  • 간호진단, 중재, 결과로 이어지는 간호 프로세스에서 가장 전문적인 지식을 요구하는 간호진단 업무를 지원하는 전산시스템에 대해 우리나라에서도 많은 연구와 시도가 있었다. 그러나 기록만 전산화되었거나 부분적으로 표준화된 데이터를 이용함에 따라 간호진단업무에 능숙하지 않은 간호사의 경우 전산화를 통한 진단업무효율 향상을 기대하기 어렵다. 이에 우리는 간호진단의 적중률을 높이기 위해서 간호 프로세스의 표준데이터와 사례를 기반으로 추론하는 간호진단시스템을 제안한다. 표준 데이터를 이용하여 예상되는 간호진단을 1차적으로 검색한 후, 다시 사례데이터베이스를 기반으로 하여 1차 검색의 결과를 보완하는 방법을 이용하고 있다.

  • 전자메일이 현대 정보시스템에서 가장 필수적인 도구 중 한가지라는 것은 이제 더 이상 말할 필요가 없을 정도다. 전자메일은 그것을 잘 활용함으로써 생산 효율을 몇 배로 향상시킬 수 있는 반면, 능숙하게 사용하지 못할 경우 수신인과 발신인 상호간의 커뮤니케이션을 혼란시켜 생산성을 저하시킬 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 전자메일을 가입자에게 발송해야 하는 기업환경에서 대량의 메일 전송시에 메일 서버에 걸리는 부하를 3-tier 방식을 적용하여 효율적으로 관리하는 방법에 대하여 고찰하고, 이의 구현에 대하여 논의한다.

  • 일반적으로 눈 화장은 화장을 처음 하는 사람뿐만 아니라 화장에 능숙한 사람에게도 어려운 일이다. 또한 눈 형태는 사람마다 다르고, 형태에 따라 어울리는 눈 화장 방법 역시 다양하다. 본 논문에서는 눈 형태를 기반으로 효과적인 눈 화장 방법을 제안한다. 효과적인 눈 형태에 따른 검색을 하기 위해 에지(edge)를 기반으로 데이터베이스 영상과 입력영상의 눈 형태를 비교하여 유사한 눈 형태를 검색한다. 검색된 눈 화장 영상을 입력 영상의 눈 형태로 와핑(Warping)하여 눈 화장 스타일을 적용한다.

  • Previous research on university life of Chinese students studying in Korea has been conducted on students in Korea, but Chinese students have a sense of belonging and university prejudice against Korean universities, so the objectivity of research is not clear. This paper conducted a survey of the Chinese people in China and conducted a media search for attracting foreign students. Not all foreign students are proficient in Korean language. Even students who have completed more than one year of education in the Korean language institutes or passed advanced level of Test of Proficiency in Korean(TOPIK) have difficulties in everyday life and acquiring a degree. According to the results of this study, until foreign students who lack sufficient Korean language skills are able to adapt to culture and acquire information in Korea, it is desirable to prepare multilingual content services so that they can obtain academic information or daily information necessary for studying in their native language.

Characteristic of Dynamic Social Interaction with a Graphing Calculator (계산기 사용 환경에서 사회적 상호작용의 역동성)

  • This study attempts to discuss holistic information in order to identify the characteristics of interactions using a graphing calculator. The use of a graphing calculator was divided into three stages: Visual, Analytical, and Self-regulated. The last stage can be called the Self-regulated instrument stage, because this last stage, the use of the calculator, is generally characterized as students actively controlling their ongoing efforts through self-regulating. The accomplishments of the operation can be divided into three levels: Immature, Maturing, and finally, Mature level. First, the characteristics of the Leading Statements were investigated to figure out who has the main role in cooperative learning. This study can support the previous study, which showed that computers could help improve the self-esteem of low-level students. Second, the point of transformation is referred to as the Turning Point. Several functions were observed in the Turning Point: student, instrument, and teacher. Third, when the students convert-sations reach a lull in class and then resume due to certain primary factors without the teachers intervention, this is a case of what is referred to as Structuralization. And last, in this study, the graphing calculator can be used as an auxiliary stimulus to help students control their stress and their attitudes, which in turn can also improve students social interaction.

