This is an exploratory study intended to clarify any mutually influential relationship among the political skills, social network and entrepreneurial performance of SMEs entrepreneurs who are known to have the most important influence upon the business performance. The results of this study show that as entrepreneur's social competence, political skills have significant influence on both social network and entrepreneurial performance, and that only some sub-factors of social network have significant influence on entrepreneurial performance. Especially, it was found that the source of weak ties mediates completely political skills and entrepreneurial performance. The above-mentioned results are meaningful in the light of considering any relationship between the capabilities and performance of SMEs entrepreneurs who have critical influence upon performance creation, and also clarifying concretely the bridging role of entrepreneur's social network between his/her social competence, or political skills and entrepreneurial performance. In addition, it is considered that this study has made a theoretical contribution in the light of introducing a concrete and new antecedent variable of political skills and establishing the role of social network, as well as a practical contribution in the light of presenting the real-world information on development of entrepreneur's competence which corresponds to a preparatory stage for performance creation.

The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing network centrality on women's welfare organizations, and to investigate how the level of network centrality influence the effectiveness of the organization. To achieve this goal, this study conducted a survey on women's welfare organizations in Seoul from March to June, 2009. Network analysis method was used to get each organization's network centrality value. Also, through the Structural Equation Modelling, organizational characteristics predicting network centrality and effect of network centrality on organizational effectiveness. The main results are as follows. First, the significant affecting factors were different between three types of centralities with regards to the type of organization, recognition of resource dependency, attitude of top manager, and established year. Second, the common factors affecting three network centralities were the number of informal ties, accepting feminism as the main organizational philosophy, and the number of qualified staffs. Third, only closeness centrality positively predicted the level of organizational effectiveness among three types of centralities. The faster the organization reaches to other organizations in a network, the organizational effectiveness becomes higher, which means high closeness centrality is more important factor than high degree centrality or high betweenness centrality to increase organizational effectiveness. This result shows social welfare organization should consider changing inter-organizational network strategy from quantity-focused to quality-focused.

This study analyzes the characteristics, implications, and problems of Social Network of Press Organizations from the Kim Dae-jung administration to the Lee Myung-bak administration in Korea. For analyzing these issues, this study attempts to investigate the traits of social network structure based on the density analysis, distribution character analysis and correspondence analysis in each and among regimes. To answer these questions, this study utilizes human relationship data which related to personal network aspects (place of birth, affiliated college) and expertise aspects (types of major field), and which data has been gathered from the biographical web-site of Press Organizations in Korea. The results showed that the membership format of each Press Organizations depends on the connection with political environment directly and indirectly. Especially, the network traits of Broadcasting Press Organizations stands out a place of birth aspect. This findings indicate that the broadcasting policy reality that the path of decision making is connected with the political environment is more effective.

This study is to explore the contents and interaction of residents voluntary network and propose the strategies to promote residents voluntary network. The grounded theory was utilized to attain our object. Total of seven social worker and 17 residents participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documents. The data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's method. Results are the followings. In open coding 13 categories, 32 subcategories and 133 concepts were constructed. In axial coding causal conditions were qualitative ascent of needs, emergence of the right welfare consumer. Phenomenon was agitation of praxis ground and grope of exist. Contextual conditions were crisis resources, skepticism of welfare. Intervention conditions were maturation of welfare cognition and proliferation of the sense of community responsibility. Strategy were resocialization of voluntary organization and construction of field related service delivery system. Consequence were grass routing welfare strategic fitting service system. In selective coding we constructed the core category: The praxis revolution from bottom for break social welfare environment.

초고속 인터넷망의 보급으로 멀티미디어 환경에서의 디지털 콘텐츠 생산 및 유통은 시간적, 공간적 제약을 뛰어 넘어 다방면으로 활성화되고 있다. 네트워크 구조에서의 파일전송기술에 의해 디지털 콘텐츠는 인터넷 공간에서 역학적인 사회적 관계을 맺은 사용자에 의해 공유되고 있으며, 공급과 수요의 증가로 불법 콘텐츠 시장이 육성되어 저작권에 대한 법적인 이슈가 날로 첨예화 되고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 환경에서 사회적 연결망을 기반으로 한 사용자의 콘텐츠 공유 행위에 대한 심리적 요인를 분석함으로써, 사용자간의 관계 조명 및 상호작용과 콘텐츠 공유의 동기부여요인 대해 논의해 보고자 한다. 이를 위한 첫번째로 현재 인터넷 시장의 디지털 콘텐츠 공유현황 분석이 선행되었고, 두번째로 가상공간에서의 커뮤니케이션은 사회적 관계형성이란 관점에서 사용자간의 공유 행위를 정리하였으며, 마지막으로 공유 행위자의 심리적 욕구를 아브라함 매슬로우(Abraham H. Maslow) 욕구단계설을 근간으로 하여 재조명하였다. 이는 네트워크 구조에서의 콘텐츠 생산에 활성화를 위하여 다각적인 측면으로 접근하였으며, 향후 정법화된 디지털 콘텐츠 시장 조성을 위한 가이드로 제시하고자 한다.

