노인간병가족의 부담요인 및 부담완화를 위한 사회복지서비스와 실천방법의 효과에 관한 연구 (Factors of Caregiving Burden and the Effectiveness of Social Welfare Services for the Family Caregivers of the Impaired Older Persons)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the buffering effect of social welfare services on the relationship between the level of older persons' impairment and burden experienced by the family caregivers. It also assessed the level of caregiving burden as well as the effect of both older person's impairment and the characteristics of the caregivers on burden. The survey data collected from 150 community residing family caregivers was used for analyses. Findings are as follows. First, the caregivers are more burdened in the deterioration of mental health, scarce time for oneself, and the suffering of social life than in other areas of burden. Second, the more severe the physical and the mental impairment of the elder, the more burden the caregivers experience. The caregivers' characteristics such as the worse mental health, the lower level of attachment to the elder, the longer caregiving hours are also related to the higher level of caregiving burden. Third, the caregivers' use of adult day care and respite care services buffer the relationship between the level of impairment of older persons and the caregiving burden. However, social work counselling, visiting nurse, homemaker services do not have such buffering effects. Among informal support, instrumental support buffers the relationship between the elder's physical impairment and burden, while emotional support buffers the relationship between the elder's mental impairment and burden. According to the results, implication for social welfare services and practice methods for the family caregivers was discussed.

  • 최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)에 대한 사회적 인식과 관심이 높아지면서 이것이 미치는 사회적 영향과 파장에 대한 연구와 이를 이용한 다양한 전략들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 센서를 사용할 수 있는 피지컬 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 SNS와의 연동 방법을 구성하고 그 중 오픈소스 환경인 아두이노와 다양한 센서들을 Open API를 제공하는 트위터와의 연동을 통해 의사표현에 제약이 있는 장애인들을 위해 이 기술이 사용될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 각종 센서에서 받아오는 값을 이용해 트위터와 연동을 하여 메시지를 전송하는 방식으로 구성하였다.

  • 본 논문은 이미지코드의 전처리 단계에서 노이즈 제거시 방향성을 다르게 하였을 때 그 노이즈 제거율을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 이미지코드에서 전처리단계는 코드를 인식을 결정하는 중요한 단계로서 원할한 서비스와 인식률을 높이기 위해서는 그 성능을 높일 필요가 있다. 기존에 제시되었던 단방향성을 가지는 노이제 제거 방식에서는 주변영역과 연결된 부분을 노이즈로 인식한다는데 있어서는 동일하지만 방향성을 가진 특성상 노이즈를 제거할 수 없는 부분이 있다는데서 착안되었다. 제시된 나선형 및 양방형 성 마스킹 방식을 가지고 노이즈 제거시 단방향으로는 제거할 수 없었던 부분의 제거율을 상당히 높일 수 있었고, 전처리 단계에서의 인식률도 높일 수 있게 되었다. 실험을 통해 제거된 노이즈의 픽셀을 단방향성, 나선형, 양방향성, 방식을 각각 비교 평가하였다. 단방향성 노이즈 제거방식에서는 노이즈 마스크가 방향성을 가지기 때문에 노이즈를 제거할 수 없는 부분이 있지만, 제안된 양방향성, 나선형 노이즈 마스크를 사용하면 단방향성보다 향상된 노이즈 제거율을 볼 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: This research intended to explore a causal relationship among empowerment, job satisfaction, organizational citizen behavior, and customer orientation of employees working at the elderly care hospital, and we intended to explore mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior(OCB) and moderating role in the relationship of them. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 388 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: All theoretical relationships on research model were turned out except one between empowerment and customer orientation. Job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior play an important mediating role in the research model. LMX plays a moderating role in the research model. Conclusion: In order to delegate the duties of the elderly nursing facility and to manage and operate the efficient human resources, the quality of the LMX should be raised so that the empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of the employees ultimately strengthen the customer orientation of them.

노인요양시설 입소자의 장기요양등급 개선과 서비스 질 관련요인 (The Related Factors with Improvement of Long-term Care Need of Residents and Quality of Service in Long-term Care Facility)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among staffing, occupancy rate, upward level change of long-term care need, and evaluation grade of facility. Data were obtained from National Health Insurance Corporation Database. Occupancy rate and evaluation grade were highest in National/public operating facilities, while they were worst in individual operating facilities. The percents of A or B grade in evaluation grade (by newly enforced law) is highest in National/public operating facilities. Multiple regression analysis showed that upward level change of care needs was very weakly associated with the number of doctors. Evaluation grade showed a weak and significant association with occupancy ratey(by old-version law)(r=.20, p<.01), upward level change of care need in group home(r=.23, p<.01) Staffing in facility did not show significantly consistent association with upward level change of care needs, evaluation grade, and occupancy rate.

