  • 1970년대 이후 중화학공업을 중심으로 산업이 발전하면서, 위험한 기계·기구를 사용하게 되었다. 더 나아가 각 산업마다 새로운 공법을 채용하면서 산업재해가 과거에 비해 더 빈번하게 나타나고, 그 피해 역시 과거에 비해 매우 광범위하게 나타났다. 특히, 유해물질을 대량으로 사용하는 산업이 다양해지고, 작업환경 역시 각 산업에 따라 다른 모습을 보이자 이에 따른 직업병의 발생이 기하급수적으로 증가하였다. 이러한 위험은 직접적으로 근로자의 생명과 건강을 해칠 뿐 아니라 사용자에게도 경제적 피해를 주게 되었다. 이러한 위험에 효율적으로 대처하기 위하여 적극적·종합적인 산업안전보건관리가 필요하게 되어 산업안전보건법이 제정되었다. 하지만 산업안전보건법이 제정된 이후에도 같은 사고가 재발하고 현장관리의 소홀, 노동환경 개선 등이 이루어지지 않으며 비슷한 사망사고가 재발하였다. 이러한 산업재해사고를 막기 위해 다양한 방법을 강구하여 왔지만 큰 실효를 보지 못하자 실질적인 효과를 보기 위해 영국의 '기업살인법'을 참고하여 사업주, 경영주, 경영책임자에게 직접적인 책임을 묻고 중대재해 예방과 일하는 사람과 시민의 생명·신체를 보호함에 있음을 분명히 하기 위해 중대재해처벌법이 제정되었다. 이러한 법률이 제정됨에 따라 재해 및 안전에 관한 관심이 전국민적으로 증가하게 되었고 과거보다 많은 관심을 받게 되었다. 그에 따라 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간에 발생한 산업, 중대재해 등에 대하여 발생 사고, 발생 원인, 발생 기간에 따라 정리하였다. 본 연구는 향후 산업, 중대재해 등에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 4차 산업혁명의 시대적 요구에 따라 스마트워크, 원격진료, 메타버스 등 원격 접속 기반의 사회 인프라 환경이 확산되고 있으며, 코로나19는 이와 같은 원격접속 환경을 가속화하였다. 원격 접속 환경에서는 공간, 시간, 단말 등의 제약으로부터 비교적 자유롭게 기업 내부의 중요 자원 및 서비스를 이용할 수 있기 때문에 노동 생산성을 증대시킨다는 이점은 있으나, 충분히 검증받지 않은 작업 환경이기 때문에 보안적 측면에서는 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 또한 전통적인 정보보호 관리체계에서는 원격접속 환경은 허용하지 않거나 최소화한다는 기본 사상을 바탕으로 설계되어 있기 정보보호 전략적 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 정보보호 전략적 한계를 개선하기 위해 제로 트러스트 아키텍처 기반의 정보보호 관리체계 구축에 대한 방안을 제언한다.

The Relationship Between Emotional Labor and Influence Factor in Dental Hygienist Who Work at Jeonla Provinces (전라남·북 지역에 근무하는 치과위생사의 감정노동과 관련요인)

  • This study was designed to identify the relationship between emotional labor and reaction factor(job satisfaction, fatigue), buffer factor(social support) among dental hygienist. The number of respondents was 50 who work in dental clinic and period of investigation was march 2010 through April 2010. A structured questionnaire was employed to evaluate the level of participants' sociodemographics, job-related factors, health-related behaviors, emotional labor and self-perceived fatigue, job satisfaction, social support. While the mean values of emotional labor were higher than thosewho work in hospital and lower than those who work in service employees. These results suggest that emotional labor was related to an increase in fatigue and strong correlation between involuntary emotional expression, self-perceived fatigue, job satisfaction, social support in dental hygienist. Multiple regression analysis has found that social support and no. of personnel were main factors that influence to the level of emotional labor in dental hygienist. The results of this study suggest that emotional labor was a determinant predictor of self perceived fatigue. Thus, a management program for emotional labor is strongly recommended for promotion of quality of life in dental hygienist and to improve dental service and competitiveness.

  • 본 연구에서는 건축공사의 공정별 공정내용을 파악하고 그에 따라 발생하는 각종 유해요인을 분석하여 공정별 유해요인에 따른 작업환경측정대상과 특수건강진단의 정확한 진단항목 대상을 분석한다. 이를 통한 유해 공정에 따른 정확한 유해요인인자의 파악을 통해 작업환경측정 및 특수건강진단을 유해인자별 정기적으로(산업안전보건법 시행규칙 별표23 특수건강진단의 시기 및 주기를 참조)실시한다면 유해 인자에 따라 표적 추적 검사를 통해 보다 유의한 결과를 측정 가능하며 도출된 결과로 관리적, 공학적, 개인적 개선대책을 세워 관리한다면 직업성 질병을 예방하고, 쾌적한 작업환경을 조성하여 근로자의 안전과 보건을 유지증진 할 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 정기적인 특수건강진단으로 직업성 질병의 예방 및 조기발견으로 사후조치를 적절히 하여 근로자 건강 보호와 노동 생산성 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on Labor Market Precariousness of the Working High School Graduate Youths (고졸 청년 노동자의 노동시장 불안정 연구)

  • This study aims to explore life experiences associated with poverty and discrimination in processes of growth, career exploration, entry into the labor market, and career accumulation of the working high school graduate youths. With this exploration, we also intent to grasp their difficulties and needs, thus look for policy tasks for them. The analysis is based on qualitative case study. The results are following. Typical working high school graduate youths choose not to go on to university under the influence of unfavorable economic situation of the original families. They enter the labor market without enough career exploration and try to continue working mainly in low-income and unskilled jobs. They usually work long hours to increase incomes, thus, do not have enough time to invest on their own human resources. They locate in a vicious circle of income poverty, time poverty, and skill poverty, but rarely protected by existing employment and income support programs. It is necessary to improve or introduces policy packages including labor market transition support for the high school graduate, education, training, and career exploration support, income support for the working poor, social network support, and support for reducing the dead zone of social insurances.

