This study extracted the major attributes of the competitiveness of services provided by port logistics networks from previous research and interviews with experts and, based on the attributes, analyzed the effects of change in the competitiveness of the Incheon Port. According to the results, services provided by port logistics networks were divided into facility conveniences, access conveniences, and decision conveniences. In the results on the integrated value of the competitiveness of logistics network among ports, competitiveness was high in order of Busan Port>Qigndao Port>Tianjin Port>Dalian Port>Incheon Port. Particularly in the results of scenario analysis, with the elevation of one or two factors of logistics network service, the Incheon Port was even inferior to the Dalian Port, which had the lowest competitiveness among the ports compared. In the results of reversed fuzzy analysis, the Incheon Port could maintain equal competitiveness with the Dalian Port by raising the service level of the logistics network by 25% for facility conveniences, by 8% for access conveniences, and by 1% for decision conveniences.

This study explores the role of organizational culture, job characteristics, and work values and orientation in shaping the competitiveness of a multinational company (MNC) based in Korea. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of these variables on the competitiveness attributes of the organizational culture profile through MR-QAP analysis. Data were collected from 161 employees in 15 different teams at a Korean automotive company headquartered in Seoul. The results of the study revealed the impact of network characteristics associated with competitive organizational culture on competitiveness. 'found to have a negative effect on competitiveness. Among the organizational culture profiles, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, and performance orientation have a significant positive effect on competitive organizational culture, while emphasis on rewards and stability have no significant effect. These findings provide practical implications for understanding the complex dynamics of organizational culture and promoting strategic approaches to enhance organizational competitiveness.

서비스업자들은 선택의 기로에 놓여있다. 잘못된 선택이 그들을 파국으로 치닫게 만들지도 모른다. 많은 네트워크 전문가들은 지난 몇년간에 걸쳐 네트워크 분야는 많은 성장을 한 것은 사실이나 앞으로 다가오게 될 네트워크를 생각한다면 현재의 네트워크는 그 경쟁력을 상실하게 될 것이란 견해가 지배적이다. 이 말은 생존과 생존 이상의 성공을 원하는 서비스업자라면 자신의 경쟁력을 한껏 높여줄 기술을 제대로 선택해야 된다는 뜻이기도 하다. 현재 많은 기술들이 개발자와 사용자에게 있어 관심의 대상으로 떠오르고 있다.

본 고에서는 실태조사를 통해 국내 홈네트워크 산업의 시장 및 수출 현황을 분석하였으며, 아울러 홈네트워크 장비산업의 경쟁력을 평가하였다. 2005년도에 국내 홈네트워크 산업의 시장규모는 전년도인 2004년도의 7,104억 원에 비해 53.3% 증가한 1조891억원에 달한 것으로 나타났다. 이중에서 홈네트워크 장비시장이 87%인 9,4701억원에 달했으며, 홈네트워크 서비스시장은 13%인 1,421억 원으로 나타났다. 수급 현황 분석결과 국내 홈네트워크산업은 아직 기대에 비해 본격적인 성장단계에 접어들지 못한 것으로 보인다. 한편 국내 통신장비산업의 경쟁력 또한 4개 장비분야 모두가 경쟁력이100점 만점 기준에 60점대에 머무는 것으로 평가되어 선진기업에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 브랜드경쟁력과 유통경쟁력이 공통적으로 현저하게 낮은 것으로 나타나 기술개발뿐만 아니라 마케팅 역량 향상을 위한 업계 자체의 노력 및 정부 차원의 지원이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

우리의 일상생활 속에서 일어나는 수많은 일이 네트워크를 배제하고는 설명할 수 없을 정도로 삶과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 네트워크의 근간이 되는 국내 네트워크 장비 산업의 현실은 그리 낙관적이지 않다. 대표적인 이유로 핵심 소프트웨어인 네트워크 운영체제의 부재를 꼽는다. 이는 소프트웨어 개발 인력 부재, 투자 부족, 산업 경쟁력 약화, 매출 축소 등이 악순환의 고리로 연결되기 때문이다. 따라서 본고에서는 네트워크 산업 생태계의 회복과 이를 통한 네트워크 산업의 재도약을 위한 핵심 분야인 네트워크 운영체제의 기술동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저 국내외 통신산업의 변화와 네트워크 운영체제 개발동향 및 네트워크 운영체제의 요구사항을 확인하고, 최근 주목받고 있는 개방형 네트워크 장비 개발동향를 소개한다. 그리고 국내외 네트워크 장비 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보하려는 방안으로 추진하고 있는 한국형 네트워크 운영체제(openN2OS)의 개발현황을 살펴본다.

