  • 인구의 고령화로 인한 노인여가복지시설에서 실질적인 생활거점과 복지시설로 역할이 변화하면서 경로당의 이용자가 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나, 다중의 고령층이 장시간 이용하는 시설임에도 불구하고 경로당에서 발생하고 있는 재난 및 안전사고에 관한 기초적인 정보 수집이 전무한 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 중 경로당을 중심으로 현장을 직접 방문하여 관련자 인터뷰와 통계자료를 분석하여 재난 및 안전사고 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 현재 경로당에서 운영하는 프로그램을 조사하고, 노인의 건강하고 안전한 여가생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 될 수 있도록 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구결과가 신(新) 노년 세대를 위한 노인여가복지정책 연구에 기초자료로 활용되길 기대해본다.

Alternative Evaluation Model for Tower Crane Operation Plan in Modular Construction - Focusing on Modular Unit Installation and Finishing works - (모듈러 건축 타워크레인 운용 계획의 대안 평가 모델 - 유닛 설치 및 마감공사를 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, modular construction method has been widely applied to projects with repetitive processes including dormitory, the residential facility, and the hotel construction due to reduced labor input and shortened construction schedule. Generally, about 40% of total on-site construction cost excluding unit installation cost, is put on exterior finishing work, and thus management of finishing work is deemed important in maintaining the targeted schedule and cost. Since limited equipment is shared so that subsequent activities are not affected while carrying out on-site installation and finishing work, lifting plan becomes more important for modular projects with greater portion of finishing work load. In this regard, tower crane operation plan may take the form of a single cycle or multiple cycles in which equipment efficiency can be affected. However, difficulties exist in evaluating alternatives to tower crane operation plans supporting unit installation and finishing work. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the alternative of tower crane operation method according to the cyclic period setting in modular building site to determine the effect on T/C uptime and process by parameterizing lifting time for unit and exterior finishing material, lift cycle for unit and exterior finishing material and time required for finishing work. Accordingly, this study develops a simulation model that can increase the tower crane efficiency by controlling the work speed. An academic contribution of this study is to suggest a resource leveling method applying the concept of lifting cycle, and further is expected to be managerially used as a basis for an alternative evaluation of equipment plan.

Optimization of Multiple Tower Cranes and Material Stockyards Layout (다중 양중장비와 자재 야적 위치의 최적 결정을 위한 모델 개발)

  • This study aims to provide an optimal model for the layout of multiple tower cranes and material stockyards which have multiple candidate positions. In a high-rise building construction, the positional allocation of tower cranes and material stockyard has an effect on the travel time of material hauling. In addition, in case of using multiple tower cranes, specific location of a tower crane allocated to each material determines the efficiency of the works. Current optimal model limited to the optimization of position of single tower crane and material stockyards. This study suggests optimal model both for the positions of multiple tower cranes and material stockyards. Layout of multiple tower cranes requires additional allocation of each crane to each material hauling and control on the minimum distance between tower cranes. This optimization model utilizes genetic algorithm to deal with complex interaction on the candidate positions of multiple tower cranes, material stockyards, and types of materials. In order to identify its utility, case study was performed.

  • Smart factory is a future factory that collects, analyzes, and monitors various data in real time by attaching sensors to equipment in the factory. In a smart factory, it is very important to inquire and generate the status and history of equipment in real time, and the emergence of various smart devices enables this to be performed more efficiently. This paper proposes a multi device-based system that can create, search, and delete equipment status and history in real time. The proposed system uses the Android system and the smart glass system at the same time in consideration of the special environment of the factory. The smart glass system uses a QR code for equipment recognition and provides a more efficient work environment by using a voice recognition function. We designed a system structure for real time equipment monitoring based on multi devices, and we show practicality by implementing and Android system, a smart glass system, and a web application server.

  • The main objective of this research to develop an IoT based wireless contactless ultrasonic system (ICUS) and its application to concrete structure. The developed system consists of 16 mems, 2Mhz digitizer, amplifying circuit, FPGA, and wifi module, enabling to measure leaky surface waves from concrete specimens without physical coupling process and wires. Multi-channel analysis is performed to improve the accuracy of data analysis, and the velocity of leaky surface waves and acoustics are derived. Field inspection of railroad concrete sleepers is conducted to evaluate the performance of the system and to compare the results with conventional ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV). As a result of the field inspection, UPV was limited to evaluate damages. This is because crack pattern of railroad sleepers is parallel to ultrasonic ray path and accessibility of the railroad at the field is disadvantageous to contact-based UPV. On the other hand, ICUS possibly detect the damages as reduction of dynamic modulus by up to 59% compared to non-damaged specimen.

