제1장에서는 CD-ROM의 호환성에 대해서 생각하였으며 특히 물리포맷과 논리포맷의 두가지가 있음을 기술하였고 제2장에서는 논리포맷의 표준화가 어떻게 시작되었는가에 대해 언급하였다. 제3장에서는 미국에서 검토가 진행되고 있는 표준규격안의 내용을 소개하고 제4장에서는 CD-ROM과 CD-I 포맷과의 관련에 대해 기술하였다.

지리 정보 시스템(GIS)은 그 특성상 대용량의 GIS 데이타를 사용하며, 다양한 운영체제와 하드웨어 상에서 구현된다. 이렇게 상이한 운영체제와 하드웨어상의 공간데이타들은 일반적으로 서로 다른 GIS 데이타 포맷을 갖고 있기 때문에 효율적인 자료 교환이 불가능하다면 데이타 공유가 매우 어려울 뿐만 아니라 공통 데이터의 중복 보관 및 관리로 인해 막대한 경제적 손실을 가져온다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국외에서는 이미 GIS 데이타 교환을 위한 방안으로 공통 교환 표준 포맷 작업이 10여년 전부터 진행되어왔으며, 국내의 경우도 국가 차원에서 지리 정보시스템의 국가 표준을 설정하고, 기본 공간 데이타베이스를 구축하고 있다. 그리하여, 국가 기본 포맷과 공통 데이타 교환 포맷의 표준으로 SDTS(Spatial Data Transfer Standard)를 채택하였다. 본 논문에서는 범용의 SDTS 변환 시스템의 구현에 필요한 공간 데이타 분석, 논리적 설계, 물리적 설계 등의 전반적인 SDTS 변환과정, 테스트 검증 사항, 그리고 반드시 지켜야 할 규칙들을 제시한다. 마지막으로, 실제 공간 데이타인 GOTHIC과 SDTS 간의 변환 시스템의 설계와 구현에 대해서 언급한다.

가상 기계란 하드웨어로 이루어진 물리적 시스템과 달리 소프트웨어로 제작되어 논리적인 시스템 구성을 갖는 개념적인 프로세서이다. 기상 기계 기술은 프로세서나 운영체제가 바뀌더라도 응용프로그램을 변경하지 않고 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 임베디드 시스템을 위한 기상 기계 기술은 모바일 장치나 디지털-TV 등에 탑재할 수 있는 핵심기술로서 다운로드 솔루션에서는 꼭 필요한 소프트웨어 기술이다. 현재 EVM이라 명명된 임베디드 시스템을 일한 가상 기계에 대하여 연구가 진행 중이다. 이러한 연구의 일환으로 본 논문에서는 기존의 가상 기계를 위안 실행 파일 포맷들의 분석을 기반으로 하여 임베디드 시스템을 위한 실행 파일 포맷인 EVM 파일 포맷(EFF)을 정의한다. 또한 제안한 EFF의 완전성을 증명하기 위하여, 기존에 널리 사용되고 있는 실행 파일인 클래스 파일을 이용해서 구조적으로 증명한다.

This paper describes the design and implementation of ODA document formatter with the capability of interchange for the structured multimedia document information between heterogeneous systems. We designed the formatter generating the specific layout structure by the generic about structure and establishing relationship between specific logical/layout structure by interaction of user. For it, we proposed backtracking mechanism and processing rules of layout directive. Especially, we implemented and interactive method as user interface for ease creation of a document due to show user transparently complicated internal of structure.

본 논문에서 기존의 항만물류 EDI가 가진 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 제시된 XML/EDI에 대해 살펴보고, 항만 물류에 XML/EDI를 적용하기 위해 기존의 EDI 메시지를 처리하기 위한 브라우저를 개발한다. XML 문서의 논리적인 구조를 표현하는 방식에 DTD(Document Type Definition)과 XML Schema가 있는데, 여기서는 다양한 데이터 타입를 가지고 있는 XML Schema를 사용해 EDI메시지의 구조를 표현한다. 또한 XML/EDI는 인터넷을 기반으로 하므로 웹을 통해 EDI 메시지를 교환하고자, 메시지 포맷으로 XML을 사용하며, 통신방법은 HTTP를 사용한다.

