In this study, we consider the relationship between boundaryless career attitudes and career success and the mediating effect of networking behavior. Boundaryless career attitude refers to career attitude in which career paths can gain experience in various environments beyond the fence of a single employment situation. Based on a prior research review, research hypotheses were established for the relationship between boundaryless career attitudes and subjective·objective career success. In addition, three networking behaviors, one of the social capital, were set as mediators between the two variables. Verifying the research hypothesis shows that the boundaryless career attitude and subjective career success are in a significant positive relationship and that the relationship is completely mediated by contact maintaining, friendship, and task networking behaviors. The boundaryless career attitude is a significant positibe effect with objective career success, and this relationship has been shown to be completely mediated by friendship and task networking behavior. Based on the above research results, interpretations, implications, and future research directions were presented.

As the global economy becomes globalized, there is a growing demand for nurturing talent to enhance the competitiveness of individuals and countries. Studying abroad is one of the ways of education to gain high qulaity education and skills, and get closer to the local market, the international market. This study sought to define the factors of global competence and artistic competence for foreign students in Korea, and to clarify the impact of global competence and artistic capacity on the intention of start-up, networking behavior, mediating and regulating effects of social support. The results of the empirical analysis of Chinese students studying in Korea in this study are as follows. First, three sub-factors (knowledge, skill, attitude) of global competency have been shown to have a positive influence on networking behavior. Second, three sub-factors (expression, creativity, media) of artistic competence were having a positive impact on networking behavior. Third, networking behavior has been confirmed to have a positive effect on the intention of start-up. Fourth, the results showed that social support regulates the relationship between networking behavior and start-up intent. Fifth, it was confirmed that networking behavior has the effect of mediating global capabilities and intention to start a business. This study is meaningful in verifying that the networking behavior of students studying abroad plays a positive role in the intention of starting a business by studying the intention of students to adapt to the new social culture, educational environment in foreign countries.

최근 신생창업가의 네트워킹 활동이 성공적인 창업을 좌우한다는 선진연구 가능성이 주목받는 가운데, 본 연구는 창업가의 인지적 특성인 자아효능감과 심리적 특성인 모호성 인내가 네트워킹 활동에, 그리고 네트워킹 활동의 구성요소들이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 탐색적으로 연구하는데 그 주된 목적으로했다. 창업한지 3년 미만의 신생벤처기업의 창업가 156명의 설문지 응답을 표본으로 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 창업가의 자아효능감은 네트워킹과 창업성과에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모호성 인내는 네트워킹과 창업성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 네트워킹 활동은 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 네트워킹 활동의 구성요소 중 네트워크 빈도와 신뢰는 창업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는데 반해, 네트워크 범위는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 창업기업의 성과향상을 위해서는 창업가의 심리적 특성 보다는 인지적 특성인 자아효능감이 더 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 신생벤처 창업가의 네트워킹 활동의 경우 네트워크의 범위를 무리하게 확장하는 것은 기업성과 향상에 부정적 영향을 초래할 수 있다는 실무적 시사점과 함께 연구한계 및 연구방향을 제시하고 있다

수십 억년 동안 진화를 거듭해온 지구상의 생명체들은 외부의 제어 없이 독자적으로 단순한 행동 규칙에 따라 기능을 수행하여 주어진 목적의 최적해를 달성한다. 이러한 다양한 생명체의 행동 원리를 모델링하여 만든 알고리즘을 생체모방 알고리즘(Bio-Inspired Algorithm)이라 한다. 생체모방 알고리즘은 다수의 개체가 존재하며, 주변 환경이 동적으로 변하고, 가용 자원의 제약이 주어지며, 이질적인 특성을 갖는 개체들이 분잔 및 자율적으로 움직이는 환경에서 안정성, 확장성, 적응성과 같은 특징을 보여주는데, 이는 통신 네트워크 환경 및 서비스 요구사항과 유사성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 생체모방 알고리즘으로 통신 및 네트워킹 기술로 사용되는 Ant Colony 알고리즘, Bee 알고리즘, Firefly 알고리즘, Flocking 알고리즘에 대해 살펴보고, 관련 프로젝트 및 연구 동향을 정리한다. 이를 통해 현재의 생체모방 알고리즘의 한계를 극복하고 미래 통신 및 네트워킹 기술이 나아갈 방향을 제시한다.

