한국과 일본에 분포하는 갈겨니(Z. temmincki)를 대상으로 유전적 변이를 조사한 결과 한국에 분포하는 갈겨니 A(mm)-type과 일본에 분포하는 B-type(Watanabe and Mizuguchl, 1988)은 유전적으로 매우 가까운 동일 종으로 나타났고 한국산 갈겨니 B (MS)-type과 일본산 갈겨니 A-type의 유연관계가 가장 멀게 나타났다. 따라서 한국 및 일본에 분포하는 갈겨니는 모두 3종이 존재하는 것으로 추정되며 일본과 한국에 각각 2종씩이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 갈겨니의 분화시기는 홍적세시기(Pleistocene)에 이루어진 것으로 추정되었다.

세계적인 인터넷을 통하여 인터넷 텔레포니는 폭발적으로 성장하고 있으며 무한한 성장가능성이 있다. 이에 따라 인터넷 텔레포니에 대한 표준안은 IETE(Internet Engineering Task Force)와 ITU(International Telecommunications Union)등에서 제시하고 있다. 또한 인터넷 텔레포니에 이동성과 멀티케스트 지원방안에 대한 방법을 제시하고 있고, 지금까지 제시된 방법을 기반으로 인터넷 텔레포니에서 Diffserv의 에지에서 멀티케스트용 패킷을 제한하는 방법으로 QoS(Qoality of Service)제공 서비스를 하여 다자간 통화 즉, QoS를 제공하는 다자간 통화 서비스를 할 수 있도록 본 논문은 제안한다.

A molecular phylogenetic relationship inferred from mitochondrial cytochrome b gene sequence was developed based on analysis of Zacco species distributed in Korea as well as China, Japan and Taiwan. A maximum parsimony (MP) tree showed that Korean Z. temminckii and Z. koreanus formed a monophyletic clade, but the populations of Z. temminckii and Z. koreanus in the 'South Korean Subdistrict' region had genetic similarity with Japanese Z. temminckii. Korean Z. platypus had a closer relationship with Japanese members of the clade than with Chinese Z. platypus, which was more closely related to Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis. The analysis of neighbor joining (NJ) tree may support a hypothesis that the clade of Z. platypus had genetically diverged from the common ancestor of Zacco species comprising Z. koreanus, Z. temminckii, Z. sieboldii and other species; thereafter a cladogenesis of Z. koreanus and Z. temmminckii had occurred from the ancestor of Z. sieboldii. Moreover, the Chinese Z. platypus had diverged far from the Korean Z. platypus and formed a phylogenetic relationship with O. uncirostris amurensis. Therefore, a more detailed study of the taxonomy and systematics of Zacco species in regard to their zoogeographical distributions is needed.

A new chub, Zacco koreanus sp. nov., is described on the basis of 104 specimens from six localities in Korea. The new species is distinguished from other Zacco species by the following characteristics: 9~10 scales above lateral line to dorsal fin origin, yellowish anterolateral side of body, no hemicircular red blotch on the upper margin of the eyes, reddish anterior margin of pectoral fin, larger orbit diameter and narrow interorbital width. The new species is widely distributed in the most streams of Korea, except the Yeongsan R., while Zacco temminckii is restricted in the Dongjin R., Yeongsan R., Seomjin R., Tamjin R. and Nakdong R. in Korea. When the two species occurred sympatrically in the same stream, Z. koreanus sp. nov. prefered mostly rapid lotic environments while Z. temminckii inhabited lentic ones. The Korean Z. temminckii was redescribed herein. A key to the Zacco species of Korea and Japan is provided.

Animation is the aggregate of signs based on narrative. Algirdas Julien Greimas made structuralist frame and analyzed the meaning with it. Greimas's semiotics among the animated characters appearing in the conflict structure is suitable for the analysis and figure out the structure and meaning of the conflict which is hidden. Because Greimas Semiotic Square is suitable for apprehending meaning structure, it help for us to identify between characters and meaning that from character. Actantial Model help to apprehend power relations in structure between characters by axis of desire. This study search Greimas's semiotics and based on this analyse animation, . Also this study analyse conflicts between protagonist and antagonist with Greimas Semiotic Square after analysing narrative of like Vladimir Proof's folktale analysis. Unlike the protagonist's internal conflict, the antagonist's internal conflict moves the audience's emotions. Finally, this study analyse animation in the synchronic structure with the Actantial Model.

This paper intends to examine the recent acquisition of 21st Century Fox by Walt Disney Co. in terms of how information communication technology, especially the internet, has been reshaping the media industry. In particular, it looks at the deal as Disney's attempt to adapt to the rapidly shifting media environment and strike back at the challenges from online streaming services. After looking at the overview of the deal and some of the major changes and challenges the rise of streaming services has brought to film and media landscape, the paper looks at Disney responded to them by launching its own streaming services and how its acquisition of Fox assets factors in this. It also examines the implications of Disney's move as well as the opportunity and challenges it faces.

Two cytosol malate dehydrogenase allelomorphs are found in the Dark Chub, Zacco temmincki, a freshwater fish inhabiting Korean waters. Mdh-1MM(hereafter referred to as A-type) is distributed along the south and southeastern parts of Korea, whereas the B-type(Mdh-1MS) is found everywhere except the southeast. Several syrnpatric populations can be found in the southern areas with no hybridization between them. The pattern of geographic distribution would indicate that A-type is superior adaptation to colder water temperature; this is collaborated by evidence collected from a sympatric length of the Tongchon stream, Namhae. The relative warmth of the water along this portion of the stream's length was determined its altitude and the time of year. Frequency of B-types found was directly proportional to the relative warmth of the water and inversely proportional to the nurnber of A-types found in the sarne station. Current data tends to suggest that the B-type of Zacco temrnincki first differentiated from Zacco platypus approximately one million years ago (Yang et al., 1984) while A-type subsequently branched from B-type 300,000 years later(Yang and Mm, 1987) through a progressive adaptation toward colder temperature.

As the expansion of the cultural industry expands, various competitive structures are formed and the methodologies for producing commercial success are being discussed. Among them, Hollywood studios use political relationships and apply ideologies that can produce the best interests. Also, they use a structure that can convey this ideology, which is a mythology. The myth has satisfied the public for a ling time. Campbell suggested that strategies come from the myth, and the ideology emerged as a result of what mythology has to do with existing powers. Disney and Dream Works use the mythology and combine their own values into ideology. Disney and Dream Works choose conflicting ideologies in a different growth background. If Disney is recognized as an educational animation by the ruling class, Dream Works are supported by the public for their actions against Disney. Disney has conservative and patriotic personality, Dream Works is more liberal and progressive. Disney's structure came out first, and Dream Works parodied it. So we can compare Disney and Dream Works with similar myths to create a storytelling structure that embodies ideology. As a result, Disney and Dream Works have been choosing the 9 stages the key of Ideology form the 17 stages of the mythology and reduced them to the introduction, growth and completion. In the first units of the introduction, Disney dealt with the subject of social leaders who sacrificed to the ruling class and Dream Works hinted at the overthrow of the ruling class through the irony. If Disney had deployed colored races in the main characters, Dream Works used a variety of races from the main characters to others. In the second units of growth, Disney organized the process of accepting the value of the ruling class, and Dream Works showed the individual values, not the values of society. In the third units completion, Disney showed the main character who live in the world of the ruling class rebuilded, and Dream Works removed the ruling class and went back to the Individual life. Through the structure of Disney and DreamWorks, we learned how to utilize the mythical structures that transform according to ideologies. The right way to organize works will require the strategic approach to storytelling.
