  • 상수도배관에 누수발생시 주변의 다른 주요 기반시설들에 피해를 줄 수 있어 상수도배관의 누수감지 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 상수도배관의 누수감지를 위해 음향방출 센서와 기계학습 알고리즘을 적용한 누수검출 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 모의실험결과 누수 전/후의 상태를 100% 검출하였다.

  • 하천제방은 가장 치수효과가 높은 홍수방어시설로서 홍수 시 유수를 원활하게 소통시키고 제내지를 보호하기 위해 하천을 따라 축조한 시설이다. 누수에 의한 제방파괴는 제내지 제체에 드러난 포화표면이 결정적인 요인이 되므로 침윤선을 낮추어 제체하부에 위치하도록 해야 하며 누수가 발생한 제방에 대해서는 적절한 보강기법을 적용해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 하천제방 축조 또는 보강 시 누수에 의한 파괴를 방지하기 위한 방법으로 미국 공병단과 일본 국토기술연구센터에서 사용하는 기법 중 하나인 배수공을 두어 침윤선을 조절하는 방법을 적용하였다. 구체적으로 공병단과 일본 국토기술연구센터에서 제시하는 배수공을 가지는 경우의 제방 실험 및 수치 모형 보정 결과를 비교하였다. 침투 수치 모의는 SEEP/W 프로그램으로 검토하였다. 실험에 적용한 제방의 규격은 제방폭 2.6 m, 둑마루폭 0.4 m, 사면경사 1:2, 제방 높이 0.55 m, 수위 0.5 m이다. 배수공이 없는 제방은 사면에서 누수가 발생하였으며, 배수공 바닥폭이 0.4 m인 공병단과 일본 국토기술연구센터에서 제시하는 배수공을 설치하였을 때는 누수가 발생하지 않았다. 같은 배수공 바닥폭을 가지는 공병단과 일본 국토기술연구센터식 배수공을 설치한 제방의 실험을 비교한 결과, 일본국토기술연구센터식 배수공을 설치한 제방의 침윤선이 공병단식 배수공을 설치한 제방보다 낮았다. 즉, 일본 국토기술연구센터식 사각형 배수공이 다소 안정한 것으로 분석되었다.

Development of leakage test facility for leak signal characteristic analysis in water pipeline (상수도관로 누수신호의 특성 분석을 위한 누수 실험시설 개발)

  • A real scale leakage test facility was developed to study the leak signal characteristics of water supply pipelines, and then leak tests were carried out. The facility was designed to overcome the limited experimental circumstances of domestic water supply pipeline experimental facilities. The length of the pipeline, which was installed as a straight line, is 280m. Six pipes were installed on a 70m interval with different pipe material and diameters that are DCIP(D200, D150, D100, D80), PE(D75) and PVC(D75).The intensity of the leakage is adjusted by changing the size of the leak hole and the opening rate of ball valve. Various pressure conditions were simulated using a pressure reducing valve.To minimize external noise sources which, deteriorate the quality of measured leak signal, the facility was built at a quiet area, where traffic and water consumption by customers is relatively rare. In addition, the usage of electric equipment was minimized to block out noise and the facility was operated using manual mode. From the experimental results of measured leakage signal at the facility, it was found that the signal intensity weakened and the signal of high frequency band attenuated as the distance from the water leakage point increased.

A Study on Application of Electrical Resistivity Survey to Detect the Leakage of Embankment with Weak Zone (취약대가 존재하는 제방의 누수 탐지를 위한 전기비저항 탐사의 적용성 연구)

  • The water leakage of reservoir embankment usually occurs around channelling pipes, which gives little influence on the embankment in a normal state. However, the embankment can be destroyed when the water level of reservoir increases with heavy rain and the rainy season in summer. Investigating the water vein and its path is therefore very important from the viewpoint of disaster prevention and embankment maintenance. The water leakage in dams and levees where the channelling pipes are working as weak zone was analyzed by using both numerical simulation and experimental method in this study. To detect the water leakage, an electrical resistivity survey was used and investigated for its' usability. The numerical results show the size and location of weak zone increases the importance of selection of electrode spacing. The leakage experiments of model embankment present the best result is obtained under the conditions of electrode spacing of 0.3m and dipole-dipole array. By studying the water leakage in dams and levees, the electrical resistivity survey is observed it is a very useful method to predict the leakage.

  • This paper proposes a design plan of short-term temporary housing for the victims by disaster. Also construction workability and residential environment evaluated by mock-up. In particular, in the event of a disaster, victims have lived the auditorium or gymnasium of the nearby school which is an emergency shelter. However, there was a problem of livability. Therefore, it is the purpose of study to provide temporary housing that resides within 30 days. For this purpose, a composite panel with light weight and insulation select to produce mock-up. The mock-up complete in about an hour. This is because it is made only of the composite panels. The composite panels confirm to be easy to load and construct. And mock-up evaluates insulation and waterproofing performance in the laboratory. As a result, Mock-up has insulation and waterproofing performance. This suggests an alternative to short -term temporary housing.

