This study aims to detect and to reduce the multipath errors which are main errors source in high precious surveying such as GPS-aided aerial triangulation and Car Navigation. which reference receivers being fixed, when kinematic receivers move continuously, multipath is performed using smoothed code measurement and pure code measurement in the network. Through this methods, 3D RMS errors are reduced into about 30% in the single differential code solution to the kinematic receiver. This is based on the fact that the network adjustment are performed at multiple reference receivers, but positioning is carried out by the single differential methods between a reference receiver and a kinematic receiver. So it was supposed that this methods reduced the correlation errors including the atmospheric errors using the nearest receivers and can be mixed with another methods.

Bacterial diseases in soybean are bacterial pustule by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. glycines, wildfire by Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci, bacterial blight by Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. glycines and bacterial brown spot by Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae in Korea. It is difficult to identify each disease by early symptoms in fields, because the initial symptoms of these diseases are very similar to each other. In this study, we developed multiplex PCR detection method for rapid and accurate diagnosis of bacterial diseases. The glycinecin A of X. axonopodis pv. glycines, the tabtoxin of P. syringae pv. tabaci, the coronatine of P. savastanoi pv. glycines and the syringopeptin of P. syringae pv. syringae have been reported previously. These bacteriocin or phytotoxin producing genes were targeted to design the specific diagnostic primers. The primer pairs for diagnosis of each bacterial diseases were selected without nonspecific reactions. The studies on simultaneous diagnosis method were also conducted with primarily selected 21 primers. As a result, we selected PCR primer sets for multiplex PCR. Sizes of the amplified PCR products using the multiplex PCR primer set consist of 280, 355, 563 and 815 bp, respectively. This multiplex PCR method provides a efficient, sensitive and rapid tool for the diagnosis of the bacterial diseases in soybean.
Block based fast motion estimation algorithm use the fixed search pattern to reduce the search point, and are based on the assumption that the error in the mean absolute error space monotonically decreases to the global minimum. Therefore, in case of many local minima in a search region we are likely to find local minima instead of the global minimum and highly rely on the initial search points. This situation is evident in the motion boundary. In this paper we define the candidate regions within the search region using the motion information of the neighbor blocks and we propose the multiple local search method (MLSM) which search for the solution throughout the candidate regions to reduce the possibilities of isolation to the local minima. In the MLSM we mark the candidate region in the search point map and we avoid to search the candidate regions already visited to reduce the calculation. In the simulation results the proposed method shows more excellent results than that of other gradient based method especially in the search of motion boundary. Especially, in PSNR the proposed method obtains similar estimate accuracy with the significant reduction of search points to that of full search.
As the current security monitoring system is operated as a passive system only for response after an attacker's attack, it is common to respond to intrusion incidents after an attack occurs. In particular, when new assets are added and actual services are performed, there is a limit to vulnerability testing and pre-defense from the point of view of an actual hacker. In this paper, a new security monitoring model has been proposed that uses multiple hacking-related search engines to add proactive vulnerability response functions of protected assets. In other words, using multiple search engines with general purpose or special purpose, special vulnerabilities of the assets to be protected are checked in advance, and the vulnerabilities of the assets that have appeared as a result of the check are removed in advance. In addition, the function of pre-checking the objective attack vulnerabilities of the protected assets recognized from the point of view of the actual hacker, and the function of discovering and removing a wide range of system-related vulnerabilities located in the IP band in advance were additionally presented.

Controlling rotorcraft to fly precisely through multiple, irregularly, and closely spaced waypoints is a common and practical mission. However, finding an optimal trajectory for this kind of mission is quite challenging. Usability of traditional approaches such as inverse control or direct methods to this kind of problem is limited because of either limitation on the specification of the constraints or requirement of extensive computation time. This paper proposes a method that can easily compute the full trajectory and control history for rotorcraft to pass through waypoints while satisfying other general constraints of states such as velocities and attitudes on each waypoint. The proposed method is applied to rotorcraft guidance problems of slalom and linear trajectory in the middle of general curved trajectory. The algorithm is test for various situations and demonstrates its usability.

Robust principal components regression is suggested to deal with both the multicollinearity and outlier problem. A main aspect of the robust principal components regression is the selection of an optimal set of principal components. Instead of the eigenvalue of the sample covariance matrix, a selection criterion is developed based on the condition index of the minimum volume ellipsoid estimator which is highly robust against leverage points. In addition, the least trimmed squares estimation is employed to cope with regression outliers. Monte Carlo simulation results indicate that the proposed criterion is superior to existing ones.

Several non-response imputation methods are suggested, however, mainly cross-sectional imputations are studied and applied to this analysis. A simple and common imputation method for panel data is the cross-wave regression imputation or carry-over imputation as a special case of cross-wave regression imputation. This study suggests a multiple imputation method combined time series analysis and cross-sectional multiple imputation method. We compare this method and the cross-wave regression imputation method using MSE, MAE, and Bias. The 2008 monthly labor survey data is used for this study.
