In aspect of stable housing support policy for the rural returning voluntary which is increasing rapidly, it is necessary to plan the suitable rural house. Therefore this paper aims to propose the suitable rural housing type and the directions of rural house planning. The 4-typical life style is summarized through the 531 cases-life style investigation of existing rural resident and the rural returning voluntary in the whole rural area. Based on the typical life style analysis, the suitable rural housing type and planning directions are proposed. I hope this paper will be a useful guide to make the suitable rural house have planning for our generation.

This study is about land use and site plan for resident redevelopment for districts with existing residents. The study suggests development direction focusing on preserving the regional characteristics, and presentation of suburban-style housing complex reflecting on the future tenant's individuality and demand. The preexisting development approach for suburban-style housing complex which was planned by the developer, failed to recognize taste of the future tenants. Profitability being the priority, it also resulted in a serious environmental disruption. In this development however, through a systematic direction for site development and site analysis, conducting surveys through future tenants, attempted for a continuous growth of the community. The study is presented covering the following areas; site's pathway system, nature conservation plan, lot plan, land use and arrangement plan, and community facility.

In today's rural area, diverse community has formed with the progress of urbanization, congestion, underpopulation, and aging according to the change of socio-economic conditions. In this situation, local residents are cooperating to overcome many problems about rural society. That is, various counterplans are established to induce the forming of new ural society in the aim for the development of rural area and promotion project of rural area. In this text, the effects for events of rural society and future directions are suggested by studying the case of Pyongchang, Kangwon-Do.

The actual situation of the rural house already improved since 1970's by standard plan of rural house was surveyed, to find out residential problems and farmers'intention to the improvement, and to make some space composition. The floor space of a living room and sanitary and bath facilities be required of larger dimensions than present. Facilities of sanitary and bath should be stayed indoors. The using-much-room is necessary to washing · and dressing after farm working. The space composition of rural house be variously developed on the basis of farmers'characteristies.

This paper is intended to review the major problems of rural settlement development and attempts to find the direction to enhance the effectiveness of rural settlement development policies and strategies. Small amount of financial resources being mobilized, similar policies for rural settlement development have been implemented sectionally by the respective sectoral goverment bodies. It has resulted in a lot of coulict and ineffectiveness in the process of rural settlement development To rationalize the rural settlement development, there should be some change in the current practice of the project: integration of development efforts, consideration of regional situation and settlement system, and introduction of principles and criteria suitable for rural settlement planning.

농어촌(정주생활권 개발)사업은 농어업, 농어촌, 농어민 등 사업과 관련된 요소가 다양하므로 법규의 올바른 적용이 무엇보다 중요하나, 여러 가지 법령이 연관되어 있고, 각 사업별로 추진방법이 달라 관련법령 및 법령 상호관계의 파악이 어려운 난점이 있었다. 이와같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 농어촌 발전 특별조치법과 농어촌정비법을 주축으로 관련된 법조항을 발췌하고 연괸되는 타법의 조항을 정리하여 수록하였다.

러번 계획은 자연지형, 농촌적 자원을 적극적으로 보전하고 수용하여 도시를 지속적으로 향상시키고, 산업화 기간 동안 훼손된 커뮤니티를 회복시킬 수 있는 디자인적 개념이다. 한국의 서울 일극 집중과 대도시 스프롤에 의한 도시 주변지역의 농촌요소 감퇴 및 지역성 파괴는 산업화 이후 도시 개발의 난제가 되어 왔지만, 여전히 국토 불균형 개발과 환경 훼손이 과제로 남아있다. 20세기 후반 제시된 뉴어바니즘의 전통과 다양성 회복이라는 계획 사조는 일찍이 산업화와 도시화를 경험한 대도시의 계획의 패러다임이 되고 있다. 그러나 뉴어바니즘의 유럽식 혹은 미국식 계획을 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 러번 디자인의 철학적 개념은 농촌적 요소의 활용을 보다 직접적으로 적용하고, 자원 순환적인 환경보전과 적정한 소비 및 적합한 규모를 중심으로 한 계획, 지역의 특성을 최대 활용한 경관디자인 계획이라는 점에서 뉴어바니즘의 한계를 보완하는 실천적 전략이 될 것이다.

최근 중국에서 농촌관광개발이 활발하게 진행 중에 있지만 경관적 측면을 고려하지 않은 채 진행되고 있어 이용자들에게 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 가져왔다. 이에 본 연구는 농촌관광활성화를 위한 경관요소의 도출 및 평가를 통해 농촌관광지 경관계획에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 경관요소와 그에 따른 개선방안을 모색하였다. 요인분석을 통해 농촌관광활성화를 위한 경관요소를 도출하였고, 관광객을 대상으로 중요도 만족도 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 1)농촌관광지 경관계획 시 가장 중요하게 고려해야할 경관요소로 지역상품, 안전시설, 공공주차장의 순으로 나타났다. 2)경관개선방향으로 교통과 숙박시설에 있어서는 지역특성을 반영하여 특색 있는 경관조성을 지향하고, 쓰레기수거시설, 식음료시설, 네트워크 및 전력시설은 질서감이 있는 계획을 통해 경관정비 및 유지관리가 필요하다. 하천 및 호수는 자연성 회복, 오폐수정화시설은 차폐경관에 의해 경관정체성을 확보하도록 한다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 "대고지질지모관광지구"의 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이며, 나아가 중국의 농촌관광지조성 및 관리에 있어 실효성 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.
