도시화 과밀화에 따른 수요의 고밀도화가 도시기능의 고도화 및 다양화에 수반하여 전력공급 신뢰도 향상의 필요성은 나날이 고조되고 있다. 도시기능의 고도화가 진전되면 도심지에 있어서 정전사고라든가 설비재해에 의한 사고시 도시기능이 마비되어 그 영향은 큰 사회문제로 발전하기 때문에 정전시간의 단축과 정전구간의 최소화, 사고파급방지가 중요한 문제로 대두되는데, 도시의 과밀화와 수용의 고밀도화는 그 어느것이나 사고파급방지, 정전시간의 단축을 위한 대책을 더욱 어렵게 만드는 요소이다. 더욱이 근년의 POWER, ELECTRONICS기술의 급속한 진보에 의해 가전제품, 각종 OA기기로부터 산업용 기기에 이르기까지 반도체 응용기기의 보급이 확산되어 있다. 이러한 기기의 일부는 특성상 계통사고의 인지에서 재폐로까지의 극히 짧은 시간동안의 순시 전압강하에서도 그 기능이 정지되는 일이 있기 때문에 양질의 전력공급은 고도 정보화 사회의 진전, 도시기능의 고도화를 지탱하는 중요한 사회적 기반으로 앞으로도 그 중요성은 더욱 고조될 것으로 사료된다. 한국전력에서는 이러한 고객의 요구조건을 만족시키고, NEEDS의 다양화에 적극 대응하고 기업경영에 효율성을 제고하는 대책으로 국산 배전자동화 시스템을 순수 국내기술로 개발하여 실증시험을 거쳐 실계통 운전에 들어가게 되었다.

인터넷 사용자가 증가하면서 직접 대면의 거래 형태가 아닌 새로운 온라인 거래가 등장하면서 물품 거래의 모습이 다양화 되었다. 다양한 전자거래의 형태 중 기업과 고객사이의 물품 거래 쇼핑몰을 통한 구매는 꾸준한 증가를 보이고 있다. 이러한 온라인 쇼핑몰은 웹을 통한 거래이므로 웹 시스템과 상거래가 접목된 것으로 웹 사이트보다 더 다양한 컨텐츠와 관련요소들로 구성되어 있다. 통신, 비즈니스, 서비스, 온라인 적인 다양한 요소들의 혼합인 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 테스트 방법은 여러 가지가 있을 수 있다 그러나 본 논문은 온라인 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요소 중 웹 어플리케이션 테스트, 요구분석 그리고 시나리오를 통한 쇼핑몰 구축 시 고려해야 할 테스트를 제시한다.

Considering the present development situation of domestic apartment complexes, the environment and its landscape is monotonous and dull, so the diversity is very important socially and visually. The ground floor dwellings can influence the richness and diversity of ground landscape in the apartment housing. Because they are set on the ground and directly contact with people's sight line. In this context, this study aims to identify the elements of design diversity in the ground floor dwellings, to analysis the architectural characteristics of them and to propose the improvement of diversity.

최근 기업의 정보기술에 대한 중요성이 부각되면서 통신업체를 비롯하여 다양한 업종에서 데이터웨어하우징 기법과 연계한 통합 정보 시스템을 이미 구축하였거나 서둘러 구축하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교환기에서 출력하고 있는 원시트래픽데이터를 기반으로 전화망 트래픽정보 데이터웨어하우스(Data Warehouse, 이하 DW)를 구축할 경우, 이를 통해 보다 다양한 서비스 품질 분석이 가능함을 보이고자 한다. 지금까지 트래픽 데이터는 최번시의 데이터만을 대상으로 단편적인 분석만 수행해왔는데, DW 구축을 통해 이를 전 시간대 데이터로 그 대상 범위로 확장하고, 분석 항목도 보다 다양화 가능하며, 또 기존의 정형화된 질의 형식이 나니라, 비정형화된 질의를 수행할 수 있다. DW 구축시 전화망에서 측정 가능한 완료율을 포함한 폭주율, 화중율, 오번호율 등 품질요소들에 대하여 보다 세분화하여 심층 분석가능하고, 시간차원, 지역차원을 기준으로 다각적으로 분석가능하다. 뿐만 아니라, DW 구축에서는 다차원 모델링을 적용하기 때문에 어느 계층의 사용자 요구사항이라도 신속하게 원하는 정보에 접근하도록 지원할 수 있다.

