The purpose of this study was to compare how three kinds of emotionally different music impacted on the emotion and arousal by measuring EEG. The research method was to compare the measurement of the background EEG on Fp1 and Fp2 before, while and after listening using a 2-channel EEG device with various experimental groups aging from 20s to 50s. The results were as follows. 1) At both Fp1 and Fp2, the amplitude of alpha(8-13Hz), SMR(12-15Hz), low beta, high beta, and ${\alpha}/-{\beta}$significantly increased in all music, while at Fp2 only, theta and ??/SMR increased meaningfully.2) At right prefrontal cortex(Fp2), all bands of EEG predominated while and after listening to all songs over Fp1 except for the delta of funeral march which predominated while listening to Fp1.3) The music with a noticeably high alpha value and increased activity was Prelude. These results suggested that Prelude induced brain activity along with relaxation, and the emotionally heavy burden of funeral march decreased the activity of the left brain. This research revealed that feeling emotional change by listening to music was due to the fact that music influenced the brain activity inducing the change of emotion and arousal.

This study verified what differences in screen golf content characteristics, intention to reuse, customer satisfaction and economic value experienced by consumers according to the image feeling, expression method, and image color provided by screen golf graphic content. In addition, the purpose of this study was to analyze what kind of influence the content characteristics of screen golf have on the economic value and what kind of influence the intention to reuse and customer satisfaction have in this process. From September 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021, a survey of 225 copies of consumers using the screen golf course was conducted. For data processing, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, chi-square analysis and 3-step mediated regression analysis were performed. The research results are as follows. First, the preferred image feeling showed a high level of clean and sophisticated feeling and the preferred expression method showed a high realistic image. In addition, the preferred image color showed a high level of green color. Second, there were differences in competitiveness, ease of use, sense of solidarity and realism according to the degree of consideration of graphic content and differences in consumer's intention to reuse, customer satisfaction, and economic value. Third, in the relationship between screen golf content characteristics and economic value, customer satisfaction and re-use intention had a mediating effect. Through this study, by providing basic data to derive the graphic design model of screen golf, the operating entity suggested a way to improve economic benefits and tried to contribute to the growth of the screen golf industry.

This study is a qualitative study to explore caring of a mentally disabled family using mental rehabilitation facilities. As a result of the analysis, the life of a mentally disabled family appeared in 6 topics and 12 sub-themes. Life before the outbreak was warm and comfortable like an electric stove, and a frustrating and difficult life like a parrot in a cage due to family conflicts. The feeling of looking at the child who is starting to develop symptoms is fear and hopelessness that is hard to see ahead, and a sense of guilt for a child trapped in a disease before blooming his life. Forced hospitalization, and my feelings were torn apart, and my thoughts were confused by opaque recovery and worries about future life. The experience I felt as the disease lasted for a long time and hospitalized and discharged repeatedly feared that the mental illness of the family would be known to the people around me, and found that they struggled to cope with repeated recurrence and worsening symptoms. While using mental rehabilitation facilities, the changed life was comforted in a comfortable shelter, and turned out that there was hope for the future and that there was room to smile. The life expected in the future and the theme of hope turned out to be grateful for small changes and determined to be a warm fence for recovery.

This study is on the creation of art works through the methodological process of deducting the experiences and inspired feeling which the researcher experienced in the subconscious level as well as the conscious level in the field of floral art creation. The scene setting technique was applied to seize inner experiences and feeling in subconscious level. More concretely, visual note technique and image research technique were applied to record and preserve scenes as the seized inner mental images. To delineate the contents, the researcher created art works based on the experiences during the preparation period at the small town of Tours in France as well as the competitive and tough every day life during the attendance at the fashion school of ESOMD International Paris. The researcher was able to create 5 art works of Deja Vu, 'ㅅ(Seoul-Paris)', '崩(A Mountain on Two Moons)', '燈 (Load out and Stay)', 'ㅇ'deducting the deep experiences and inspired feeling through the methodological process in the subconscious level as well as the conscious level. The researcher was able to explore inner experiences finding self in disquietude and process of personal realization through the creation. The meaning of this research could be found as a case of qualitative research which presents approaches utilizing method of deducting experiences in subconscious level and applying to the creation of art works.

