본 연구는 노인의 삶의 질 향상에 대한 관심으로부터 출발하여 인구의 고령화에 따라 늘어난 노후에 대한 준비로 삶의 만족도 수준을 높이는 것을 궁극적인 목표로 삼았다. 이를 위해 노후준비의 하위 유형을 신체적 노후준비, 경제적 노후준비, 정서 사회적 노후준비로 구성하여 이를 다중 독립변인으로 설정하였다. 또한 사회적 지지를 매개변인, 삶의 만족도를 종속변인으로 하여 각 변인 간 구조적 관계를 밝히고, 노후준비의 하위 유형과 삶의 만족도 간 사회적 지지가 매개효과를 갖는지 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 국민노후보장패널(Korean Retirement and Income Study: KReIS) 3차 및 5차 부가조사 자료로부터 추출한 65세 이상의 노인 4,058명이다. 자료 분석을 위해서는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro v2.16을 활용하였다. 연구결과 노후준비의 하위 유형 중 정서 사회적 노후준비는 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 직접효과를 발생시켰을 뿐만 아니라, 사회적 지지의 매개를 통해서도 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 달성하는 데 중요한 변수인 정서 사회적 노후준비와 사회적 지지 제고를 위한 사회복지 정책 및 실천적 방안을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the general concept and preparation process for successful aging. At the same time another object is to find out factors which were affecting influences on the preparations for the old age and analyze the relationships between the factors and preparation for old age. 280 questionnaires were distributed to over 40 years-old workers working in Banwol and Siwha industrial complex in Kyeonggi-do. Using 261 questionnaires, frequency analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, etc were executed with SPSS 18.0 to fulfill the purposes. Findings of the study are as follows. First, health condition had a positive effect on the general preparation for old age, but age, educational career, monthly income, religion and the number of children had partially positive effects. Second, job satisfaction had a positive effect on physical and economical preparation for old age, but job commitment had a positive effect on economical preparation only. Third, Age, educational career, spouse, religion, health condition and the number of children showed different effects on those preparations.

This study was carried out in order to seek social support direction by allowing them to recognize necessity of preparing for their stably old age life and by inquiring into the preparation for old age life targeting dental hygienists who work at dental clinics. It sent questionnaire by post to dental hygienists of 1,560 dental clinics, which were sampled with a stratified sampling method, and then conducted a cross-sectional study based on self-administration. As a result of a problem of being worried in old age life, the ratio with the response as saying of being 'economy' was indicated to be the highest. The ratio of financial preparation for old age was shown to be high with 84.3%. Its method was the highest in 'fixed deposit and installment savings' with 62.6%. The satisfaction with financial preparation for old age stood at averagely 2.60, thereby having shown to be dissatisfied. It was shown to be low with 2.97 in the mean score of physical preparation for old age life, 3.59 in emotional preparation, and 2.56 in preparation for leisure. In conclusion, the satisfaction with financial preparation for old age life in our country's dental hygienists was low. Even the physical, emotional, and leisure-based preparations were shown to be low. Hence, it is considered to be likely needed to be planned preparation for old age life from the 30s. Also, for this, Korean Dental Hygienists Association needs to positively develop several kinds of programs such as education, policy and system for old age life following these people's retirement.

Extension of life expectancy and retirement of baby-boomers from 2010 made big population senior citizens, and concerns about retirement was heightened. Researches to remove the concerns about retirement found out that awareness for senior age life and financial preparation actions for retirement influence retirement life both directly and indirectly. This research identified the influence of financial retirement preparation on related variables, and analyzed its control effect on retirement and senior life perception, retirement preparation actions, and retirement satisfaction level. For that, from Nov 2015 to Feb 2016, this research surveyed 1,500 people from 20 to 69, by mailing or visiting with survey, noting purpose and process of research, eliminating 83 insufficient replies, and analyzing 1,417 surveys. This result shows the better retirement preparation, the more positive retirement and senior life perception, retirement preparation actions, and retirement satisfaction level. This research is significant as basic data for general and practical retirement preparation program development.