향후 21세기 정보사회의 구체적인 실현과 국가 경쟁력 향상의 중심적 역할을 지닌 정보통신은, 관련 기술의 통합화와 서비스의 고도화 및 다양화에 따라 정보통신 관련 제품들간의 상호운용성 확보 측면에서 표준화의 필요성이 날로 강조되어 가고 있다. 그러한 정보통신기술 발전을 위한 기반 요소로서의 표준화는 다음과 같이 두 개의 큰 맥락, ITU(국제전기통신연합)와 ISO/IEC JTC1(ISO/IEC 합동기술위원회 1)을 중심으로 국제적 표준화 추진체계를 이루고 있지만, 최근 기술의 통화화에 추세에 따라 상호 보완 및 협력을 바탕으로 공생하고 있다고 보아야 할 것이다. 여기에서는 그중 ISO/IEC JTC1의 위원회 소개와 함께 지난 1월에 열린 제13차 브라질 총회결과를 간단히 기술하고자 한다.

Arguably many studies point out that regional innovation capabilities are accepted as a major source of growth for the sustainable regional economy. Recently, a smart specialisation strategy that should reflect regional characteristics in the policy implementation process of the regional innovation system has been proposed, but empirical studies have only presented limited results. This study attempts to overcome limitations by approaching smart specialisation as a supplementary strategy for existing regional innovation research. To this end, smart specialisation was not an alternative strategy for the regional innovation system, but rather the institutional elements of regional innovation capabilities, and the relationship between regional innovation capabilities and the local economy was analyzed to identify the impact of smart specialisation on the local economy. A study was conducted through a panel model consisting of 16 cities and provinces in Korea and 10 years from 2009-2018, and the FGLS model was finally used through the process of searching for an appropriate panel model. As a result of the study, smart specialisation consisting of industry related variety and non-related variety had a positive effect on the local economy. In addition, other regional innovation capabilities measured by dividing them into base and facilitating factors also had a positive effect on the local economy, reaffirming the results of positive research between existing regional innovation and the local economy. This study is meaningful in that smart specialisation lacking in domestic research was viewed as an institutional element of regional innovation capabilities, and it was measured through regional industry-related variety and non-related variety.

In this paper we proposed a gamification methodology for Korean language education. We suggested gamification elements that increased the fun factor and induced immersion by analyzing the successful gamification cases which can be classified into three types; management, Implementation, and self-expression. Then, we analyzed Korean learning theory and methods to extract four key aspects, listening, speaking, vocabulary and culture from eight Korean learning function. Finally, by using Korean Wave contents, we proposed a Korean learning gamification methodology based on the gamification elements and the extracted four key aspects.

As the increasing use of the cloud computing, virtualization technology have been combined and applied a variety of requirements. Cloud computing has the advantage that the support computing resource by a flexible and scalable to users as they want and it utilized in a variety of distributed computing. To do this, it is especially important to ensure the stability of the cloud computing. In this paper, we analyzed a variety of component measurement using open-source tools for ensuring the performance of the system on the education system to build cloud testbed environment. And we extract the performance that may affect the virtualization environment from processor, memory, cache, network, etc on each of the host machine(Host Machine) and a virtual machine (Virtual Machine). Using this result, we can clearly grasp the state of the system and also it is possible to quickly diagnose the problem. Furthermore, the cloud computing can be guaranteed the SLA(Service Level Agreement).

Recently, research and development of quantum computers, which exceed the limits of classical computers, have been actively carried out in various fields. Quantum computers, which use quantum mechanics principles in a way different from the electrical signal processing of classical computers, have various quantum mechanical phenomena such as quantum superposition and quantum entanglement. It goes through a very complicated calculation process compared to the calculation of a classical computer for performing an operation using its characteristics. In order to utilize each element efficiently and accurately, it is necessary to visualize the data before driving the actual quantum computer and perform error verification, optimization, reliability, and verification. However, when visualizing all the data of various elements configured inside the quantum computer, it is difficult to intuitively grasp the necessary data, so it is necessary to visualize the data selectively. In this paper, we visualize the data of various elements that make up a quantum computer, and hierarchically visualize the internal circuit components of a quantum computer that are complicatedly configured so that the data can be observed and utilized intuitively.

우리나라는 경제 사회의 발전에 따라 에너지다소비 형태의 사회로 변모해가고 있으며 업무용건축물과 산업시설에서도 그 기능이 점차 다양화, 고도화, 고기능화해 짐에 따라 전력소비가 매년 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 전력다소비 건축물을 중심으로 전력관리 운용실태를 조사 분석하고 전기설비의 에너지절약 운용을 위한 요소기술과 기법들을 검토하였다.
