기존의 농촌주택에 대한 연구에서도 농촌주택의 기능이 도시주택과는 달리 주거생활과 농업 생산 활동이 유기적으로 이루어지도록 계획되어져야 함에도 불구하고 고려되지 않은 점이 있다. 현대에 와서는 농촌은 젊은층의 이농에 따른 농촌 인구의 고령화와 기계화 그리고 경작 면적에 있어서는 대규모화가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 거주 인구의 성격 변화에 따라 농촌 주택도 그 형태와 기능의 변화가 요구되는데 본 연구에서는 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 방안의 하나로 모듈러 건축의 적용을 살펴보았다. 18세기 이후 철의 본격적인 사용과 더불어 발달한 공업화는 건축에 있어서도 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 생산의 효율성에 입각한 건축의 공업화는 현재까지 다양한 시도가 잇었는데, 본 연구는 이러한 시도를 정리하고 현재 우리 농촌에 요구되는 모듈러 건축의 특성과 그 적용 방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

1960년대 이후 농촌의 주거 환경을 농가 인구와 연령 비율 그리고 경지 면적의 변화를 조사하여 이와 함께 농촌 주택의 변화라는 관점에서 문헌 조사를 통해 분석해 보았다. 농촌의 현실에 맞는 주거 모델은 아직 부족한 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 농촌 주택은 농어촌 인구의 변화등 사회적 변화에 따라 그 요구가 시대별로 달라짐을 알 수 있었다.

농촌주택표준설계도란 농어촌주택설계를 위한 시간적, 경제적 부담을 덜어주기 위해 설계도서를 미리 작성하여 두고 건축하고자 하는 국민들의 취향에 따라 이를 선택적으로 이용할 수 있도록 건설교통부 장관이 공고한 설계도서를 말한다. 본 연구에서는 시기별로 나타나는 표준주택설계도의 평면 특징을 고찰하고 최근 농촌주택표준설계도의 특징을 고찰 분석하고자 한다.

농촌지역 공동주택의 건립에는 도시의 기반시설이 취약하므로 이에 충족하는 사전조치가 따라야 한다. 도시기반 시설 중에서도 건축의 기본설비인 상수도(급수)설비는 없어서는 안될 기본설비시설이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 조사 분석한 것을 보면 급수사용량에 있어서 하절기인 7, 8월에 급수사용량이 최대치를 나타나고 있으나 일부지역에서는 계절에 관계없이 이사철에 최대급수량이 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 최대사용량을 조사, 분석한 결과 하절기와 이사철에 급수사용량이 많음을 알 수 있다. 농촌 공동주택에 있어서 급수사용량을 충분히 확보하기 위해서는 지하수 개발을 최대 급수량 이상의 수원을 확보해야 함을 전제로 하고 있다. 급수사용량 이상의 정수설비도 수반되어야 한다.

Korean Society have changed already an agricultural society to industrial society. and changed industrial society to the an information society now. Korea society is suffering from the process a lot of pain. In this situation, the housing condition in rural areas tend been getting worse. The purpose of this study is to establish guidelines for the architectural planning. Previous studies relating to housing is divided into a few theme, we can be considered. First, the study on rental housing industry development, research on housing policy, the study on housing supply, the study on management and residents of rental housing. According to this study, public housing in Hyogo each locality, climate, availability may reflect the complex consists of the design. For example, a single-family homes, 2 row houses, townhouses type. House Plans are similar to the urban housing. So this house as the city's life can be reflected. So the house plans to respond to people's lives. The house characteristics of the four housing complex is appropriate for rural circumstances, housing location, the roof shape, and the harmonious color. This house forms makes good the view with the surrounding natural environment.

연구의 배경은 농촌주택이 도시주택의 공간구성을 모방하면서 원래의 모습을 잃어버리고 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 농촌주택표준설계도에 크리스토퍼 안렉산더의 패턴언어를 적용하여 농촌주택에 필요한 디자인 구성 요소를 추출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 범위와 방법은 한국 농어촌공사에서 2009년에서 2014년까지 제작 배포하고 있는 표준설계도에 패턴언어에서 제시하고 있는 디자인 패턴을 적용하여 비교 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과는 1) 표준설계도에서 주택배치는 다양한 농촌의 부지 조건을 무시하고 있었고. 2) 대부분 주택마당은 농촌생활의 다양한 행위를 담을 있는 공간임을 고려하여 적극적으로 계획하지 않았다. 3) 표준설계도는 어린이를 위한 공간이 없었고 부엌은 L.D.K 형식으로 내부공간을 통합하여 융통성 있는 공간으로 사용할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 4) 귀촌 귀농민을 위한 임대 가능한 별채와 사무공간으로 겸용할 수 있는 공간계획은 없었다. 5) 2014년에는 부부만을 위한 표준설계도 계획으로 면적이 좁은 평면계획이 많이 이루어졌다. 이와 같이 표준주택설계도에서 농촌의 환경과 생활 패턴이 무시된 부분도 있었지만, 패턴언어에서 제시하고 있는 다양한 패턴언어를 농촌주택의 표준 디자인 구성요소로 개발하여 귀촌 귀농민을 유입하고 농민들의 생활패턴에 가장 적합한 주택으로 개발할 수 있는 방안모색이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

To ensure the revitalization of rural communities with viable levels of population, various agricultural policies are needed. Attaining this goal demands a comprehensive plan to improve rural housing conditions in general, along with more proactive policies dealing with existing rural housing problems by providing public housing options. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a set of base data which can provide direction when proposing prospective housing policies which comply the peculiar and changing needs of rural communities. To establish the base data, the study reviewed all the relevant issues, requirements and resources in the course of developing rural housing regulations and policies. Some municipal organizations have implemented independent housing programs for returning farmers. They provide one-stop service corners to provide returning farmers comprehensive counseling and information about employment, child-rearing and education, housing, and etc. in their municipals. Agricultural housing projects nowadays focus on promoting voluntary establishments of local communities by providing comprehensive plans for public housing, idyllic housing and other interchange facilities. Recent trends on housing project take into consideration both residential areas and their surrounding landscapes at minimum investment possible. The efficient investment of regional housing development lies in the simultaneous consideration on both the construction and operation and management of housing development from beginning to end.

The increase in housing energy costs due to deteriorated rural house is directly related to the quality of life of rural residents, which is fundamental challenge for the government. In this study, we analyzed the current energy performance and the effect of housing energy efficiency improvement after remodeling of the four rural houses over 20 years old considering the rural housing type. As the result, the heating energy requirements of the unit surface is very high, and the effect was predicted to vary by housing after improved thermal insulation. This means that the cost of housing energy will be utilized as a target selection criterion or post-effect for the rural house remodeling project. In addition, the energy performance was analyze for the compact houses, which are in demand, mainly for young rural immigrants. As the result, the energy performance is very efficient.
