relationships with Halosciastrum melanotilingia. Thus, we conclude that this species is here referred to Halosciastrum melanotilingia (H. Boissieu) Pimenov & Tikhomirov.

화학복필름접착을 위한 최적화된 플라즈마 조건 확립

  • 화학보호복은 독성이 있는 화학물질 및 미세분진등에 대해 공기를 차단하며 완전 밀폐형으로 공기호흡기 및 에어라인 같은 호흡보호장치와 함께 착용하여 신체부위를 보호한다. 그 예로 생물/화학보호복은 유독하고 해로운 생물/화학물질로 부터 인체를 보호해준다. 이들 보호복은 다양한 환경이 노출되어 장시간 작업을 위해서 오랜시간 보호성능을 유지해야한다. 특히, 이런 원단의 구성은 플라스틱과 고무류의 다층구조로 구성되어있다. 플라스틱류(폴리에틸렌, PTFE 등)는 표면장력이 너무 낮아 접착하는데 어려운 점이 많이 대두된다. 일반적인 표면처리방법은 크게 물리화학적 방법으로 4가지로 분류한다. 화학적산화, 불꽃처리, 플라즈마처리, UV 방사법 등이 있다. 이들 중에서 가장 간단한 산화처리는 플라즈마처리다. 이처리는 상온/상압하에서 대기 중 또는 가스내에 방전에 의해 플라즈마를 형성하고 이 플라즈마가 대상물의 표면분자와 격렬히 반응하게 하여 표면의 분자구조를 변화시킴에 따라 소수성의 표면에 Carboxyl, hydroxyl과 carbonyl과 같은 친수성으로 변하여 결합능력을 증가 시켜 표면장력을 높여주는 가장 효과적인 방법이다. 플라즈마 표면처리를 하고 나면 육안으로 표면의 변화를 감지할 수 없지만 접착, 잉크, 코팅을 잘 받아들이는 결과를 가져온다. 플라즈마 표면처리의 효과는 주로 부도체의 필름이나 합성수지 계열의 인쇄성과 접착성을 향상시키고자 많이 활용되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 화학보호복과 같은 플라스틱류인 다양한 고분자 합성수지(Polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, vinyl, PVC, PET 등)에 적용가능하다. 본 연구에서는 플라즈마처리조건에 영향을 주는 변수들을 고려하여 실험계획법(DOE, RSM)을 이용하여 최적화된 플라즈마 공정을 향상시키고자한다.

Influence Factors on the Degree of Soil Plugging for Open-Ended Piles (개단말뚝의 폐색효과 영향인자 분석)

  • This paper presents the investigation of the major influence factors on the degree of soil plugging for open-ended piles based on the Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian (CEL) numerical technique. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of soil plugging on the response of piles in various conditions. Through comparison of the results of field load tests, the CEL methodology was found to be in good agreement with the general trend observed by in situ measurement. Additionally, the parametric studies were performed by controlling the soil conditions, soil elastic moduli, end-bearing conditions and multi layers. It was found that the degree of soil plugging for sand layers was greater than that of clay layers. Also, the degree of soil plugging increased with an increase in both the soil stiffness and length of pile embedded in the bearing layer.

  • An inductor library for efficient low cost RFIC design has been developed based on a standard digital 0.18 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process. The developed library provides four structural variations that are most popular in RFIC design; standard spiral structure, patterned ground shield(PGS) structure to enhance quality factor, stacked structure to enable high inductance values in a given silicon area, multilayer structure to lower series resistance. Electromagnetic simulation, equivalent circuit, and parameter extraction processes have been verified based on measurement results. The extensive measurement and simulation results of the inductor library can be a great asset for low cost RFIC design and development.

Study on the Crystal Growth Behavior and Opto-Electrical Properties of Transparent Conducting Oxide Films with Au-Interlayer Fabricated by Using a Low-temperature Process (저온 박막 공정으로 제작된 Au 적층형 다층 투명전극의 결정성장 거동과 광-전기적 특성)

  • Transparent conducting oxide films like ITO/Au/ITO and AZO/Au/AZO were fabricated with a sputter at a low-temperature of less then $70^{\circ}C$ and their crystallization and opto-electrical properties were studied. X-ray diffractiometry showed that single-ITO layer was amorphous, whereas, ITO of ITO/Au/ITO multi-layer was crystal. The ITO crystallization and its orientation depended on Au crystallization. Surface roughness of the ITO-multi-layers were in the range of 29-88% of that of ITO-single layer. ITO on amorphous gold layer had more rough surface than ITO on crystal gold. The gold layer between ITO improved electrical conductivity. Carrier density, mobility, resistivity and sheet resistance of ITO-single layer were $2.3{\times}10^{19}/cm^3$, $85{\times}cm^2$/Vs, $31{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$, and $310{\times}{\Omega}/cm^2$, respectively. Those of ITO/Au/ITO-multi-layers depended on Au-interlayer-thickness, which were in the range of $3.6{\times}10^{19}{\sim}4.2{\times}10^{21}/cm^3$, $43{\sim}85cm^2$/Vs, $0.17{\times}10^{-4}{\sim}25{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$, and $1.7{\sim}20{\times}{\Omega}/cm^2$, respectively. The sheet resistances of the single-layer ITO and the multi-layer ITO were 310 and $2.7{\sim}21{\Omega}/cm^2$, respectively. That of AZO/Au/AZO was $8.6{\Omega}/cm^2$, which was better than the single-layer ITO.

Design and Fabrication of a LTCC Diplexer for GSM/CDMA Applications (GSM/CDMA 대역용 LTCC Diplexer설계 및 제작)

  • In this paper, a diplexer circuit to separate GSM from CDMA band is designed using a LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic) multi-layer technology. In order to increase a integration capability of the diplexer, it is designed using 3-dimensional (3-D) multi-layer compact inductor and capacitors in e-layer LTCC substrate with a relative dielectric constant of 7. In order to achieve high selectivity of the bands, a shunt capacitor and inductor are designed in the high-pass filter (HPF) and low-pass filter (LPF), respectively. The size of the fabricated diplexer including CPW pads is 3,450 ${\times}$4,000 ${\times}$694 ${\mu}m^3$An insertion loss (IL) and return loss in GSM band are less than -1.35dB and more than -5.66dB,respectively. In the case of CDMA band, the IL of -1.54dBandRLof above -9.30dBare archived.

PDA-based Text Extraction System using Client/Server Architecture (Client/Server구조를 이용한 PDA기반의 문자 추출 시스템)

  • Recently, a lot of researches about mobile vision using Personal Digital Assistant(PDA) has been attempted. Many CPUs for PDA are integer CPUs, which have no floating-computation component. It results in slow computation of the algorithms peformed by vision system or image processing, which have much floating-computation. In this paper, in order to resolve this weakness, we propose the Client(PDA)/server(PC) architecture which is connected to each other with a wireless LAN, and we construct the system with pipelining processing using two CPUs of the Client(PDA) and the Server(PC) in image sequence. The Client(PDA) extracts tentative text regions using Edge Density(ED). The Server(PC) uses both the Multi-1.aver Perceptron(MLP)-based texture classifier and Connected Component(CC)-based filtering for a definite text extraction based on the Client(PDA)'s tentativel99-y extracted results. The proposed method leads to not only efficient text extraction by using both the MLP and the CC, but also fast running time using Client(PDA)/server(PC) architecture with the pipelining processing.