Effects of English Programs in the Workplace on Employees' English Learning: A Case Study on In-Company English Programs in Korea (기업 내 영어 교육이 직장인의 영어 학습에 미치는 영향: 국내 대기업의 사내 영어 교육 프로그램 사례 연구)

  • This study examines the effects of in-company English programs on Korean employees' English learning. During the twelve weeks, 68 employees in Korea engaged in an English learning program in the workplace. Before and after the program, pre- and post-tests were conducted to see if their English proficiency improved. Pre- and post-surveys and interviews were also administered to understand how they perceived the program. Results show that the employees improved their English oral proficiency and their attitudes toward English learning positively changed, as a result of participating in the program. Also, the program appeared to be successful, meeting their needs. Given that little research has investigated the effects of in-company English learning, this study provides insights on the effectiveness of English programs in the workplace in Korea.

The Study of Implicit Self-Esteem and Depression and Fashion Competency (암묵적 자존감 및 우울감과 패션능숙성에 관한 연구)

  • Previous research has investigated the influence of explicit self-esteem and depression. These studies did not examine the implicit self-esteem and depression that exist in the internal unconscious of humans that are not influenced by prejudice and social desirability. This study identifies that fashion competency (FC) encourages the implicit self-esteem and relieves the implicit depression. Implicit self-esteem and depression were measured by Implicit Association Test (IAT) utilizing reaction; FC was surveyed based on questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed using factor analysis. FC was then composed of three factors of fashion involvement, fashion innovativeness and self-confidence in fashion coordination. The results of comparing the index values that indicate IA SE (implicit association self-esteem) and IA DE (implicit association depression) of each FC group indicated that a higher FC results in a higher IA SE and lower IA DE; therefore, individuals with a higher fashion competence have a higher implicit self-esteem and a sense of well-being. The findings support previous studies in that the FC tends to be positively related to quality of life in young people.

Retention Effect of Basic Life Support Education Program on Attitude, Knowledge, Skillfulness for Nursing Students (간호학생의 기본 심폐소생술에 대한 태도, 지식, 능숙도에 미치는 교육의 지속효과)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the retention effects of a basic life support training program for nursing students on their attitude, knowledge, and skillfulness. Methods: A one-group repeated posttest design was employed for this study. The subjects included 44 junior nursing students from Gachon University in Incheon. Data were collected by a structured questionnaire test immediately after, 3 months after, 6 months after, and 9 months after the training respectively from May 2014 through March 2015. Results: The respective attitude, knowledge and skillfulness score on BLS of the nursing students had reduced significantly at 3 months after (p<.001), 6 months after (p<.001), and 9 months after (p<.001, p=.011 for Attitudes) the training compared to immediately after the training. Conclusion: Re-training on basic life support for nursing students should be implemented within 3 months for retention of educational effects. Thus, it is recommended that basic life support training programs, including a curriculum for nursing students, is developed to support re-training. And it is expected that the improved skills of nursing students on basic life support would contribute to the successive first aid nursing for patients at risk of cardiac arrest.

  • The higher thinking skills, such as creativity and problem-solving about a given problem, are difficult to assess and diagnose. For an accurate diagnosis of these higher thinking abilities, we need to fully observe learner's problem-solving process or learner's individual reports. However, in an online learning or virtual class environments, evaluation of learner's problem-solving process becomes more difficult to diagnose. The best way to solve this problem is through reporting by tracking learner's actions when he tries to solve a problem. In this study, we developed a module which can evaluate and diagnose student's problem-solving ability by tracking actions in MS-Office suite, which is used by students to solve a given problem. This module performs based on the learner's job history through user tracking. To evaluate the effectiveness of this diagnostic module, we conducted satisfaction survey from students who were preparing the actual MOS exams. As a result, eighty-one (81) of the participants were positive on the effectiveness of the learning system with the use of this module.