65세 이상 본인부담 상한 적용 노인의 의료서비스 이용 현황과 특성 (Status and Characteristics of Applying a Copayment Ceiling for the Elderly)

  • Objectives: This study is the human factors and disease factors of the copayment system for the elderly (>65 years old) and to identify does the current status and characteristics of the applied elderly and conducted to provide basic data. Methods: Sample cohort data from the National Health Insurance Corporation database, from the years 2012-2015, were analyzed of 21,772 elderly people over the copayment ceiling. Results: The ratio of those who exceeded the copayment ceiling system rose sharply from progressive rates of 3.39% in 2012, 3.69% in 2013 and 5.03% in 2014, to rates of 37.13% from 2013. Factors identified that affect the instances of being over the copayment ceiling were: age, income group, region, severity, disability, sickness distribution, inpatient days, and outpatient days. Conclusions: The reorganization of the copayment ceiling system in 2014 favored low-income families of the elderly, but in 2015, the proportion of elderly was low (only 5.78%). The government's policies needs to change to allow for the amount of the deductible upper limit for low- and middle- income groups to be further subdivided in order for the elderly to receive more deductibles.

  • 제노테크(주)는 NFC기반 2 factor 전자결제시스템의 보안기능 향상을 위해 FIDO인증기술을 이전받았으며 이를 활용하여 새로운 서비스인 갤러리-옥션을 개발하였고 대구 전시회에서 데모 시연을 진행하였다. 시연 결과 배너 제작 및 설치, UI변경, 동작 순서 변경 등의 개선 요구 사항이 있었으며 요구 사항을 바탕으로 갤러리-옥션을 개선하였다. 이후 개선된 갤러리-옥션의 2차 데모시연을 '아트:광주:17'에서 진행하였고 동시에 '아트:광주:17'의 시간당 입장객 수를 분석 및 시각화를 수행하였다.

노인의료전문병원의 급식서비스 인카운터에 대한 중요도-만족도 연구 (The Importance-Satisfaction Study of Hospital Foodservice Encounters at the Elderly Health-Care Facilities)

  • Institutional care is often necessary for the health and well-being of the elderly. Good quality foodservice provided at long-term care facilities not only includes patients satisfaction but also cares for good health, contributing to the stability of foodservice management. The purpose of this study was to assess the importance and satisfaction attributes of foodservice management by hospitalized elderly patients. The data were collected via questionnaire by a one-to-one interview with 194 hospitalized elderly patients in six different hospitals. According to the results of dependent t-tests, overall mean scores for the importance attributes (3.96) and satisfactory attributes (3.83) were significantly different (p<0.001). As indicated by the patients, the recognized importance attributes were the kindness of foodservice personnel (4.19), kind smiles by foodservice personnel (4.16), and kind speaking by foodservice personnel (4.12). The most recognized satisfaction attributes were kindness of foodservice personnel (4.36), bedside meal service by foodservice personnel (4.25), kind speaking by foodservice personnel (4.24), kind smiles by foodservice personnel (4.24), and sanitary uniforms worn by foodservice personnel (4.21). These results suggest that the above encounter attributes (importance-satisfaction) would be useful tools for hospital foodservices to adopt, in order to control foodservice quality and satisfy the nutritional needs of elderly patients.

라즈베리파이 서버 & SEN Remote HMI 앱 기반의 스마트 홈 제어 (Smart Home Control based on Raspberry Pi Server & SEN Remote HMI App)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 제어를 위해서 라즈베리파이 서버 기반으로 SEN Remote HMI 앱 툴을 활용하였다. 스마트 홈 구현을 위한 관련된 많은 제품들이 출시되어 있지만 대기업에서 주도하여 구축한 스마트 홈 시스템의 폐쇄성 및 인터넷 서비스 회사(ISP)의 관련 제품들의 연동성 부족으로 인해서 활용성이 제한적이다. 이에 개방형이며 저가인 라즈베리파이를 서버로 구축하고, 안드로이드 기반의 그래픽 프로그래밍 소프트웨어인 SEN Remote HMI를 활용한 스마트 홈 제어 시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 기반으로 라즈베리파이와 아두이노의 인터페이스를 통한 시스템 확장 및 추가적인 연동을 구축하면, 스마트 홈 구현을 위한 사물인터넷(IoT) 환경으로 확대가 가능해 질 것으로 기대된다.

스마트폰 뱅킹 서비스 품질을 고려한 사용자 이용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Users' Intention to Use Considering Service Quality of Smartphone Banking)

  • Purpose First, this study examines the relationship between characteristics of smartphone banking and trust of smartphone banking. Second, this study investigates the impact of perceived benefit on the trust and usage intention of smartphone banking. Finally, this study considers moderating effect of service quality in the relationships between perceived benefit and trust and usage intention of smartphone-based mobile banking. Design/methodology/approach This research uses the survey method to test its hypotheses, the survey population is smartphone baking users. A software tool called AMOS 17.0 used to analyze the research model. Findings The results showed that characteristics of smartphone banking channel like compatibility, timeliness, and mobility had a positive effect on the trust of smartphone banking. The device familiarity showed a significant positive impact on trust of smartphone banking. While the service quality moderated the relationship between trust and usage intention of smartphone banking, moderating effect of service quality in the relationship between perceived benefit and its usage intention was not significant. The results of this study could provide a theoretical framework to explain customers' decision of smartphone banking and practical implications for banking venders.
