많은 연구기관에서 연구성과물로 연구보고서, 논문, 특허등의 산출물을 생산하고 있다. 이러한 데이터는 기관의 특성과 자체적으로 운영되고 있는 정보서비스의 성격에 따라 고유의 데이터 스키마와 형태를 가지고 있다. 또한 연구성과물(논문,연구보고서)을 체계적으로 관리하고, 데이터의 부가가치를 높이기 위해 서로의 데이터의 연계와 융합을 통해 새로운 정보서비스가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 네트워크간 에 있는 데이터를 연계하기 위해 데이터 상호 운용을 활용하고, 이를 위한 방안으로 MAS(Multi Agent System)기반의 연계프레임워크를 통해 연구보고서의 체계적인 수집 및 서비스를 위한 데이터의 융합을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

To identify current status of research funding and open access, this study analyzed the data available in science and technology articles had been published by S university's faculty members. The study showed that 71% of the articles funded by their universities or other research sponsors, whereas very few of articles have been self-archived for open access. So, government-sponsored research outputs could not be found in search engine Google Scholar. In developed countries, researchers who have received grants by the public or private sponsors should not only publish articles on scholarly journals but also deposit their digital research outputs in the repositories. Therefore, it is advisable for Korea research sponsors to strengthen and carry out open access mandate related laws. It is very important for universities as well as for their faculties that published articles' impact can be maximized by enabling open access. So, universities may as well construct their repositories and collect the contents with enthusiasm.

The Korean Government is promoting Korean Land Spatialization Program(KLSP) to commercialize and practice of the technology from 2006 to 2012. It is preparing for field test to make research achievements verified in Sejong City by selecting a test-bed area. It creates the conditions to be satisfied standards that can be recognized at internal and external. This paper proposes to design a test bed considering site conditions and various requirements for performance verification of Surveying Equipments in KLSP.

Domestic buildings account for 25% of national greenhouse gas emissions and 20% of energy consumption, so energy efficiency improvement of buildings is recognized as the main target of national energy demand management. To improve the energy efficiency of the building, policies are implemented by preparing "zero-energy building national roadmaps" and enhancing the efficiency of national energy demand management through early activation as a result of expansion of the mandatory zero-energy building. Also, there is a growing need to verify the performance of energy savings after the construction is completed. Therefore, methods for evaluating energy performance of buildings should be suggested. This paper aims to develop and present methods for verifying energy performance of Zero Energy School, which can be applied internationally, by visiting domestic schools on-site at the same time as international standards and guidance analysis.

본 논문의 주목적은 불연속 또는 연속계 구조물의 시스템 신뢰성해석(system reliability analysis)을 위한 보다 일반적인 방법을 소개하는데 있다. 본 논문에서는, 확대하중증분법(extended incremental load method)이라고 불리우는데, 지금까지의 신뢰성 해석법 중 종래의 하중증분법이 갖는 단점을 보완하고, 여러 형태의 하중이 작용하는 구조물에 대해, 부재의 파괴후 거동(post-ultimate behaviour)을 다른 방법보다 더 실제적으로 고려할 수 있는 장점을 갖도록 개발한 것이다. 본 방법의 또 하나의 장점은 구조설계시 사용하는 강도공식(strength formula) 을 시스템 신뢰성 해석에서 직접 이용할 수 있다는 점이다. 이 방법은 부유식 해양구조물 같은 연속계 구조물의 시스템 신뢰성 해석을 위해 개발되었는데, 이 논문에서는 실제 구조물은 다루지 않고, 방법의 정당성과 아울러 수정된 안전여유식의 적용가능성을 보여주는 것에 중점을 두었다. 본 논문의 부유식 해양구조물들에 적용한 결과는 후일 발표할 예정이다.

Analyzed information from research outcomes such as papers, reports and patents is important data as an indicator for setting up the direction of future research policy, as well as is essential for active sharing and dissemination of research information and cooperative work between researchers. In this paper, as a method for presenting the analyzed information easily, accurately and systematically, we describe a method that processes the information about research outcomes into ontology-based knowledge and expands the knowledge by reasoning. Especially, we focus on the definition of analyzed information from research outcomes and queries and postprocess for obtaining the analyzed information from the ontology-based knowledge.

This study analyzed the factors influencing the technology transfer of Government-Funded Research Institutes from the perspective of resource-based view. In particular, we analyzed the effects of research resources, research capacity, and research results diffusion variables on technology transfer performance. The research resource variables affect the primary output of R&D (patents, research papers) but direct effect on the technology transfer performance was very weak. Among the research competency variables, patent-related variables such as patent registration, patent holdings have a significant effect on the technology transfer performance. However, the research papers have a negative effect on the technology transfer performance. The research results diffusion variables such as TLO organization and TLO budget may partly have a positive impact on technology transfer, but the statistical significance is not clear.

Open science policies are spreading that disclose, share, and utilize research results produced through government public funds. As a policy to revitalize open science, interest in research support services that allow easy search, access, and reuse of results is increasing. To support services to provide researchers with various information, we propose a research resource knowledge graph model to meaningfully express the relationship between the scattered various outcome data. In this paper, it contributes to the improvement of the service of the national research data platform DataON by meaningfully connecting national R&D task information, researcher information, performance information, and research data information.