This study is on the creation of floral art works based on the intuitive insight acquired by methodological process of ruminating the experienced meaningful events of the artists utilizing sensible perception. The researcher used the narration and visualization techniques. The narration process adopted the writing technique of subjective impression, emotion, stream of consciousness to capture sensations of subconscious state, which were applied in three steps of 'the exploration of experiences', 'the concretion of experiences', and 'the creation of meaning out of experiences'. The visualization process adopted collection, selection, classification, and interpretation of related images, which were applied in three methods of 'the creation of images', 'the utilization of intuition', and 'the perception through remembering'. Finally 5 art works of 'Hammock is Good', 'At the Rooftop with Warm Sunshine', 'Standing at the Waterside Alone', 'Dizziness at Hot Sand Field', and 'Having Good Time at a Botanical Garden'were created through the combination of these two methods mentioned above and complementary research and writing. The meaningfulness of this research lies in presenting methodological approaches of utilizing narration and visualization of experiences in art creation process.

"21세기는 환경의 세기라고들 합니다. 그러나 현실적으로는 개발 우선 논리에 환경이 뒷전에 밀려있는 느낌이 듭니다. 하루빨리 의식전환이 필요합니다." 17대 국회 2기 환경노동상임위 수장 직에 취임한 홍준표 국회환경노동위원장은 환경의 중요성을 힘 있게 강조한다. 그는 최근 일련의 현안 즉 한미 FTA, 미군부대 오염, 환경부-건교부 통합론 등 다양한 환경적 당면과제를 국회 차원에서 슬기롭게 해결할 채비를 갖추고 있다. 환경을 대변하는 국회 환경노동위원회를 이끌어갈 홍준표 위원장의 소신이 그 어느 때보다 중요한 시점이다 이에 본지는 지난 7월 13일 국회 환노위 위원장실에서 홍 위원장을 만나 국내외 환경현안을 어떻게 파악하고 있는지, 그리고 앞으로 환경노동위원회를 어떻게 이끌어갈 것인가에 대해 들어봤다.

지난 2003년부터 맹위를 떨치며 국내외를 뒤흔들어 놓았던 고병원성조류인플루엔자(HPAI)도 당시보다는 다소 소강상태에 접어든 느낌이지만 아직도 아시아와 유럽을 중심으로 확산일로에 있으며, 비공식적으로 발표되지 않고 있는 중국에서는 여전히 문제가 되고 있는 것으로 전해지고 있다. 또한 2007년 3월 협상 타결을 목표로 진행중에 있는 한미 FTA협상은 이미 세계무역기구(WTO)가 출범된 이후 세계적인 경향(Trand)으로 흐르면서 양계인을 비롯한 농업관련인들의 반대에도 불구하고 지속적인 협상진행은 멈출 줄을 모르고 있다. 따라서 본고는 양계산업의 세계적인 흐름을 분석해보고 앞으로의 양계산업의 앞날을 가름해보고자 한다.

요즈음 동남아 각국의 사람들이 우리나라에서 근로연수를 받기 위해 입국하고 있다. 60~70년대에 우리나라 사람들이 해외 취업을 위해 떠나던 때를 생각하면 우리의 국력도 국제적으로 많이 신장되었다는데 대한 뿌듯한 느낌을 갖는 사람들도 있을 것이다. 이들 외국인 근로 연수생 글은 입국 즉시 며칠간의 교육을 받은 후 국내 중소기업체에서 기술 연수를 받도록 배치된다. 한편 이들을 관리하고 있는 중소기업협동중앙회는 이들의 건강과 건전한 연수를 위해 자비를 들여 연수생에 대한 건강검진을 지난 9월부터 실시하고 있다. 연수생뿐만 아니라 내국인의 건강을 위해서라도 반드시 필요한 검진이라는 평가를 받고 있는 이 검진사업의 실시 과정과 이를 주관하고 있는 중소기업협동중앙회에 대해 소개한다.

주요국의 보일러 및 압력용기의 기술기준 개발방향이 금속재료기술의 발달, 비파괴검사 기술의 개발, 용접기술의 급진전, 품질요건의 국제적인 규정의 제정 및 준수 등의 현상으로 볼 때 이를 대체적으로 수용하는 ASME Sec. III의 방향으로 통합되어 가는 느낌을 받고 있다. 따라서 우 리나라도 전담기구의 설립 또는 지정을 서둘러 장기적인 안목에서 체계적으로 대처하여야 급격히 변화하는 세계적인 기술흐름에 맞추어 우리의 관련산업이 지속적으로 발전 될 수 있으며 이와 관련된 기술개발방향이 바르게 갈 수 있을 것이다.
