The Land Suitability Assessment(LSA) that was introduced to prevent the unplanned development was viewed from it has applied the same assessment factor on inland and island that has a many different spatial and physical properties, it have many problems. To study the efficient LSA in island that has an totally different spatial, local properties, assessment unit(AU) which the zone of life was considered and on this based, assessment factor was developed. In the AU, middle sized life zone was the best AU to present the regional land properties. In the distance analysis, distance analysis that considered sea was suggested and use it, we ran present the assessment method that was considered the access between islands.

This paper is a study on locality in architecture in Jeju with the theme of locality of architecture. This paper, as the last research paper in this series of studies, is a paper that verifies whether there is anything other than the locality revealed in the categories of 'hermeneutic' and 'phenomenal'. To this end, in this paper, the regional characteristics of the buildings of five Jeju IT companies were analyzed. As a result, the elements reflected in the architecture in terms of the locality of Jeju were quite insufficient. This can be seen as a result of the fact that the corporate image is important in terms of the architecture of an IT company. Nevertheless, if we summarize the elements that reflect the characteristics of Jeju in IT architecture, it is the wind and oreum used as architectural concepts, and Jeju stone used as the exterior finish. In conclusion, it could be seen that the regional characteristics of wind, oreum, and Jeju stone were used in IT architecture, and it was also found that these characteristics were within the scope of interpretive locality and phenomenal locality. Soon, it was found that the locality of Jeju architecture was within the hermeneutic and phenomenal category.

지형지물은 각각의 특징적 요인을 내포하고 있다. 이 특징적 요인들은, 공간해상도에 따라 정도의 차이가 있겠지만, 수집된 위성영상에도 반영된다. 이러한 요인들 중에서는 영상분류에 활용될 경우 영상 분류의 정확도를 높혀 주고, 때로는 이것이 거의 물체인식의 수준까지 기여할 수 있는 것들이 있다. 이 연구에서는 텍스춰 및 지형지물의 배열에 있어서 특징적 현상을 보이는 비닐하우스를 대상으로 spatial auto-corelation 개념을 기반으로 자동적으로 이를 인지하는 방법을 개발하였다. 사용된 알고리즘은 디지타이징과 같은 사람의 직접적인 개입이 없이 자동화된 방법으로 비닐하우스의 특정한 패턴이 반복적으로 나타나는 것을 감지할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 패턴의 인식에 더하여 비닐하우스의 기하학적 모양을 고려하는 방법도 도입하였다. 그럼으로써 비닐하우스의 추출에 단순히 화소 단위의 분석이 아닌 보다 객체지향적인 방법으로 비닐하우스를 추출하도록 하였다. 개발된 방법을 제주지역의 IKONOS에 적용시켜 본 결과, 연구대상지역 내의 비닐하우스가 매우 정확하게 적출되었다.

최근에 재해영향평가 등에서 많이 채택하고 있는 Huff의 4분위법에 의한 강우의 시간분포를 통한 유출량 산정은 도시화지역 등에서 유출량에 내한 관측기록이 없어서 적절한 검정이 불가능한 실정이다. 따라서 산정된 계획홍수량에 의해 설계되는 수공구조물의 경제성 또는 안전성의 정도를 파악하지 못하고 실무에 반영되는 문제를 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울지역 최근 29개년간의 년 최대 강우관측자료에 대하여 각각을 Huff의 4분위법에 의한 10분 간격으로 시간분포고, 실제 관측 강우의 경우 10분 간격으로 판독하여 도시유출모형인 SWMM을 이용하여 유출량을 산정하고 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 각각에 대하여 유출량을 빈도해석하여 비교한 결과 강우의 시간분포간격이 짧은 경우 국내적용 Huff분포는 실강우분포에 의한 유출량보다 크게 산정되는 것으로 나타났다.

이 논문은 지역적 동사구 분할에 바탕을 두고 서술어가 문말에 위치하는 언어에 특성에서 기인하는 속성을 반영하는 부분적 그러나 빠른 구문분석에 관해 논한다. 즉 완벽성 보다는 신속함 그리고 신뢰에 바탕을 둔 새로운 한국어 구문분석에 대해 논의한다. 기존의 문법이론 대신 한국어의 형태적 통사적 특성에 기인한, 성분들의 분할(partitions)에 의한 단위 (chunks) 분석방법을 제안한다. 근간은 동사구 장벽(VP-barrier) 알고리즘이며, 이 알고리즘은 한 문장안에서의 다양한 동사의 파생접사에 의해 형성되는 관형화, 명사화, 부사화 등의 파생구조와 내포된 동사구(인용문, 종속문 등)에 의해 형성되는 지역적 동사구내에서 그 성분들의 논리적인 분할을 구성하고 다시 그 다음 요소와 체계적으로 결합하는 관계로 확장하여 가능한 구조들을 생성한다. 다시 언어의존적인 발견적 규칙(heuristics)들을 점수화하여 가장 높은 점수의 단위구조를 적격한 구조로 선택한다. 이 방법은 하위범주화 및 의미정보를 사용하지 않는, 빠른 구문분석이 요구되는 시스템을 위해 고안되었으며, 집단적인 노력이 아닌 개인적인 노력 및 최소의 자원으로도 최대의 효과를 얻을 수 있다는데 그 의의가 있다.