A Study on Emotional Labor of Home Elderly Welfare Center Certified Nursing Assistants

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the operation and working environment of welfare centers through this study on emotional labor of Certified Nursing Assistants at home welfare centers for the elderly. For the study, 138 Certified Nursing Assistants belonging to the Home elderly welfare center in K-si and J-do were studied. For statistical analysis, Cronbach's α, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS/WIN 17.0. First, as a result of the study, the difference in emotional labor among Certified Nursing Assistants at home-based senior welfare centers was higher in the degree of emotional labor in the order of dementia education, work experience, employment type, education level, and age. Second, the degree of burnout of the survey subjects was highest in the order of work experience, dementia education, employment type, and age. Finally, work stress and emotional labor were found to have a significant positive effect on work burnout. In conclusion, it is necessary to study Certified Nursing Assistants' cases of systematic emotional control experience to prevent work burnout, dementia education, work feedback on how to cope with services, and work conditions improvement measures to relieve work stress.

  • The purpose of this study examine to identify the mediating attitudes toward the geriatric patient in the relation between emotional work and burnout. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires targeting 142 caregiver in D city and G city. Data were analyzed with SPSS/PC ver. 21.0 programs. There were significantly positive correlations between toward the geriatric patient, emotional work and burnout. As a result of analyzing the main factors affecting the level of care performance for attitudes toward caring the geriatric attentiveness, health state, work type appeared to be significant explanatory variables, and this model's explanatory power was 31%. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the education program to improve the social awareness in addition to the stable work environment of the nursing care provider in order to raise the attitude of the caregiver to care for the elderly.

Studies on Growth Responses of Tomato and Environmental Characteristics of Various Rain Shelter Types (간이시설 형태별 환경특성과 토마토 생장반응 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate crop growth responses under various rain shelters which were devised to improve the indoor environment in summer season. For developing the proper type of rain shelter, the improved rain shelters with the roof of saw - tooth type(saw-tooth type) and 3 span-arch type(improved arch type) were compared with the conventional one with the roof of single arch type(conventional arch type) and no rain shelter (open field ). The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The air temperature in the improved arch type was 4$^{\circ}C$ and 1$^{\circ}C$ lower than those in the conventional arch type and the saw - tooth type, respectively. 2. The air temperature drop by the evaporative cooling + improved drainage was 1.3$^{\circ}C$ which was 0.9$^{\circ}C$lower than that by the improved drainage only. 3. The effect of labour saving in the saw-tooth type was superior to any other type because its frames were used as props and the labour for ventilation was not needed. 4. The highest marketable yield of tomato was 4,897kg/10a in the improved arch type and the total leaf areas which related to photosynthesis was the largest in the saw - tooth type. 5. The improved arch type was proved to be proper to raise yield potential. The effect of the underground environment treatment on the quality and quantity of vegetable showed to be outstanding in the saw- tooth type with the evaporative cooling + improved drainage, and in the improved and conventional arch type with the trickle improved drainage. 6. In conclusion, the saw - tooth type and the improved arch type were proved to be labour saving rain shelters and the indoor environments in both types were better than that in the conventional arch type.

A Study on the Improvement of the Compensation Calculation Standard for Dust Damage in Construction Sites (공사장 먼지피해 배상액 산정기준 개선방안 연구)

  • 공사장에서 발생하고 있는 먼지는 현장 근로자뿐만 아니라 인근 주민들의 건강에 치명적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 공사장 인근 주민들이 환경분쟁조정위원회에 먼지피해에 대한 피해배상을 청구하고 있지만 공사장 먼지피해 수인한도 초과여부를 확인하기 위한 측정, 예측, 평가가 어려워 먼지피해에 대한 보상이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 공사장 먼지관리의 법적기준이며 먼지 저감에 대한 구체적인 방법을 제시하고 있는"비산먼지 억제조치기준"의 준수 등을 점수로 평가하여 일정 점수 이하인 경우 피해배상액을 차등 적용하는 방안을 제안한다. 본 안이 제도화된다면 건설사는 먼지피해 배상액 지출을 줄이기 위해 현재보다 한층 더 먼지 저감 노력을 강화할 것이기에 먼지 발생을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있어서 현장 근로자 및 인근 주민들의 먼지피해를 최소화할 수 있으며, 먼지로 인한 환경, 보건 법규위반예방과 쾌적한 작업환경으로 노동 생산성 확보와 먼지로 인한 피해 배상액 지급 등 손실을 줄일 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다.

Adjustment Effect for Coping Strategy from Fatigue Scale of Security Guard's on Emotional Labor (시큐리티요원의 감정노동이 피로도에 미치는 영향 및 스트레스 대처방식의 조절효과)

  • This study was conducted to provide the basic data for improving the working environment and welfare level of the security guard by identifying the primary effects of stress response on fatigue with emotional labor and identifying the adjustment effects with coping strategy. The data were collected from 214 security personnel using questionnaire and the statistical tests of correlation, heavy return analysis and hierarchical return analysis using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program were used to reach the conclusion that: First, it has been shown that the emotional labor of a security guard affects fatigue Second, the effects of emotional labor on fatigue of a security guard have been shown to have the effect of coping strategy. Based on the above studies, it was concluded that the emotional labor of a security guard was affected by fatigue and could be controlled by a stress coping strategy. Therefore, it is believed that there is a need to seek an autonomous corporate culture based on the organization's performance by changing the management system for employees at the organizational level so that security guards can use an active way of coping.