  • This paper proposed a design of intelligent supervisory control systems for maintenance of highway traffic information equiprrent and processing algorithm of equiprrent fault data. The fault data of highway traffic equipment are transmitted from rerrnte supervisory controller to central supervisory system by real time, the transmitted fault data are anaIyzed the characteristic using evaluation algorithm of fault data in central supervisory system. The evaluation algorithm includes a neural network and fault knowlOOge-base for processing the multi-generated fault data. For validating the evaluation algorithm of intelligent supervisory control systems, the rrethod of analysis used to the five pattern of binary signal by transmitted real time and the opTclting user-interface constructed in central supervisory system.

  • In the study, there has been a sharp upward trend in road maintenance cost as the expansion of road networks increases. Running a pavement management system(PMS) is indispensable for efficient and scientific maintenance of the whole road networks with limited maintenance budgets. With a PMS, a maintenance plan should be drawn up after surface conditions are precisely examined and analyzed. The majority of the present PMSs are run by the fact that experts first examine surface conditions on sites, and then enter results into systems. However, considering the actual circumstances of the present time and the increase in paved road hereafter, it is inefficient that experts examine the whole paved roads in person and long-lasting PMSs can not be kept up. As a result, after analyzing the accuracy of 3-D coordinates representing road surfaces that was decided using multi orientation and digital photogrammetry, the average of standard errors turned out to be 0.0427m on the X-axis, 0.0527m on the Y-axis and 0.1539m on the Z-axis. It was found to be good enough to be put to practical use for maps drawn on scales below 1 :1000, which are being currently made and used within the country, and GIS data.

  • Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.

  • 남양호는 농업용수 공급을 위해 건설된 하구 담수호로 과도한 영양물질 축적으로 인해 매년 여름 녹조류가 번성한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조류발생 특성을 분석하고자 식물성 플랑크톤 및 관련 분해 산물에 의해 고유 광학특성을 가지고 있는 Chlorophyll-a(Chl-a)의 추정을 통한 녹조 발생을 파악하고자 Sentinel-2 Multi Spectral Image(MSI)의 원격 반사율 광학 스펙트럼을 사용하였다. Chl-a 추정알고리즘 개발을 위하여 Sentinel-2 A, B의 교차 방문주기인 5일 간격에 맞추어 현장수질자료(2022년: 27회 2023년: 27회)를 측정하였다. Chl-a 농도는 EXO-YSI를이용하여 측정하였으며 해당기간동안 9.4 ~ 127.1 mg/L의 범위를 보였으며, Sentine-2 자료는 A, B자료에서 B1(443 nm) ~ B8A(865 nm)파장의 값을 기상조건(구름, 안개, 강수)을 고려하여 현장수질측정 위치에서 반사도를 추출하였다. 입력자료는 대기 및 방사영향을 고려해 반사도 간의 비율자료와 선행연구에서 활용된 반사도를 활용하였으며 알고리즘은 다중선형회귀분석(Multi Linear Regression Model)과 Random Forest를 활용하였다. MLR의 경우 결정계수(R2)가 학습 및 검증에서 각각 0.68, 0.59의 성능을 보였으며, RF의 경우 각각 0.94, 0.85의 성능을 보였다. 해당알고리즘으로 생성된 Chl-a 시공간농도 자료는 담수호내 조류발생 특성을 분석하고 효율적 조류관리 및 대처에 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

  • 셀룰러 오토마타(Cellular Automata; CA)는 격자(cell)에 대해 사전 정의된 규칙을 바탕으로 이웃 격자 간 상호작용을 해석하여 복잡한 동력학적 현상을 효과적으로 재현할 수 있는 이산형(discrete) 모의 기법이다. CA 기법은 격자 구조에 수치표고 자료 및 토양수분 정보 등을 직접 매칭 후 상호관계를 해석하기 때문에 공간정보를 최대한 활용하여 불균질성을 나타내는 것이 가능하다. 따라서, 도시 유출해석에 있어서 높은 정확도와 빠른 계산속도를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CA 기반 고해상도 물순환·침수 연계 해석 framework 개발 방향 및 CA 기반 prototype 모형의 사면유출 적용 사례를 소개한다. 개발 중인 CA 모형에서는 격자별 침수 깊이, 침투, 토양수분 저류, 지표 유출 등의 물순환 요소를 모의할 수 있다. 기존의 집중형(lumped) 모형은 지표-지표하 유출에 대한 routing algorithm이 없고 각 셀의 물수지 모형 내 파라미터가 많은 단점이 있다. 따라서 개발 중인 CA 모형에서는 cell state 내 fast reservoir와 slow reservoir를 통해 지표-지표하 상태를 구현하고 단순화된 물수지 모형 및 흐름 방향 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 실제 현장에서 발생하는 다중 피크 형태의 지표 유출을 모사한다. 최적의 지표수 흐름 방향 알고리즘 선정을 위해 3개의 다중 흐름 방향 알고리즘(D4, D8, 4+4N)을 정량적으로 비교·분석한다. 이번 발표에서는 CA 모형을 소규모 산지 사면과 도심지 등 다양한 규모의 테스트베드에 적용하여 모형의 장단점을 평가한다.