Water Leakage Detection Monitoring Simulation using Power Spectrum Analysis (파워스펙트럼 분석을 이용한 누수탐지 모니터링 시뮬레이션)

  • With the development of IT convergence technology and the construction of infrastructure for water leakage detection, the detection technology of damaged pileline's location and size is being spotlighted. The exhaustion of water resource due to the leakage of water supply facilities renders it urgent to detect water leakage effectively. In this paper, we proposed the water leakage detection monitoring simulation using the power spectrum analysis. We measured the reflected wave signal by the proposed water leakage detection monitoring simulation. The rate variability is calculated form the acquired reflected wave signal. And the power spectrum analysis using the Fast Fourier Transform is evaluated the correlation between the water leakage's size and the reflected wave. Ultimately, this paper suggests empirical simulation to verify the adequacy and the validity. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the efficient management by supporting the real-time water leakage detection.

사용후핵연료 중간저장 시설의 사고시 UO$_2$의 산화거동 연구

  • 사용후핵연료 중간저장 시설의 누수사고시 예상되는 핵연료봉의 온도상승을 SFUEL 컴퓨터 코드 분석결과에 따른 실제 $UO_2$의 산화거동을 실험하였다. 외기 온도 38$^{\circ}C$에서 환기회수가 시간당 0, 1, 2회인 조건에서 저장용기 밑바닥 구멍 크기가 2.54, 5.08, 7.62 cm인 경우의 실험결과 환기회수 0회 바닥구멍 크기 2,54 cm 일 때 약 15시간 후 건전성 상실(0.6% 무게증가)이 일어났으며 환기회수 2회 바닥구멍 크기 7.62 cm 일 때는 약 21시간 이후에 건전성 상실이 일어나 가장 느렸다. 바닥구멍 크기가 증가할수록 공기 순환비의 영향을 크게 받으며, 또 외기 온도가 낮을 수록 공기 순환비의 영향을 크게 받았다.

  • Ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) has been cultivated on raised beds with shading condition for 4 to 6 years because of its physiological characteristics. This shading condition maintains relatively stable soil environments protecting from rainfall and direct sunlight. Therefore, pesticides in ginseng growing soil are exposed to far different environment from the general cropping field. To study the behavior of pesticides under this condition, the effect of covering on the persistency of Procymidone in ginseng cultivating soil was investigated by using several shade materials. The most important factor affecting Procymidone persistency in soil under covering was water leakage rates of shade materials.

  • 도시주민생활에 없어서는 안 될 주요한 사회간접자본시설인 하수도, 하수도처리시설 등의 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 부식열화는 현재 세계 각국에서 급속히 진행되고 있다. 콘크리트 구조물은 반영구적인 것으로 인식하고 있다. 그러나 각종 열화 인자에 의해 구조물의 사용수명은 급속히 단축된다. 하수시설 내에서는 황산이외에도 다양한 염류에 의하여 콘크리트구조물이 부식될 가능성이 있지만 황산에 의한 부식이 가장 대상범위가 넓고 부식속도가 빠르기 때문에 부식현상이 발견되면 급속하고 적절한 대응조치가 필요하다. 열화예측결과 및 구조물의 공용연수를 감안한 신뢰성이 높은 공법의 도입이 필요하며 이러한 조건에 적합한 유기재료와 무기재료의 복합 특성을 발휘하는 갱생공법에 사용되는 주요 소재의 실험적 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다. 그 결과 경질염화비닐(이하 프로파일)은 내외수압 저항성에서 3분간 $1kgf/cm^2$의 압력에도 누수 및 압력의 이동이 없었으며 약품침지에 따른 중량변화량이 $0.2mg/cm^2$이하로 산에 대한 변화량은 거의 없었다. 주입재인 모르타르의 산성에 대한 저항성은 일반 콘크리트에 비해 우수하였으며 기존 모르타르에 비해 비확선성 또한 우수하였다. 장거리압송시험은 200m까지 안정적인 압송이 가능하여 이 기술에 필요한 요구 성능을 확보한 것으로 나타났다.

Classification of cold regions and analysis of the freeze-thaw repetition cycle based on heat transfer quantity by freezing test (실내동결시험을 통한 열류량 분석에 따른 동결-융해 조건 분석 및 한랭지역의 분류)

  • Tunnels constructed in cold regions can cause serious defects such as cracks and leaks due to external temperature changes in the portals and vents. In order to prevent the freezing damage of the tunnel, appropriate measures should be applied to the section where the freeze damage is concerned. However, the specific criteria and contents for judging whether or not the anti-freeze measures are applied are not presented. In this study, the laboratory freezing tests on the temperature changes of the concrete specimens under freezing conditions were carried out. And the freeze-thaw repetition cycle (F), which can judge the possibility of freezing damage, were presented based on the heat transfer quantity (W) by experimental results of case studies. Also, we propose a classification of cold regions considering the climatic characteristics of Korea for using it to efficient design and maintenance.