네트워크의 물리적 전달 기능과 논리적 제어 기능이 분리되는 SDN(Software Defined Networking)이 확산되면서, H/W 장비 기업이 쥐고 있던 네트워크 시장의 주도권이 네트워크를 제어하는 S/W 개발 기업으로 이동하는 과도기가 당분간 계속될 것으로 보인다. 특히 2013년에는 SDN 기술이 가시화되고 관련 제품이 본격적으로 시장에 등장하면서, 초기 시장을 선점하여 향후 시장을 주도하기 위한 표준화 단체 및 기업간 경쟁이 치열하게 전개될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 먼저 국내외 SDN 시장규모를 전망하고 국내 네트워크 산업의 경쟁력을 살펴본다. 또한, SDN 확산에 따라 네트워크 산업 생태계가 어떻게 변화할지를 전망하고, 생태계를 구성하는 각 시장 참여자의 역할 변화에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로, 현재 네트워크 시장에 참여하고 있는 주요 단체 및 기업의 동향을 정리하고, 앞으로의 전망 및 네트워크 산업 경쟁력 제고 방안에 대해 간략히 언급한다.

In the internet portal industry, the indirect network externality from portal visitors to advertisers and the direct network externality among portal visitors have important implications for anti-trust policies. This paper examines the existence and the magnitude of the direct/indirect network externality in the Korean internet portal industry and measures its effect on the market power of the internet portals. The results show that the direct/indirect network externality is substantive in the industry hence the market share of a portal in the visitors' side has the 'leverage' effect on its market power in the advertisers' side.

수리조선산업은 기술 및 노동집약적 산업으로 기계, 철강, 전기전자, 화학 등 연관산업에 대한 생산 유발효과 및 고용효과가 높은 산업이다. 또한 연계 산업에 대한 직접적인 생산증가 효과와 선원 체류에 따른 부가가치 증가 등의 부수효과를 함께 고려할 때 지역경제에 대한 기여도가 높은 산업적 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 특히 부산 경남 울산 지역은 세계 5위권 전후에 해당하는 해운물동량을 처리하는 입지조건과 신조선 분야 1위의 우수한 기술 및 노동력을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 여러 요인들로 인해 수리조선산업이 경쟁력이 확보되지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 2013년 들면서 부산항의 컨테이너 물동량 실적이 7위로 하락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항을 중심으로 수리조선산업 공급망 관리를 위하여 정보화 네트워크 구축사례를 분석하고, 이를 통하여 수리조선산업 정보화 네트워크의 성공적인 구축 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study are as follows. First, to analyze relative LQ index of the No. of character company, the No. of employee and the amount of revenue. Second, to analyze the strength and weakness about technology competence, human resource competence, infra competence and network competence of regional character contents R&D. The results are as follows. The relative competitively LQ index results of company infra indicated all regional area are over 1 LQ index. But, in case of except of seoul & kyunggi, the competence LQ index of R&D which is jeju, dongnam(pusan & kyungnam) are in order. Final result suggested that the high competitiveness of regional character industry are seoul & kyunggi, jeju, dongnam area.

에너지 다소비 산업에서 에너지 절감은 생산원가 경쟁력 제고에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 특히, 기후변화협약을 중심으로 한 환경규제는 제조업체 경쟁력 확보에 심각한 위협으로 대두되고 있으며, 지속 가능한 성장을 위해서는 에너지 절감 및 효율적 관리가 필요 불가결한 요소로 대두되었다. 이에 이 글에서는 공정산업에서 에너지 네트워크를 구성하고 최적화 기술을 적용하여 에너지를 체계적으로 관리하고, 절감하는 방법에 대하여 논하고자 한다.