생태계를 구성하고 있는 각 생물체들은 외부에서의 제어 개체 없이 독자적이면서 매우 단순하고 적은 수의 행동 규칙의 준수를 통하여 해당 생태계의 유지, 관리 및 동기화 등의 기능을 수행하고 있음을 관찰 할 수 있다. 이처럼 지구상의 다양한 생물체의 행동 원리를 관찰하고 이를 기반으로 모델링한 알고리듬을 생체모방 알고리듬 (biologically inspired or bio-inspired algorithm)이라 한다. 생체모방 알고리즘은 동종 혹은 이종의 다수의 개체가 존재하고, 주변 환경이 동적으로 변하며, 사용가능한 자원의 제약이 정해져 있을 때, 각 개체들이 분산 및 자율적으로 움직이는 환경에서 안정성, 확장성, 적응성과 같은 특징을 보여주는데, 이는 통신 네트워크 환경 및 서비스 요구사항과 유사성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 발표된 생체모방 알고리즘으로 통신 및 네트워킹 기술로 적용 가능한 Huddling Penguins 알고리즘, Krill Herd알고리즘, Cuckoo 알고리즘에 대해 살펴보고, 관련 프로젝트 및 연구 동향을 정리한다.

정보통신 기술의 급격한 발전으로 등장한 첨단 시스템의 활용과 지능형 홈에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 홈 네트워킹 기술과 다양한 멀티미디어 응용의 발달로 생활의 편리화를 추구하기 위한 많은 노력들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비퀴터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 어플리케이션 서비스를 개발하기 위한 필수적인 요소인 멀티미디어를 기반으로 하며, 사용자의 신원확인을 위해 인증 및 접근 제어를 통한 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하여 그 정보를 이용한 자동화 처리 시스템에 적용하는 단일화 된 어플리케이션 모델을 제안한다. 또한 일정시간을 두어 캡쳐되어진 영상 이미지에 대한 일정 허용 범위에 대해 픽셀 단위로 비교를 하여 이상 유무를 확인하며, 12byte의 salt 함수를 해쉬화 알고리즘에 이용한 자체 인증 기법을 취함으로써 사용자 인증에 안전을 꾀했다.

This paper aims at investigating voluntary user participation such as user citizenship behavior and aberrant user behavior in the SNS context. Also it examines on how user participation behavior affects social connectedness, privacy concern, and user satisfaction. The empirical assessment of the research model was conducted using a total of 143 responses. The findings show that user citizenship behavior impacts on social connectedness positively and significantly whereas aberrant user behavior does not influence on social connectedness. Aberrant user behavior is proven not to be related to social connectedness, and to has positive relationship with concern for privacy invasion. Also, the results show that privacy concern is not associated with social connectedness. Finally, social connectedness is shown to be a key determinant of SNS user satisfaction whereas privacy concern is not related to user satisfaction.

현재는 정보화 시대를 뛰어넘어 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 센서 네트워크, 홈 네트워킹 기술과 텔레매틱스 등 각 분야에서 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 이렇게 유무선 네트워크 시스템이 통합적이고 유기적으로 제공되는 시대를 위한 프로그램으로 이동성을 지니고 서비스 형태의 행동을 지닐 수 있는 형태의 에이전트 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 다양해지는 서비스의 기능을 추가하거나 수정을 하기 위해서는 응용 프로그램 전체를 수정해야 하고 이러한 서비스들이 많아 질수록 프로그램은 이러한 서비스를 지니고 있어야 함은 물론이고 서비스를 제공하는 서버로서의 컴퓨터에 대한 신뢰성을 제공하기 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 혼합형인 P2P 시스템을 기반으로 그룹의 서비스를 제공을 위해 동작하는 관리 에이전트를 개발하는데 있어서의 시스템 자원의 감시모듈과 계정관리 시스템을 설계하고 동작 과정을 제시한다.

최근 부족한 무선자원을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 인지 무선 기술이 큰 관심을 받고 있고 필요한 핵심요소 기술에 대한 연구가 집중적으로 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 따라, 실제 인지 무선 단말의 전송을 제어하고 네트워크를 관리하는 정책기반 인지무선 네트워킹 기술에 대한 연구 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 인지 무선 네트워크에서 동작하는 단말은 동적으로 변화하는 무선 환경에서도 단말의 행동을 규제하는 정책을 기반으로 기회적 전송을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 변화하는 무선 환경 조건에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 동적 정책 관리 및 제어 기술이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본고에서는 정책 기반 인지 무선 네트워크에서 정책 표현의 확장성을 고려한 정책 기술 언어 동향과 동적 정책 구성 및 적용을 지원하는 정책 기반 인지 무선 네트워크 시스템 구조 기술 동향을 소개한다.
