본 논문은 고장포용 시스템에서 고려되는 결함, 오류 및 고장의 개념과 특성을 살펴보고, 고장에 대한 강인성을 부가하기 위한 공간 여분(spatial redundancy) 및 시간 여분(time redundandy)을 바탕으로 다양한 고장포용의 설계 기법을 설명하며, 또한 고장포용 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 다양한 기준중 확률적 접근방식에 바탕을 둔 신뢰도(reliability)와 가용성(availability), 그리고 유지성(maintainability)에 대해 설명한다. 또한, 고장포용기법의 연구용 목적으로 개발되어 일부는 실제 활용되고 있는 대표적인 고장포용 시스템들인 FTMP[3], STAR[4], SIEF[5], C.vmp[6] 등에 대해서 간단히 살펴보도록 하겠다.

This study suggests a conceptualization model of 'cultural inclusiveness' organically connected to social inclusiveness, by expanding the implications of urban inclusiveness to the domain and relationship. Based on the process of necessity of relation, connection of space, and execution of act, the cultural inclusiveness could be connected to the formation of organic/learning relation, the creation of openness focusing on public space, and the practice of diverse subjects. Concretely, the concept of cultural inclusiveness is applied to the case of 'Hongdae-ap'. The recent Hongdae-ap is showing the value of coexistence such as the establishment of environment that could protect the diversity of individual subjects and groups(artists, residents, government officials, students, cultural activists, citizens, tourists, and etc.), the formation of public space such as 'Hongdae-up playground', 'pedestrian-friendly street', and 'Gyeongui-Line book street', social network service & horizontal network, and access.

In the Korean film industry, 'diversity film' was used interchangeably with 'low-budget film' and 'independent/art film'. As the concept of film is transformed into a multi-platform era that expands online and offline, the discussion of media diversity has become important in the film industry as well. At the same time, the movement to expand the inclusion and diversity of minorities in the film industry is also evident. Recently, the global film industry is developing by accepting inclusive film policies based on research and policies from a gender-perspective on female narratives and creatives. This study suggests policy directions to redefine the concept of diversity in the Korean film industry and to expand inclusiveness and diversity for minorities based on previous studies and discussions on the diversity of various dimensions surrounding the film industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of value diversity on team identity and team conflict and to explore the moderating roles of inclusive climate in the relationship between value diversity and team identity and in the relationship between value diversity and team conflict. This study developed four hypotheses and tested them using regression and hierarchical regression analyses. The results showed that the positive relationship between value diversity and team identity and the negative relationship between value diversity and team conflict were statistically supported. And this study found that inclusive climate played moderating roles in the relationship between value diversity and team identity and in the relationship between value diversity and team conflict. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

This study amis to analyze the levels of citizen inclusiveness in Korea by the 17 local government levels. Citizen inclusiveness was measured by donations, volunteering, and citizen perception indicators. This study adopted the ideal type method of fuzzyset analysis. We found that citizen inclusiveness was classified into 6 types: inclusive citizen type, inclusive citizen-oriented type, donation-oriented type, volunteering-oriented type, citizen perception-oriented type, and individual-oriented type. This study analyzed key features of these 6 ideal types of citizen inclusiveness. More research on citizen inclusiveness is needed. Trends of changes in citizen inclusiveness and key factors on citizen inclusiveness will be examples of future studies. Inclusive welfare states need both government's efforts in enhancing welfare institutions and citizens' advancement in inclusive citizenship. This study concludes with several implications for further developed citizenship for inclusiveness.

In recent days, efforts have been made voraciously to create urban spaces where everyone can enjoy an equal life by integrating the socially underprivileged groups including women, children, the elderly, etc. In order to create a inclusive city that accepts everyone regardless of social hierarchy, it is necessary to plan the city by incorporating the marginalized. The purpose of this study is to establish the strategy of inclusive city in each region. To accomplish the goal, we analyze and compile each of the studies that were scattered and make an integrated evaluation index, and evaluate the inclusivity for each region by these indicators.

In this study, in order to practice the social inclusion of libraries, the related policies currently announced in the 3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan were examined, and the current status of tasks promoted by central administrative agencies and metropolitan and provincial libraries was examined based on these policies. As a result, first, in terms of active information welfare realization, various programs and services are being implemented to bridge the knowledge and information gap, but it seems that the scope of the target should be expanded in the future, cooperation with related organizations, and infrastructure improvement. Second, in terms of expanding the openness of the space, the expansion of the open space as an open space and the application of universal design are being performed. In the future, it seems that the scope of universal design application should be expanded in consideration of budget investment for continuous space reconstruction and diversity of users. Third, in terms of linking services across boundaries, services and programs are provided to infants and toddlers, children, women, the elderly, the underprivileged, job seekers, and multicultural families. In the future, it seems that the improvement of the service system for the expansion of inclusive services in libraries should precede, and cooperation between related ministries should be made to provide differentiated services. Finally, it is expected that future policy-making tasks for social inclusion should be considered not only for books, programs, and spaces, but also for librarians' education, establishment of cooperative networks with related organizations, and marketing for services and programs.

장애인의 사회활동 증대는 개인의 삶의 질 향상 및 사회의 다양성과 포용성 증진에 중요하다. 특히 청각장애인은 환경적, 신체적 장애로 인해 사회적 접근성에 제한을 받는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 AR 글래스 기반의 NEAR를 개발하였다. NEAR는 음성자막 변환 및 위험 알람 기능을 제공하여 청각장애인의 사회활동 제약을 해소한다. STT 기능은 입력 음성을 텍스트로 변환하며, MFCC 기능은 다양한 상황의 소리를 감지하여 위험 알림을 제공한다. 이 연구는 청각장애인의 사회적 참여 향상 및 사회의 포용성 증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영상의 시작은 시나리오의 내용을 가장 밀도 있게 담아내기 위해 피사체를 카메라를 통해 특정 부분을 찾고 선택하는 일에서부터 이루어진다. 이러한 의미에서 영상의 최소단위인 프레임에 대한 이해와 연구는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 작품연구에서는 사각의 틀에 고립된 피사체와 고립 전 피사체의 본래 의미를 살펴봄으로써 프레임 공간의 관계성을 이해하고 밀도 있는 애니메이션의 화면 구성을 연출하기 위한 단초를 마련해 보고자하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 스토리가 있는 입체방식의 클레이툰 형식으로 작품을 제작하여 의도적으로 선택된 틀 속의 인물과 틀 밖의 대상(인물과 자연)에 대한 가치이 동일성을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 작가 자신의 다양한 역할에서 요구되어지는 이중적 사고의 명암을 상징적인 사각틀(삶의 공간)을 통해 내면적인 포용과 갈등의 관계로 표현하였다. 그러나 이때의 포용과 갈등은 삶의 전체공간에서 용해되어 새로운 가치를 이끌어 내는 원천이 되고 이는 곧 일상 속의 다양한 행태(틀)가 삶이라는 전체의 공간과 동등한 가치를 갖고 있음을 진지하게 생각하는 계기가 되었다.

This study was conducted to grasp the changing user needs, especially the changing information needs of the vulnerable groups of knowledge and information. The study analyzed the information needs of the migrants in Area A by introducing a community-based participatory research methodology. The authors cooperated with the local community throughout the entire course of the study and proposed an inclusive library strategy for the underprivileged in the A region. Migrants were in demand for easy writing materials, reading activities programs, leisure culture programs, and literacy programs. In particular, it was analyzed that services should be provided through cooperation with related organizations. As a result of the study, it was suggested to provide experiences of deeply participating in the current library and to provide various information sources (resource guides) and to promote through children.