초연결 사회는 Information & Communication Technology(ICT)를 바탕으로 하는 만물인터넷 또는 사물인터넷으로 사람, 프로세스, 데이터, 사물이 서로 연결되어 지능화된 통신인프라를 통해 새로운 가치와 혁신의 창출이 가능해지는 사회로 변화하게 된다. 이러한 초연결 사회의 유무선 통신서비스를 단일 통신인프라에서 제공할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 이를 구현하기 위해서는 분산된 네트워크 장비들을 소프트웨어적으로 용이하게 통합운영 관리할 수 있는 Software Defined Networking(SDN) 기술과 컴퓨팅, 서버 스토리지 및 네트워크 자원을 가상화하고, 오픈 인터페이스를 통하여 소프트웨어적으로 네트워크 기능제어가 가능한 Network Functions Virtualization(NFV) 기술에 의한 지능형 융합 통신인프라가 매우 중요하다. 본고에서는 초연결 통신인프라를 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 가상화 기술, NFV 기술동향 및 NFV Use Cases에 대한 내용을 통하여 향후 초연결 서비스 제공을 위한 통신인프라 구축 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 사회연결망 분석을 활용하여 2012년부터 2016년까지 부산항을 기항하는 컨테이너 정기선 항로 패턴 분석을 통해 세계 주요항만과의 중심성을 파악하여 부산항과 연결되어 있는 항만 네트워크의 구조적인 특성을 파악하였다. 부산항 컨테이너 정기선 항로 네트워크상에 연결정도 중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성이 높은 항만은 싱가포르항으로 분석되었으며, 실제 연도별 부산항 주요 국가 항만별 처리 물동량 순위와 부산항 컨테이너 정기선 항로 네트워크 중심성 분석 결과 간 순위 비교는 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다.

국내 연구개발 활동의 다양한 구조적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 명시화된 지식인 '논문'을 중심으로 사회 네트워크 분석을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 과학기술 분야간 지식의 흐름을 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 정성적/정략적으로 분석하고 둘째, 국내 연구기관의 공동연구 현황에 대하여 공동연구 네트워크와 연구기관 중심도를 분석한다. 마지막으로 두 네트워크를 연결함으로써 다차원적인 네트워크 분석을 시도해보고, 앞으로의 기술정책의 발전방향을 모색한다.

막대한 예산이 소요되는 거점물류시설의 경우 물류네트워크에 대한 이해를 통한 효율적이고 최적화된 네트워크 구축이 필요하다. 최근 다양한 분야에 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 사회연결망분석은 페이스북과 같은 복잡한 네트워크를 보다 이해하기 쉽게 만들어 주는 도구로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 분석기법을 활용해서 전국 시도별 물류중심지수를 도출하고, 이를 활용하기 위한 방안을 모색했다.

In this research, sea routes of domestic coaster liners between 2005 and 2013 were studied via social network analysis. Study of the sea routes revealed that they follow power-law in a scale-free form, a characteristic found often in social network. We have looked into centrality, which is a major standard in the field of social network analysis. We have also analyzed the annual changing trend in the centrality of the connectivity, examined the effect of quantity through the comparison with the original quantitative analysis method, and lastly, verified the relationship between the centrality of connectivity and mediation. Then, we were able to identify ports according to priority using these factors. This research assumed and interpreted the coaster liners route as a single network and suggested useful results. Based on these results, directing of development of domestic coaster liners route development and other factors will be achieved more smoothly. And if we utilize social network analysis method in other various fields - for example, the centrality of airport and the diplomatic realations analysis of the neighboring country - we will be able to effectively analyze events in diverse perspectives.