This study analyzes the perception of the old age life effects on the preparation for old age plan for veterans who are somewhat isolated from our society in spite of the increasing importance of the old age plan due to the rapid population aging society in Korea. The result of the study shows that meaningful differences in terms of characteristics of sociology of population are rank, level of education, religion, composition of family members in old age life plan in two parts(economic, leisure), whereas only property in physical part has a meaningful difference. That indicates the result was reflected by the character of military. The study on how veterans' perception of the old life affects the old age plan applied two contrasting factors - 'the successful perception of old age life' and 'the perception of expected matters in old age'. That represents those factors(economic, leisure) made positive effects on preparation for old age plan, but not in physical part. 'Expected perception of matters' made regulation effect, but 'success of old age perception' didn't in terms of regulation effect of learning activity as part of the veterans vocational training programs.

This study has focused on the degree of recognition and preparation for the old age life of public servants. The subjects of this research were 731 middle-aged public employees in Pusan, Ulsan, Kyeong-Nam Province. The data were collected using a self-administrated questionnaire. The following results were obtained. First, 67.2% respondents were women. Over 45-years old were 28.4%, Middle level quality of life were 46.1%, Over 20-years career were 26.7%, Administration staffs were 33.4%, and 7th grade were 31.9%. Second, In Recognition for the old age life, Respondents and their spouse have the primary responsibility of the dependent elderly. Preferred life area was suburban rural area. The order of anticipated problems of the old age life was financial problem, health problem, and leisure activity. Third, Actually, in preparation for the old age life, the order of respondents preparation was financial stability, health, and leisure activity. Forth, In the satisfaction degree of public pension for the old age life, the order of respondence was insufficient (56.0%), appropriate (17.2%), and ignorant(26.8%).

This study examined the aging of people with severe disabilities experiencing relative alienation and deprivation in an aging society to find ways to make them happy and economically stable. This study identified the determinants of economic preparation for aging among people with severe disabilities using the ecosystem perspective. For this study, data were drawn from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED). A total of 950 samples were used from the eighth wave. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the influence of various factors. As a result, age, level of education, employment, subjective socioeconomic status, self-esteem, income, homeowner, and non-beneficiaries affected the economic preparation for aging. These findings have practical and political implications concerned with improving the economic preparations for aging among people with severe disabilities.

The present study identified the factors of economic retirement preparation for people living with disabilities using the Andersen's behavioral model. The 2012 Disabled Employment Panel Survey data were collected from May 21, 2012 to July 31, 2012 and were analyzed by applying the SPSS 20 program. Logistic regression analysis was carried out on a sample of 2,869 people aged 30 to 60 years. The predisposing factors (education, marital status), possibility factors (employment, non-basic livelihood security recipient status, homeowner status, income), and desire factors (subjective socioeconomic status, life satisfaction, self-esteem) affected the retirement preparation. To help people living with disabilities, policies and programs based on the factors that reflect the individual needs must be established.

The purpose for this study was to figure out the effect factors of baby boom generation' leisure and preparation for old aged on life satisfaction and moderated regression for spouse support. A survey of baby boom generation who are living in Seoul and metropolitan areas was conducted 406 collected data. The results are as follows. First, Leisure had influences on life satisfaction. Second, Preparation for old aged and independent leisure had a positive effect on life satisfaction. Third, Preparation for old aged had mediate leisure on the effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, spouse support. had moderated regression leisure on the effect on life satisfaction. Fifth, Moderated regression for spouse support. had a negative effect on life satisfaction mediated economic preparation for old aged and had a positive effect on life satisfaction mediated physical preparation for old aged.

The purpose of this study is to check effects on the awareness of parents supporting in their self retirement preparation of the baby boomer generations who have faced relatively bad situation in this era considering the reality of great changes brought in the parents supporting spirit which was regarded as family and individual responsibility due to the rapid industrialization and urbanization. In the result of this study, some points such as religious, living status and monthly average earning show meaningful result and also all of the colligation in the retirement preparation standard concerning economic living life, health life, leisure time, family life, dwelling life and leisure life shows most significance probability of .001(*p<0.05) and retirement preparation standard relative to economic life indicates significance probability of .005(*p<0.05). Eventually this result shows that the higher people have retirement standard, the higher parents supporting sprit they have. So I would like to suggest some policy advices on the basis of this study. First stable supporting policy on their dwelling life should be assisted by differential methods, secondly social programs aid for leisure life through social activities like volunteer work are required, further more national based policy supports for youngsters are considered in order to reduce economic daily life on their economic activities.
