  • In order to align the shaft, the dialgauge method has used as a means of solution until now. The method using a dialgauge require a great deal of labour and money due to making by hand, the accurate alignmentis not up to the expectation. For aligning the shaft, all the rotor must come to accord. It means that the moment of the point of coupling must keep being "Zero". The ideal measurement method as to material on the zero is used by straingauge which can gauge the moment at any point of the shaft. Also, the dialgauge method cannot be compared with straingauge measurement method, form the viewpoint, which can gauge in short time.hort time.

  • 플레저보트의 고강도 및 경량화 추세에 따라 복합재료 등 관련 소재의 경량화가 요구되었고, 이에 부응하여 관련 신소재 개발과 진공성형 신건조공법 등이 출현하였으며, 이러한 신공법을 이용한 선박건조가 증가하고 있는 실정에 따라 선박의 구조강도 평가가 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 또한 선박의 안전성 확보와 고객의 편리 도모를 위한 플레저보트 구조강도 확인을 위한 시험방법 등도 다양화할 필요가 있다. 따라서 진공적층 및 수적층 성형방법으로 건조한 플레저보트를 대상으로 선체구조 강도 시험 결과를 비교 분석하여 우리 실정에 적합하고 플레저보트의 안정성 평가를 위한 선체구조 강도 시험 기준안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper describes the evaluation of structural performance test and finite element analysis to verify the design of Bimodal Tram made of sandwich composites. The sandwich composite applied to vehicle structure was composed of a aluminum honeycomb core and WR580/NF4000 glass fabric/epoxy laminate composite facesheet. The load tests of vehicle structure were conducted for vertical load, compressive load, torsion and modal analysis according to JlS E 7105. The structural Integrity of vehicle was evaluated by the measurement of displacement, stress and natural frequency obtained from dial gauge, strain gauge and gravity sensor, respectively. And finite element analysis using ANSYS v11.0 was done to compare with structural test. The results showed that the displacement, stress and natural frequency were in an good agreement with those of structural analysis using the proposed finite element models.

  • 전자 오락실에서 고전 게임 팩맨을 접하지 않은 사람이 없을 정도이다. 본 논문에서는 키보드나 마우스를 이용하여 게임을 수행하지 않고 간단한 손동작만으로 게임을 진행 할 수 있도록 한다. 손 좌표의 중심점을 활용하여 상하좌우 방향키를 대신할 수 있도록 한 모션을 이용한 조이스틱 게임인 것이다. 그리고 웹 카메라를 이용하여 MFC 다이얼로그에 영상을 받아 손에 대한 포인터를 추출하여 손의 움직임에 따라 몬스터의 움직임도 바뀌도록 한다. 손의 피부색상을 추출하기 위해 스무딩, 팽창, 그리고 침식 연산을 수행하도록 하며 손의 RGB 영상을 YCbCbr영상으로 변환하여 전체 게임을 진행한다.

  • 국립현대미술관은 김중업건축박물관과 공동주최로 건축사 김중업을 조명하는 '김중업 다이얼로그'전을 8월 30일부터 12월 16일까지 국립현대미술관 과천 중앙홀과 2전시실에서 열고 있다. 그가 설계한 30여 년간의 건축물과 관련된 사진과 자료 3000여 점이 전시중이다. 전시는 학예연구사의 안목과 해석작업이 중요하다. 역사와 문화라는 재료를 요리하는 학예연구사의 안목에 따라 그 가치가 빛나거나 그 반대일 수 있는데, 이런 이유로 학예연구사는 전시기획에 대한 권한을 갖고 역사해석, 전시방법 선택 등을 하게 된다. 정다영 학예연구사는 2011년부터 국립현대미술관의 건축부문 학예연구사로 일해 왔다. 올해 베네치아 건축 비엔날레 한국관 공동 큐레이터로 참여해 '스테이트 아방가르드의 유령'전을 기획했으며, 이번 '김중업 다이얼로그'전도 그의 작품이다. 월간 '공간'에서 약 6년간 기자생활을 하고, 학예연구사의 길을 걷고 있는 그녀는 전시라는 매체를 통해 건축의 영역과 담론을 확장 증폭시켜 관계를 맺고 퍼트리는 어쩌면 당대 건축계에 가장 필요한 일을 해주고 있다.

