Impact on Internalization of Management Strategy in Public Organization (경영전략 내재화가 공공기관의 발전에 미치는 영향)

  • New systems and management strategies have been successfully settled in order to be linked to enhancing organizational performance internalization process. The most successful methods for internalization are training and communication strategies. However, the organization must be supported by trust and cooperation cultures for successful education and communication. In this study, we measured the degree of internalization of organized vision, and core values. And then, a successful convergence business strategy internalization plan was presented. Strengthening training plan, communication strategies and management strategies must be internalized in parallel with seeking a change of organizational culture. First, iterative learning is very effective in order to strengthen education and management strategies through talking frequently. Second, chief executive officer should pay attention to communication with employees for the internalization. Finally, in order to change the organizational culture, organizational leaders will establish strategic plan to build open and collaborative culture among colleagues and quantitative and qualitative expansion of the human network.

  • A rapid growth of IT convergence into different application areas draws a lot of interest in high performance platform and embedded system. Industry needs well educated computer professionals with the practical understanding on the emerging technologies and core issues of contemporary popular services. In this paper, we present an education framework for computer system architecture based on rigorous analyses of the characteristics of IT convergence services and information technology trends. The proposed framework puts emphasis on real-world and hands-on subjects related to multicore architecture, embedded system and parallel processing. We believe effective use in the development and management of computer system architecture courses encouraging both industries and students.

A Study on Improvement Plans of SMEs Support Policy for Information Security in Korea (국내 중소기업 정보보호 지원 정책 개선 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze problems and deduce improvement plans for information security support policies for SMEs in Korea. To this end, an effective support policy necessary for reinforcing cyber safety nets to enhance the level of information security of domestic SMEs based on the analysis results by analyzing the status and problems of the previous research review and analysis, the current status of information security of SMEs and the information security support policies of major SMEs at home and abroad. I would like to suggest improvement measures. Reinforcement of awareness, legal basis, voluntary capacity building, joint response system, professional manpower and budget support, cyber security construction, untact era support, and regional strategic industry security internalization were suggested. This can be used as the government's information security support policy to raise the level of information security of SMEs in preparation for the post Covid19.

  • UxNB(Radio Access Node on-board UAV)는 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)에서 표준화된 기술 용어로서 사용자 단말에 대한 연결성을 제공하는 무선 액세스 노드로 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)를 통해 공중에서 이동성을 가지는 기지국을 의미한다. 이는 드론 기지국, 공중 기지국, 플라잉 기지국 등으로 다양하게 언급된다. UxNB는 5G-Advanced 및 6G 환경에서의 초연결성 및 초저지연 요구사항을 충족하기 위한 필수적인 기술이므로 6G 보안 내재화를 위해 UxNB에 관한 보안 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문은 UxNB 보안에 대해 효율적으로 연구를 수행할 수 있는 UxNB 보안 테스트베드에 대해 설명하며 확장 방안에 관해 제시한다.

  • The convergence industry is a combination of technologies or industries of the same type or various types, thereby maintaining and/or expanding the existing values or creating fresh values. As the industry is drawing greater attention over the world, each country is making huge efforts to provide support for it. GeoSpatial Information is a representative convergence industry characterized by being utilized as a basis for other industrial fields by being linked and fused with other industries and technologies. It is well recognized as being a promising industry that will likely lead the national economy in the future. GeoSpatial Information is necessary to analyze the distinctive features and obstacle factors of the convergence industry. Because it will be able to induce a smooth convergence among different industries. In this paper, we has segmented the support elements through a comparative analysis of the legal system related to (Nano Technology, Information and Communication Technology, Culture Technology, etc)the convergence industry. Based on this proposed policy support for GeoSpatial Information Convergence industry. We expect that this study will be used as basic data of the policy established to effectively support for the GeoSpatial Information convergence industry.

  • Cyber attacks targeting critical infrastructure are on the rise. Critical infrastructure is defined as core infrastructures within a country with a high degree of interdependence between the different structures; therefore, it is difficult to sufficiently protect it using outdated cybersecurity techniques. In particular, the distinction between the physical and logical risks of critical infrastructure is becoming ambiguous; therefore, risk management from a comprehensive perspective must be implemented. Accordingly, as a means of further actively protecting critical infrastructure, major countries have begun to apply their security and cybersecurity systems by design, as a more expanded concept is now being considered. This proactive security approach (CSbD, Cybersecurity by Design) includes not only securing the stability of software (SW) safety design and management, but also physical politics and device (HW) safety, precautionary and blocking measures, and overall resilience. It involves a comprehensive security system. Therefore, this study compares and analyzes security by design measures towards critical infrastructure that are leading the way in the US, Europe, and Singapore. It reflects the results of an analysis of optimal cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure. I would like to present a plan for applying by Design.

  • Organizations are facing a new, diverse security threat as ICT based industrial environment arises. As a way of effective countermeasure for security threat, organizations are making an effort to establish internalization of security culture, targeting a organizational members. However, members' awareness toward security receptiveness is low as inconvenience exists in business process and existing security culture focuses on controlling and regulating. Accordingly, this research desires to develop a participatory security culture which can higher the efficiency of security work process and induce members' voluntary participation. A comparative analysis on security culture related prior researches is conducted and based on a drawn components, statistical verification is accomplished. It is expected to contribute on future research on measuring a security culture level.

  • With the emergence of generative AI, a new era of coexistence with humanity has begun. The vast data-driven learning capabilities of AI are being utilized in various industries to achieve a level of productivity distinct from human learning. However, AI also manifests societal phenomena such as technophobia. This study aims to analyze collaborative AI models based on an understanding of AI and identify areas within the jewelry industry where these models can be applied. The utilization of collaborative AI models can lead to the acceleration of idea development, enhancement of design capabilities, increased productivity, and the internalization of multimodal functions. Ultimately, AI should be used as a collaborative tool from a utilitarian perspective, which requires a proactive, human-centric mindset. This research proposes collaborative AI strategies for the jewelry business, hoping to enhance the industry's competitiveness.
