  • 청과물은 품종, 재배기술, 환경의 요인 등에 영향을 받아 품질, 형상, 색택, 병충해의 상해정도가 다르게 나타남에 따라 농산물의 다양한 상품성이 결정된다. 또한 수확, 저장, 포장. 수송, 상하차 등 유통과정에서의 취급여하에 따라 기계적으로 손상을 받음은 물론 유통기간이 길어짐에 따라 호흡 및 증산작용 등 생리적 작용으로 부패 및 변질이 진행되어 유통과정 중 농산물의 품질저하가 상당한 수준에 이르고 있으나, 이에 대한 관심은 매우 빈약한 실정이다. (중략)

  • 소득 향상과 더불어 식생활 수준도 차츰 개선되고 있으나 식품위생 사고의 사전 방지 및 안전하고 고품질 식품을 최종 소비자인 국민에게 보급하기 위해서는 현재 생산량의 11.1%인 저온유통품을 25% 이상 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 앞으로 미국 및 유럽과의 FTA 체결에 의한 수입 농산물의 증가로 인해 국내 농산물의 가격경쟁력은 더욱 더 저하될 것으로 사료되며, 이를 위한 대비책으로서의 뿐만 아니라 국민의 보건과 건강을 위해서라도 신선도 및 영양가가 산지에서 생산될 때와 거의 같은 정도로 유지시키면서 유통 가능한 시스템이 정부와 지자체가 중심이 되어 구축시킬 필요가 있다고 사료되어, 이를 제안하고자 한다.

Biological Hazard Analysis of Leaf Vegetables and Fruits According to Types of Cultivation and Distribution Systems (엽채류 및 과채류의 재배유형 및 유통경로별 생물학적 위해요소 조사)

  • As the consumption of environmentally friendly agricultural products increases, food safety is at the forefront of public health concerns. We analyzed the biological hazards of 26 species of leaf vegetables and 4 species of fruit according to types of cultivation (conventional or organic filming) and distribution system (giant retailers or organic food stores) using various culture media, automatic bacterial identification systems, and microscopy, Total bacterial count of unwashed agricultural product ranged from $5.2{\times}10^{3}\;to\;1.5{\times}10^{5}\;CFU/mL$ (from 0.1 g of agricultural products), and the average count dropped 25-fold (range, 8-60-fold) after water washing. Microbial levels of washed organic agricultural products were $6.0{\times}10^{2}-1.9{\times}10^{4}\;CFU/mL$, and were not significantly different f개m the microbial loads on conventionally farmed produce. There was no significant difference in bacterial count from agricultural produce purchased from giant retailers or organic food stores. Total microbial count of Chinese cabbage, welsh onion, red chicory and kale were comparatively high, and Enterobacter cloacae was isolated most frequently. Parasites were detected in agricultural products purchased from conventional farm products in the stores of giant retailers, and in organic food stores, and parasite prevalence was especially high in Chinese cabbages and welsh onion. The study indicated that cultivation methods and distribution systems did not cause significant differences in biological contamination levels of agricultural produce. Some vegetables and fruits were highly contaminated effective sanitizing methods to reduce these biological hazards are needed.

  • 현재 운용되고 있는 우수농산물 관리제도는 식품안전시스템으로서 소비자의 신뢰를 확보하는 데 주요한 두가지 문제점이 있다. 첫 번째는 제도의 근간이 되는 생산이력데이타의 입력이 농민과 유통업자 등의 직접입력에 의존하기 때문에 자료의 정확성을 검증하기 불가하다는 것이며 두 번째는 오염된 농산물을 추적하여 회수할 수 없다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 정보기술과 농업현장기술을 결합한 IT융합모델을 고안하였다. 이모델에서는 영상분석시스템을 이용하여 현장 영농 활동을 분류하고 생산이력데이타를 자동생성하며, USN을 기반으로한 실시간 이력추적 시스템을 통해 유통중인 농산물의 현재위치와 안전성 관리자료를 실시간 전송하도록 되어있다.

A Safety Survey of Pesticide Residues on Agricultural Products Marketed in Incheon from 2019 to 2021 (인천광역시 유통 농산물의 잔류농약 안전성 조사)

  • This study investigated pesticide residues in 7,069 agricultural products distributed in the city of Incheon from 2019 to 2021. Ingestion of pesticides can cause serious carcinogenic, endocrine, neurological, and reproductive problems. Pesticide residues in the samples were analyzed using various multi-residue methods (GC-MS/MS, GC-ECD/NPD, LC-MS/MS, and HPLC-UVD) on the Korean Food Code. The violation rate of the samples exceeding the maximum residue level (MRL) of pesticide residues for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021 was 1.0%, 1.4%, and 1.1%, respectively. Diazinon, flubendiamide, procymidone, fluxametamide, and fluquinconazole were the most frequently reported violative pesticide residues. Most commonly encountered agricultural products exceeding MRLs were coriander leaves, chamnamul, chwinamul, welsh onion, and crown daisy. Agricultural products and pesticides frequently exceeding MRLs should be continuously inspected for food safety. Continuous monitoring of pesticide residues in agricultural products is indispensable to improve consumer safety by preventing the distribution of agricultural products exceeding MRLs.

  • Recently, import liberalization begin in earnest through the WTO/FTA. but the interior agriculture status is insufficient to management system. So, interior agriculture will hard hit before import liberalization. Whereupon, the government organs establish GAP standard that elevate a quality of agricultural product. And be in force preferential application to valuable agricultural product like ginseng. In this paper, we designed of management system for culture and distributive of ginseng that correspond of interior GAP standard. And we implementation of system for offered to information of recording data. Also, we recorded of data that weather, insect, agrochemical and manure for studing of good product. And we introduced monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for efficient system management.