본 논문에서는 원격 캐쉬를 추가시킨 분산 메모리 구조 다중 프로세서 시스템의 성능 향상을 위해 새로운 원격 캐쉬 교체 정색을 제안한다. 일반적으로 다중 계층 내포성(MLI)을 치키는 다중 계층 메모리 구조에서 LRU 교체 정책을 사용할 경우, 상위 계층 캐쉬의 LRU 정보와 하위 계층 캐쉬의 LRU 정보가 서로 상이함으로 인해 하위 계층 캐쉬에서의 교체가 상위 계층에서 사용 중인 캐처 라인의 교체를 발생시켜 전체 시스템의 성능을 저하시키는 원인이 된다. 이러한 LRU 캐쉬 교체 정책의 단점을 보완하고자 각 노드 당 프로세서들의 원격 메모리 접근 지역성을 이용한 원격 캐쉬 교체정책의 사용으로 상위 캐쉬의 유용한 캐쉬 라인의 접근 실패율을 감소시킴으로써 다중 프로세서 시스템의 성능 향상을 꾀한다. 프로그램 기반 시뮬레이터를 통해 제안한 원격 캐쉬 교체 정책을 적용하였을 때, 기존의 LRU 교체 정책과 비교하여 무효화 수와 캐쉬 접근 실패가 평균 5%. 최대 10% 감소하였다.

In this research, for city marketing usage, we develop a specifically designed board-game with the source of historical people, must-see sights & local products. Also educational & commercial purposes are seriously considered.

The spectroscopic characteristics of Madagascar tourmaline were investigated by UV-Vis and FTIR spectroscopy. Physical features were similar to other region's tourmalines. The green and blue samples showed strong absorption band in the 714~743 nm due to $Fe^{3+}$, pink samples showed strong absorption band in the 510~530 nm due to $Mn^{3+}$, brown samples showed strong absorption at 324 nm due to $Mn^{2+}-Ti^{4+}$ IVCT and the colorless samples only revealed weak absorption at 406~413 nm or no absorptions due to low quantity of Mn. Combination of the stretching and bending mode cationic hydroxyl units (metal-OH) are observed in the 4300~4500 $cm^{-1}$. The parallel tube-shaped inclusions which contain hematite were detected generally. This investigation revealed that Cu was not detected but Fe and Mn were detected in the Madagascar tourmalines, and the various colors appear according to the amount of those impurity elements.

This study analyzed the influence of investment and fostering support on gross regional product by utilizing big data using multiple regression analysis. Gross regional product (GRDP) is an index that intensively contains the production scale, expenditure level, income level, and industrial structure of each region, and is an important data used for regional economic analysis and national policy establishment. In order to properly carry out the country's major national tasks, it is necessary to accurately grasp the regional economy, and as a result, interest in regional gross domestic product is rapidly increasing. In particular, foreign investment has a significant impact on the economy of the host country, and many empirical analyzes are being conducted. In this study, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine the influence of foreign investment and domestic development support on gross regional product, and as a result, it was concluded that investment and support as a whole had a positive effect on gross regional product.

One of the main issues of government is the development of local areas which have been neglected while major capital was invested on Seoul and its satellite cities. Korean Ministry of Construction and Highway and other government departments are currently working together (or the balanced development of the local areas. Localization which is the balanced development of the Capital and local areas, can be achieved through the balanced development of local industry and technology. It is required to have a strategic approach to the construction technology improvement that is localized and eventually contributes the localization efforts. Construction technology that is associated with the local characteristics is the key factor of the balanced national development. This study includes defining the 'localization' through the investigation of national and international localization examples. Construction technology that reflects the local characteristics is studied in this paper. Local characteristics are identified by (1) surveying 'construction technology demand'; (2) measuring construction technology capability, and (3) studying on government regulation changes. 1'he results provide the fundamental Information for the development of the local construction technology.