SGML/XML 기반 문서 정보 시스템의 문서 포맷은 인간이 비교적 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며 기존의 문서 정보 시스템에서는 접근 불가한 레벨까지 인간이 접근할 수 있는 통로를 제공한다. 또한, 문서처리 관점에서 보면 기존의 각 CAL/EC관련 응용 프로그램에서 생성된 데이터는 문서 또는 파일 단위의 접근으로 업무레벨에 도움을 주는 것이 제한적인 것에 반해 SGML/XML 기반 문서정보 시스템은 DTD(Document Type Definition)에서 설계된 엘리먼트, 속성, 엔티티 등의 단위까지 접근할 수 있는 Mechanism으로 기존의 문서 정보 시스템과 차별화 되는 지식 매체로서 지식기반 시스템의 하부 프레임워크를 제공한다. SGML/XML 기반 문서 정보 시스템의 요소로서 SGML/XML 문서 정보 검색 시스템은 표현된 계층적 논리정보를 이용하여 다양한 문서 접근점을 제공할 수 있으며, 사용자 요구에 적합한 문서의 재사용 및 동적인 문서제시를 가능하게 한다. 또한, SGML/XML 문서 정보 관리 시스템은 공동 저작을 위한 세부 논리적 단위별 check-in/check-out, 액세스 제어, 버전닝 기능 등을 제공하여 기업 내 자산 관리를 위한 새로운 파라다임을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 구현 사례와 더불어 SGML/XML 기술이 CALS/EC 추진에 주는 영향과 향후 바람직한 CALS/EC 또는 가상기업(Virtual Enterprise)구축을 위한 기술적 방향에 대해 논한다.

In this paper we implemented various image processing filtering using the format converter. This design method is based on realized the large processor-per-pixel array by integrated circuit technology. These two types of integrated structure are can be classify associative parallel processor and parallel process DRAM (or SRAM) cell. Layout pitch of one-bit-wide logic is Identical memory cell pitch to array high density PEs in integrate structure. This format converter design has control path implementation efficiently, and can be utilize the high technology without complicated controller hardware. Sequence of array instruction are generated by host computer before process start, and instructions are saved on unit controller. Host computer is executed the pixel-parallel operation starting at saved instructions after processing start. As a result, we obtained three result that 1) simple smoothing suppresses higher spatial frequencies, reducing noise but also blurring edges, 2) a smoothing and segmentation process reduces noise while preserving sharp edges, and 3) median filtering may be applied to reduce image noise. Median filtering eliminates spikes while maintaining sharp edges and preserving monotonic variations in pixel values.

A virtual machine is a conceptual computer with a logical system configuration, made of software unlike physical systems made of hardware. Virtual machine technology for embedded systems is a requisite software technology for download solutions such as mobile devices, digital TVs, etc. At present, a research of virtual machines for embedded systems named EVM(Embedded Virtual Machine) is in progress. As a part of the research, we define the EFF(Executable File Format) as a file format for embedded systems. We also prove completeness of EFF by structurally mapping class file widely used to EFF.

Recently, the central government organizations have changed their Business Management System to the cloud-based On-nara Document 2.0. According to this, the National Archives of Korea is spreading a cloud-based records management system. With the development of digital technology, including cloud computing, preservation and utilization of records must be redesigned continuously to be effective and efficient. It is needed that the process and method of the electronic records management will change from simple digitization of paper-based recording to digital technology. This article offers opinions related to the logical transfer, storage and redundancy elimination of digital objects, machine-readable format, big-data analysis, templates of official documents, and authenticity authentication system based on universally unique identifiers (UUID) and hash value.

Early, national basic topographical map has been represented, stored, supplied in form of DXF(Data eXchange Format) and present digital map is equipped as over form. Since many parts of digital map has been equipped newly to use early digital map form for geographic information system. Especially, many structural editing and geographical search are demanded to exclude geometric inconsistency and logical inconsistency included in the existing digital map. As above, DXF is unsuitable data format to use in geographic information system. For the sake of efficient format, Digital Map Ver. 2.0 that is new map format was developed. In this study, we developed the Mobile Viewer program development which can let us see immediately the digital maps produced in the form of Digital Map Ver. 2.0.
