The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of beauty healthcare behaviors of middle-aged women on physical esteem and psychological well-being. The subjects of this study were middle-aged women in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, and surveyed for 6 weeks starting from October 26, 2020, and 334 words were used for analysis. The analysis method used the SPSS 26.0 program to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis. To find out the correlation between beauty healthcare, physical esteem, and psychological well-being for middle-aged women, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis were performed. the statistical significance level was set to p<.05. It was confirmed that beauty healthcare behavior had a statistically significant effect on physical esteem and psychological well-being.

This study aimed to identify the influence of soccer star's human brand on attitude and attachment to the club, providing the importance and implications of brand management of star players in the club. Therefore, a non-face-to-face mobile survey was conducted from January 14 to March 5, 2021, and a total of 348 copies of data were used for the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver.21.0) program to conduct frequency analysis, internal consistency and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the human brand of a soccer star has been shown to influence the attitude of the club in the order of ethicality, attractiveness, and differentiation. Second, the human brand of a soccer star has been shown to influence the attachment of the club in the order of ethicality, attractiveness, and differentiation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of grit and social on college life adjustment of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 196 nursing students and data collection was from July 1 to August 13, 2020. Data was analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis. There was a positive correlation between college life adaptation and grit(r=.328, p<.001), social support(r=.334, p<.001). Grade, grit and social support were found to be factors influencing college life adaptation of nursing students. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop some programs that include positive factors such as grit and social support for nursing students' adaptation to college life.

This study attempted to provide basic data on efficient competition operation plans by identifying how the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition affects value and participation intention. Therefore, among those who are aware of the FK CUP competition organized by the Korea Futsal League, those who have participated in the futsal competition were selected as samples. The survey was conducted face-to-face and non-face-to-face from April 1 to June 17, 2022, and a total of 299 data were used for the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver.21.0) program to conduct frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition has been shown to influence the value in the order of organization, human and symbol. Second, the value has been shown to influence the participation intention. Third, the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition has been shown to influence the participation intention in the order of organization, human.

This study attempted to provide basic data on the operation plan by investigating how the servicescape of domestic water sports facilities affects customer satisfaction and participation behavior. Therefore, participants in their 20s or older were selected as samples among those who experienced water sports facilities. The survey was conducted non-face-to-face from April 25 to July 15, 2022, and a total of 243 copies of data were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, item consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects the value in the order of convenience, empathy, and facility environment. Second, it was found that customer satisfaction at water sports facilities had an effect on participation behavior. Third, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects participation behavior in the order of facility environment, service, convenience, and empathy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of attachment relationship with parents of college students majoring in beauty and to study how it affects their adaptation to college life. For college students majoring in beauty, a total of 223 copies were empirically analyzed as the final sample. SPSS ver. 21.0 program was used for analysis, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results First, as a result of analyzing the effect of parental attachment on the emotional instability of college life adjustment, it was found that avoidant attachment had a statistically significant effect. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of parental attachment on the negative relationship of adaptation to college life, it was found that avoidant attachment had a statistically significant effect. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of parental attachment on the positive relationship of college life adjustment, it was found that trusting attachment and avoidant attachment had statistically significant effects. Through this study, it is hoped that discussions on parental attachment and college life adaptation of beauty major college students will be actively conducted.

This study is a descriptive research study conducted to identify evaluative concerns perfectionism, entrapment and depression in university nursing students, and to identify the factors influencing depression. The subjects of the research were students enrolled in two major departments in G city. Statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and band regression analysis were used for data analysis. Research results indicated that the factors influencing depression to university nursing students were external constraints (β=.414, p<.001) and socially imposed perfectionism (β=.174, p<.001), and these explained 24.9% of the subject's degree of depression. In particular, it was found that external Entrapment had the greatest effect by 22.7%. Therefore, based on the results of this research analysis, it is recommended to develop and manage various extracurricular programs that can reduce the external entrapment and socially imposed perfectionism so that depression can be managed, reduced and prevented depression of university nursing students at an early stage.

This study is a descriptive research study to identify work stress, resilience, nursing performance and influencing factors so that nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals can flexibly cope with rapidly changing medical environments. The subjects of the study were 219 nurses working at four small and medium-sized hospitals located in S region, and the survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. There was a negative correlation between work stress and nursing performance in small and medium-sized hospital nurses (r=-0.150, p<.05), and a positive correlation between work stress and resilience (r=0.160, p<.05). Nursing performance showed a positive correlation with resilience (r=0.351, p<.01). The variable affecting nursing performance was resilience (𝛽=.231, p<.01), and its explanatory power was 17.4% (Adj.R2=0.174, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve the nursing performance of nurses, it is necessary to increase resilience.

The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the consumption value on attitude and purchase behavior in order to provide basic data for golf wear brand strategies. Therefore, among the Korean people, those who had purchased golf wear were selected as samples, and 496 copies of data were introduced into the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and internal consistency were conducted. In addition, correlation analysis and simple and multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify research problems, and all data processing used the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. As a result of verifying research problems, first, it was found that the consumption value of golf wear brands had a significant effect on attitudes in the order of pleasure, aesthetics, and symbolism. Second, it was found that the attitude of golf wear brands had a significant effect on purchase behavior. Third, it was found that the consumption value of golf wear brands had a significant effect on purchase behavior in the order of pleasure, aesthetics, and symbolism.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between gender sensitivity, sexual assertiveness, and dating violence among nursing students and to identify factors that effect dating violence. The 366 nursing students who were the subject of the study were satisfied, and the collected data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. The research results show a significant positive relationship between gender sensitivity and sexual assertiveness (r=,172, p<.001), and a significant negative relationship between gender sensitivity and dating violence (r=-.105, p<.005), and a significant negative relationship was also found between sexual assertiveness and dating violence (r=-.024, p<0.05). The influencing factors for dating violence were age (𝛽=.184) and grade (𝛽=.145), and the explanatory power for dating violence was found to be 7.1%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a program to prevent dating violence among nursing students.