The Study on Elongation and Torque Measurement in Large Bolt by using Ultrasonic Technology (초음파를 이용한 대형볼트 신장량 및 체결력 측정연구)

  • This study on the bolt elongation and torque measuring method by ultrasonic nod-destructive method. In the past, The dial gage was used for the elongation measurement of gas turbine bolts. The purpose of this study is to improve the traditional bolt elongation measurement method. The old method using dial gage measures the elongation of the gas turbine bolt. If the length differences among the loading bolts are within the required range, The loading torques of bolts consider as acceptable. But this method can not give the information about torque differences among the loading bolts. It could bring out vibration of turbine due to loading torque differences among the bolts. So the elongation and torque must be measured simultaneously. The new technology using ultrasonic non-destructive method can give the information about bolt elongation and torque. The ultrasonic method basically measures the speed in the bolt material for the calculation the bolt elongation. But the ultrasonic speed varies according to temperature and loading torque of bolts. So the factors of temperature and loading power were investigated and reflected to the calculation of bolt elongation and torque. The results of this study shows the big difference among the bolts torque in the old method and the torque differences among the bolts can be adjusted by reflecting the result of this study. And this torque adjusting method can decrease gas turbine vibration problem due to torque difference among the bolts. So this paper shows ultrasonic method is better than old method for the measurement of bolt elongation and torque.

  • Classic game Pac-Man (Pacman) is playing a game using a somple hand gasture without using a keyboard or a mouse. In other words, it is a joystick game by motion to replace the arrow keys using the center coordinates of the hand. In addition, the pointer of hand is extracted by accepting images to MFC dialog using cam. Thus, movements of the monsters is to be replaced by hand movements. In this paper, smoothing, expansion, and erosion operation for the skin color extraction, and RGB images are converted to YCbCbr images.

  • Pacman is known as the terminator of the loved classic game in the world. In this paper, classic pacman game without using a keyboard or a mouse we should be able to play the game with simple hand gestures. In other words, It use motion game to be a substitute for the hand direction key using the center coordinates. Also, movements of the monster is to be replaced depending on your hand movements by extracting a pointer of hand taking pictures in the MFC dialog using Cam. In this paper, YCbCbr image is convert to RGB images to extract skin color, and multiplication operations and hybrid median filtering was used in order to obtain better images. And it is used to obtain movement of the hand area based on obtain the center of gravity of the hand region.

  • This paper is an experimental result of performing the prototype of anchor tests in field to investigate the ultimate uplifting capacity of permanent anchor embedded in weathered rock. For prototype of actual anchor test in situ, four grouted anchors having various anchor lengths were installed in field and their ultimate uplift capacities were obtained by analyzing test results of load-displacement curves obtained from field uplift tests. On the other hand, creep tests, applying pull-out loading at the stage of the maximum loading during 15 minutes, were performed to investigate ultimate resisting capacity of anchor so that the values of creep rate at the ultimate loading conditions were evaluated. Dial gauges were installed on the surface of ground to measure the vertical displacement distribution from the anchor so that the failure mechanism of permanent anchor embedded in weathered rock and failure boundary of ground during application of loading were evaluated.

Drying Shrinkage Evaluation of Concretes with Various Volume-Surface Ratios, Aggregate Types and Concrete Pavement Mixes (시험체 형상비와 골재종류 및 배합특성에 따른 건조수축 특성평가)

  • This study was performed to analyze test results on drying shrinkage for concrete specimens mixed with various constituents in concrete mixes. Test variables are coarse aggregate types(Limestone, Sandstone, Granite, Andesite, Gneiss), fine aggregate types(natural sand, crushed sand) and cement amounts(normal strength, high strength). Epoxy coating of(U&V-H(A,B)) was applied onto the specimen surface to simulate diverse volume surface ratios(22.2, 40, 85.7, 150, 200, 300) with different specimen sizes. The experiments had been executed during 1,014 days at a condition of $20^{\circ}C$ and relative humidity of 60% in environmental chambers. Test results showed that shrinkage strain from the specimen equivalent to real pavement decreased to 39% compared to the standard specimen recommended by KS. Test results also showed that shrinkage strain of the specimen mixed with Limestone was 56~76% of that with Sandstone, thus Limestone mix seems to be suitable to the concrete pavement.
