에너지관리공단은 우리나라의 에너지이용효율 향상과 기후변화협약 대응을 위한 중추적인 기관으로써 온실가스감축진단사업, 자발적협약제도, 에너지사용계획협의, 고효율에너지기자재 인증제도, 신재생에너지개발 및 보급 등 다양한 에너지 관련 사업을 펼치고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 관련된 다양한 교육과 기술이전, 인재양성과 나아가 국민 계도와 홍보에까지 다방면으로 힘을 쓰고 있다. 이렇게 대한민국 에너지 절약의 중심에 서 있는 에너지관리공단의 조천행 에너지관리본부장을 만났다.

본 논문의 목적은 삼각함수의 학습에 테크놀로지가 기여할 수 있는 방법적인 측면과 인지적인 효과를 명시하는 것이다. 테크놀로지가 삼각함수의 학습에 기여할 수 있는 네 가지 방법론적인 면을 '수학과 학생들의 실제 경험의 연결', '수학적 대상과 수학적 관계의 구체화', '수학의 다양한 표현 체계의 연결', '사고력 중심의 수학교육 추구'의 관점에서 논한다. 이 네 가지 방법론적인 측면 중 '수학적 대상과 수학적관계의 구체화'와 '수학의 다양한 표현 체계의 연결'을 중심으로 삼각함수의 학습법을 예시하면서 이 두 가지 방법이 어떻게 인지적으로 기여하는지를 보여준다.

핀테크는 금융과 ICT기술을 결합한 새로운 형태의 금융서비스를 칭하는 용어로 글로벌 ICT 기업 또는 금융기관이 확보중인 폭넓은 사용자층을 기반으로 송금, 결제, 대출, 자산관리 등 다양한 금융서비스를 결합하여 제공하는 새로운 형태의 금융서비스를 말한다. 국내 핀테크의 경우 모바일 디바이스를 중심으로 한 간편결제 서비스가 핀테크 서비스 산업 중 큰 부분을 차지하고 있으며, 다양한 영역으로 확장하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 관련 정책 또한 2015년 6월 공인인증서 의무 사용 폐지 등 핀테크 산업을 활성화하기 위한 다양한 정책들이 발효되고 있지만, 많은 규제 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 핀테크에 대한 국외 동향으로는 페이팔(Paypal), 알리페이(Alipay), 트랜스퍼와이즈(TransferWise) 등을 통해 알 수 있듯이, 모바일 디바이스만을 중심으로 한 간편결제 외에도 다양한 형태의 금융 결제 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 다양한 형태의 핀테크 산업을 육성하기 위한 정책을 마련하고 있다. 본 고에서는 핀테크의 개념과 발전 배경 등에 대해 설명하고, 국내 외 핀테크 서비스 및 정책 동향에 대하여 분석하고, 마지막으로 국내 핀테크 서비스 발전 방향에 대하여 제안한다.

스마트폰의 보급률이 높아지고 많은 업무가 PC에서 스마트폰으로 옮겨 가면서 개인신상정보, 금융 정보와 같은 중요한 정보들도 함께 옮겨가고 있다. 최근에 이러한 중요한 정보들을 보호하기 위한 스마트폰 보안이 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 스마트폰의 휴대성 덕분에 사용자는 언제, 어디서나 다양한 업무를 수행할 수 있지만, 공격자도 마찬가지로 사용자에게 더욱 접근하기가 쉬워졌으며 스마트폰 사용자는 PC 환경보다 더욱 다양한 취약점에 처하게 되었다. 이러한 다양한 취약점 때문에 스마트폰을 겨냥한 다양한 종류의 공격 방법들이 생겨나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 보안 위협으로써 네트워크, 악성코드, 훔쳐보기 공격 등의 위협이 개인정보 유출이나 금전적 손실과 같은 직접적인 피해로 이루어지기 쉬우므로 해당 위협들에 대해 설명하고, 해당 위협을 완화하거나 회피할 수 있는 사용자 중심적인 최신 기술 동향을 소개한다.

Modern corporations are changing their strategies from 4P-based marketing strategies which have been used for logic-based consumers in the past to perception-based marketing strategies which will be performed for current emotion-based consumers. Therefore, the importance of emotional marketing, which means the integrated strategies approaching consumers by combining logic-based marketing strategies and emotion-based design strategies, has been increased. However, existing researches have not tried to suggest the essence and research scope of design marketing and verify the applicability of each research sectors but only tried to apply some marketing tools in design process. Regarding this, this study suggests that the essence of design marketing has to be defined first then various and systematic academic reviews have been performed on each research sectors of it before design marketing tools are applied in design practices. In addition, this study suggests 3 research categories of design marketing based on traditional marketing. They are first, understanding consumer's decision making precess for design and next, introducing and applying various research tools ant last, applying various strategic tools for strategy-making based on situation understanding. Finally, this study suggests future research directions on 3 research categories mentioned above.

In this paper, the effect of various regression models is investigated on structural optimization using the central composite method. Three bar truss and the upper platform of a satellite are optimized using various regression models that are polynomial, exponential and log functions. Response surface method is non-gradient, semi-global, discrete and fast converging in optimization problem. Sampling points are extracted by the design of experiments using the central composite method. Response surface is generated using the various regression functions. Structural analysis for calculating constraints is executed to find static and dynamic responses. From this study, it is verified that the response surface method has advantage in optimum value and computation time in comparison to other optimization methods.

Map is information media for human life. Recently, innovative map making technology has been developed and most updated various data are provided to map users. In consequence, use of maps is rapidly increasing in various applications. One of the examples is car navigation map because navigation maps provide reliable and necessary information with convenient way. Therefore, maps are to be changed to user-oriented from map making-oriented design. The main goal of spatial data infrastructure is to allow various users to access the real world information easily for decision making. However, most of the digital maps are focused on map making aspect such as providing up-to-date data, acquisition of accurate data with state-of-the-art technology, and addition of layers (For example, ortho-images and DEMs). If map data processing tools are to be provided with the digital maps, users could utilize maps for decision making without professional software or knowledge. Therefore, objective of this paper is to propose scheme of the digital map data processing service with application examples.

For the image processing system to be classified the selected object in the nature, the rotation, scale and transition invariant features is to be necessary. There are many investigations to get the information for the object processing system and the log-polar transform which is to be get the invariant feature for the scale and rotation is used. In this paper, we suggested the 2 points polar coordinate transform methods to measure the selected object position out of the center in input image including the centroid method. In this proposed system, the position results of objects are very good, and we obtained the similarity ratio 99~104% for the object coordinate values.

The purpose of this study is to present implications for effective operation of domestic school-based mental health services by comparing those in Singapore the United States, Australia. Based on reviewing the public data and previous article, researchers conducted a comparative study on the background, history, goal, and managing process of overseas and domestic organizations. The result of comparison in overseas cases suggests that the foundation of school-based mental health project was laid with the national health plan and detailed frame work for implementation. It was also discussed that domestic school-based mental health project is still in introduction stage, while foreign services were delivered efficiently through the leading agency and the cooperation between government ministries and institutions were active. It suggests that cooperation between government ministries, preparation of an effective operating system, and various approaches for students, guardians and teachers are need for domestic school-based mental health project.
