The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of financial structure on management performance for financial consulting through 562 small and medium sized enterprises in GyeongIn area. Meanwhile, the independent variables are non current assets ratio, total assets turnover ratio and debt ratio, the dependent variables are operating profit on sale and net profit on equity. Generally speaking, the financial structure have a positive effects on management performance.

기업의 경제적 성과측정 또는 경제적 척도로서 토빈의 Q는 가치에 대해 산출된 경제적 가치를 계산함으로써 이론적인 경제적 효율성의 개념에 가장 근접한 개념으로 평가되고 있다. 그러나 정확한 계산이 어려운 토빈의 Q대신 실제로는 회계적 수익률, 주가 수익률 및 장부가격 대비 시장가치 비율(MB)등이 편의상 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 성과 측정 변수들간의 상관관계를 실증적으로 검증함으로써 이들 세 유형의 변수들이 토빈 Q의 대용적(代用的) 변수(變數)로서 신뢰성과 유용성이 있는지를 판정하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 MB를 제외하고는 이들 변수들이나 또는 이들의 조합이 토빈 Q비율을 충분히 설명하기에는 너무 미흡하여 토빈 Q의 대용변수로서 경제적 효율성의 판단기준으로 사용될 경우에 그 신뢰성에 의문이 제기될 여지가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 특히, 회계적 수익률은 토빈 Q비율에 대한 설명력이 현저히 낮을 뿐 아니라, 이러한 결과는 수익률의 이동평균을 사용하거나, 연구개발비나 계열기업집단의 소속여부에 의해 잠재적인 무형자산의 영향을 반영할 수 있도록 수익률을 보완하여 사용하더라도 그 설명력이 크게 개선되지 않는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

For verifying consistency and completeness of some UML diagrams as a representative of the graphic notations for object-oriented designs, we first give an analysis of some UML diagrams and apply simple ER model to the UML diagrams. Next, we formally define this graphical representation as a set of sets and a set of functions. According to the semantics of these functions, we derive a set of rules to assure the consistency and completeness of this graphical representation. These rules will be included with a CASE tool, which possesses both the diagramming facility and the consistency and completeness checking capability.

Recently the portion of international collaborative research in national R&D is being on the increase. But the management system of products from the international collaborative research is not sufficient. Not only the internal management system of public research institute, universities or government support R&D centers, are not enough, but also the legislations in government level are not established. In this paper, the problems and situations of product management system in international collaborative research are investigated and analyzed, and the methodology of improvement of them are presented.

보안 취약성이 끊임없이 보고되고 있다. 이는 보안솔루션의 초기 효과수준을 유지하기 위해서는, 새로운 취약성이 보고되면 즉시 대처하는 지속적 관리활동이 필요함을 뜻한다. 한편 기업성과 개선을 위한 IT투자성과관리가 강조되는 가운데, 정보보호 솔루션 도입 시 재무적 타당성 증명이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 여러 형태의 ROSI(Security ROI)가 제시되었으나, 지속적 보호활동에 따른 관리비용이 중요하게 다루어져야 함에도 불구하고 비용에 대한 고려가 적고 효과산정에만 치우쳐, 경영자의 의사 결정을 지원하는 실제적인 재무 성과지표로 활용될 수 없었다. 이에 본 논문은 조직수준의 비용효과 최적화를 추구하는 정보보호 관리체계에 기반을 두어 효과를 산정하고, 비용 산정은 지속적 관리활동이라는 특징을 반영하여 TCO에 기반을 둔 개선된 ROSI를 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 ROSI를 활용한 보안솔루션 평가사례를 제시한다. 증명이 어려운 정보보호 분야 투자타당성 증명은 물론 보안솔루션 선택 시 실제적인 의사결정 판단근거로서 활용될 수 있다.

This study presents service quality and system quality on ERP system and verifies how each factor influences the users satisfaction. This study finally verifies relationship among job satisfaction, job performance and satisfaction of system.

The goal of this study is to propose a precision improvement scheme for long baseline determination based on the use of IGS ephemeris and different cutoff angles. It is also to present the adjustment results of ’96 Korea GPS fiducial network. In order to obtain more accurate coordinates in precise geodetic surveying, the revision of specification is necessary for the field operation and procedure of baseline processing.

Flow is an optimal psychological state that people experience when engaged in an activity that is both appropriately challenging to one's skill level, often resulting in immersion and concentrated focus on a task. Through the study model, we found that Flow can result in deep learning and high levels of learning performance.
